    I went to this spa as part of an Amex voucher redemption. First off, I made a reservation over a month in advance only to be informed that they did not have my booking. So, I rescheduled the appointment. Secondly, I was willing to pay for a 90 mins massage, but they only allowed for 60 mins. The room that I was supposed to have my treatment in had a roach running around. When I informed the therapist, she barely reacted and just picked up the towels and took me to another room. The massage was poor and not worth the 200+ dollars that they charge for it. Finally, as the therapist did not even complete the treatment as the alarm bell went off at the 60 min mark!!. The reception did not even acknowledge their hygiene situation or ask me about my experience – instead they directly offered me a package of 10 sessions which I happily declined. I will definitely not be going back nor recommend the place.

    Great experience with Spa Rael. The masseuse Alison was detailed and got all the key pain points. Would recommend.

    Chanced upon this unassuming spa in a separate building from Goodwood Park Hotel. Clean and professional, comfy environment. Phada offered the best strong massage I’ve had in a while! Thank you!

    Enjoyed a 60 minute face spa at Spa Rael. Overall a very good experience. Great staff, very polite and helpful. The treatment itself was very relaxing and therapist was very professional.

    Terrible experience. The massage room was like a storeroom, it does not justify the price and experience at all.

    Update:

    Following my review of the less-than ideal treatment room, the spa reached out to me and assured me that they are taking my feedback seriously and have taken steps to improve their premises and treatment rooms. They invited me back for another massage session and this round, the room was much better! I appreciate the efforts taken by the management to address customers’ concerns and their earnest attitude to make things right again. Thank you for listening and restoring my faith in your service attitude.

    Quiet sanctuary for a massage. Been on travelling and came back with stiffness all over my body. My masseuse was able to work on those stiff zones with the right pressure. I do fe much better after this massage!

    For a spa place that charges more than $200 for a 60- or 90-minute massage, I didn’t expect the stale damp smell both at the reception and in the massage room. The massage room was rundown and felt more like a neighborhood massage place, or even a makeshift room, than a hotel spa. The ambience was severely lacking and it was really quite disappointing. Masseuse was ok but it wasn’t enough to make up for the smell, old interior and sloppy set-up. I was even wondering if the massage room was used to store stuff as I see towels stashed in a corner! Very unacceptable!

    First time visit here, had a very good massage from Evon. Good pressure and helped settle my knotty back problems. Facial was very comfortable and face massage was thorough. Will return again.

    Have been with this massage outlet (formerly Ultimate Spa at Shaw) for years. Good to detox and relax muscles once a month. Used to serve ginger tea before massage and dessert after massage during per-Covid time. Now only have ginger tea.

    Went for couple package hydrotherapy + body massage. Jacuzzi spa was very comfortable, masseuse apple and May were very experienced and check in with us on how was the strength and adjusted the massage according to our needs.

    Nice environment. My massage therapist, Apple, is excellent! All my troubles knots were released. Been coming here whenever I’m back for past years.
