    A bit far from the east side. But the service is acceptable! The environment and seating might need a upgrade.

    Much Delighted! Soul Well truly live up to it’s name. An established SPA and Wellness place, with very good service and mindfulness environment.

    A no-nonsense Massage and Foot Reflexology service that’s second to none! Very Good experience! If HEALTH is Wealth, than you have found a WISHING Well at SOUL WELL.

    I don’t even know where to begin to explain how below expectations this place was. Firstly I called to book a male and female masseuse. Upon arrival the male masseuse claimed to not be good at body massage and asked that we take another female instead and added that he had a booking which didn’t add up given I’d called and booked him specifically. The female masseuses did try hard to deliver a decent massage but unfortunately lacked experience. But the worst part of the whole experience was the spa room which reaked of mold and damp. To make things worse, we opted for a non oil massage but left the place sticky and oily cos they obviously don’t change the towels on the massage bed after each customer. I can’t for the life of me understand how this place has a 4.5 star rating

    Tried their 30 min pressure point + oil massage, the lady was pretty skillful. Although the massage was slightly painful, it seems to be very effective and my body felt very relieved and stretched out after

    Had a 1 hour happy hour package. Totally & completely refreshed & recharged after the session. Alvin helped massage away my lower back pain & lower body muscle aches. Good job & service! Will return again.

    Have been visiting this place for a few years and on weekly basis. Staff are well-trained and there has always been consistently excellent standard of delivery. Highly recommended place to unwind and deal with the aches and muscles.

    Today I visited this place the second time for a foot & body massage, and I feel very satisfied. The massage therapist, Lili, is a nice and skillful Vietnamese lady. She helped relax my tight shoulder and neck muscle, and release the tiredness accumulated in my feet after a night of late sleeping. She was nice, polite and asked me whether the force was right. I came home with a smile on my face, and the price was reasonable compared to other facilities around. Will return many more times.

    Had a foot massage here. Masseuse was not focused at all, clearly oesn’t know what she is doing. Prolly the worst foot massage I’ve ever had. Very bad experience. Definitely need to up their skill level

    Sulaiman and Tina was amazing with their massage service. We were very happy with their firm and amazing massage. The owner Alvin was also giving us great customer service after. We’ll be back for more.

    Affordable & value for money massage. Clean, no frills, heartland service. Was informed that they have deep tissue, Thai-style & aromatherapy massage. Left rejuvenated & light after the massage. Best of bestest…no need to put up with package selling after a relaxation session!

    Masseuse was putting too much pressure on my fiancé despite informing her multiple times. It was as if she only wanted to get it done & over with.
