    First impression upon entering the place was alright; the receptionists were welcoming though they seemed a little lost, but managed to retrieve my appointment booking details. I did lash extension using Fave voucher, and classic pedicure. The lash-and-nail technician was friendly, knowledgeable and skilful. After the session, she briefly promoted the packages available but wasn’t pushy and didn’t hard-sell when I declined. I’m satisfied with the results, and hope the lashes will last for at least 2 weeks as mentioned by the lady! Overall, an enjoyable experience. 🙂

    Tried out the lash lift and tint for the first time. The experience was very good from the detailed consultation to the session itself. The entire lash lift process was comfortable and there is no itch and tingling on the eyelids/eyelashes after. Friendly staff too. Definitely will recommend to do your lashes here ☺️

    As a first-time customer, I was really impressed by their service and quality of their eyelash extensions. My lash technician patiently explained the different types of lashes available and I went with her recommendation in the end. There was absolutely no hard-selling throughout. She was also very skilled in applying the lashes, no pain or itch at all.

    So far it has been two weeks and my lash extensions are still pretty much intact. Will definitely return in future! ☺️

    The only go to lash shop in singapore for me. If you want natural and long lasting lashes, this is the place.

    First time booked appointment with Debbie. She was incredibly helpful in explaining the various types of lashes and helping me choose the suitable and natural style I wanted. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and my lashes look fantastic! Highly recommend!

    Cozy place it was! You know how the moment you walk into a place, the vibes feel totally right? Can’t put my finger to it but just at ease and though I can’t rem who mentioned this place a while back, I thought why not try since I’m not tied to any place right now. Both Kelly and Debbie looked genuinely sincere cos of their smiles perhaps. Kelly very patiently explained the various types of lashes available for the look I want, lash amount, degree if curl ness and the effect I would wish to accomplish by the end of the session.

    Throughout the session, we chatted and got to know one another till I fell asleep!

    She was not out to sell me any service, at the end of the pleasant session, I felt that Kelly had truly wanted to understand me better earlier the moment I entered the shop, to beautify me when I walked out eventually. Leaving nothing but warm fuzzy feelings of joy and satisfaction with my super soft and beautiful lashes! Thank u ladies!

    That was both the worst and most expensive eyebrow session I’ve ever had.

    They over applied the eyebrow tint, then spent half our session trying to clean it off and now my skin burns from the liquid they were using. My eyebrows look blotchy and you can see the dye all over my skin.

    I reminded them at the end about the pluck and trip and they pulled a few hairs out and called it done…

    Now I’m $48 out of pocket and going to go home to try and fix it.

    Honestly I’m just happy none of the liquid got in my eyes because it smelt like acetone and I was genuinely scared because of the amount they were applying.

    Tried eyebrow embroidery for the first time and loved it! Thanks to Kelly from Skinlash for her technical mastery to give me perfect yet natural (from day 1) brows. I was hesitant of embroidery as I was afraid how it will look like in the first week but clearly my fear is unfounded.

    Highly recommended!

    Being doing the lash extension many times in this salon, and was never dissapointed. Kelly is so good, always follow the design ideas which i want. And eyelashes last very long, ,more then 3-4 weeks for me. Highly recommended

    Booked an appointment with Kelly for my lashes. She was detailed in explaining the different kinds of lashes and helped me achieve the natural look I wanted. Lashes are extremely soft, and was a pleasant experience for me overall!
