    Staff there are very friendly. I did pico on my face and like it so much. It really helps my pores and spots. I feel pores are smaller than before. Highly recommend!

    Special thanks to my therapist, Stephanie, my consultant Yennee, and all the other staffs in the SkinLab (Causeway Point). One year ago, I was suffering with the acne all over my face. But after taking few treatments here, my face issue was gone. I am very happy with the result. One thing need to mentioned as well, please take note the treatment cost here is quite expensive. But it worth to try.

    I saw good reviews hence I decided to try SkinLab. However, they were unprofessional with bad customer service.

    1. Bought a package for chemical peel for about 2k because they told me my face condition needed to do chemical peel

    2. After first session. They said to add in IPL because it can help show better results. This added up to about 3k-4k

    3. After 4 sessions. My face worsen. They finally referred me to the doctor and it turns out wrong diagnosis on the salesperson part. Wasted 4 sessions which is about 2k.

    No apology from the team nor management. No compensation either.

    4. Asked what I should do for my remaining sessions. Told me to switch treatment at additional cost. I was super nice about it. I was okay with the top-up.

    When I was about to make payment. The price drastically increased. (Sales tactics since I agreed to the top up so they want to try luck to scam more money.)

    Please becareful to all consumers! Really lose all trust and respect for the organisation.

    They can turn a reasonable and understanding customer into writing bad reviews. May have to take this issue to case if there is no resolution on their side.

    I’ve been going to the causeway point outlet for facials for 7 months now, and my skin condition has improved a lot. The staff are all very friendly. Yennee (consultant) and Lili (therapist) are good at suggesting what can be done to personalize the sessions to suit my skin condition.

    Went down for a facial last week and was attended by Beautician Estee. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, her massage was really relaxing.

    Nana & Wendy are very experieced and skillful therapist and they have always been helpful with explaining about my skincare routine. Highly recommended therapist to go to 🙂

    I have been SkinLab for a few years already, My Therapist is Nana. She has always been my TO-GO Therapist at all times. I love how detailed and meticulous she has been during my facials. Rachel the receptionist always ensures that my appointment has been booked well on my preferred day and timing. Today I have been served by wendy, She is a very sweet and pleasant consultant. I love how the Causeway Point team always greets me with a happy smile. Makes me feel so comfortable and happy when I drop by! Thank you, girls!!!

    I bought 1 for my gf from the guy promoter at yewtee. He was very friendly and wasn’t very pushy with the sales. It was worth it.

    Today went there with my mum using the voucher that i bought, the beautician there are very nice and professional.. no force sale, comfortable and clean. The facial is good ,we like it.. thank you..

    It’s been a pleasure coming to SkinLab these few months. My therapist Nana has been wonderful and my skin has seen drastic improvement. The receptionist Rachael, consultant Wendy and Manager Iris have all been very warm and welcoming. Definitely first class customer service all round. Always feel rejuvenated after my time at the Causeway Point outlet.

    I came across SkinLab Causeway Point by chance on Google and I am glad that I went for my first session today. I am very impressed by their sincere customer service. The consultant Yennee, therapist LiLi, and receptionist Rachael took the time to explain and elaborate on the procedures and aftercare products. I am definitely looking forward to more sessions with SkinLab ? ????

    I found SkinLab via the Fave platform and had a really good session with them for the Hydration HA Facial treatment at causeway point. Even though I was using a Fave voucher, there was no hard-selling and every step of the process was shared with me transparently.

    Stephanie was the beautician who carried out the session, and she was very professional and patient. Really appreciate her thoughtfulness! Same great service by Rachel and Yennee who helped to accommodate my schedule for the appointment, and to explain the packages if I was interested.

    A really enjoyable and relaxing session. Better than a lot of other facial sessions that I’ve tried at northpoint city or ang mo kio hub.

    I am going to skinlab causeway point outlet for my monthly facial. I can see huge difference in my skin tone. My therapist stephanie is really friendly, detail oriented and 100% sincere on her work. She gives nice massage for my face and shoulder.Consultant Yennee always suggest new products which is suitable for my skin.Thanks skinlab for the wonderful service.

    Amazing facial treatment at the Causeway Point outlet! I feel so refreshed & rejuvenated! Many thanks to the team at CWP, namely Consultant Yennee, Therapist Nana & Receptionist Rachael. They were attentive, professional & cheerful. They made my first treatment super special & I look forward to my next appointment. Keep up the great service ladies!     I enjoyed a really excellent experience with causeway point SkinLab. My therapist Stephanie is very kind and skillful. Receptionist Rachael is really helpful and patient for reservation. My consultant Wendy gives a lot consult my skin conditions. Really thankful to find Skinlab which is near my home to have the skin treatment.

    Came back over a few years after trying other places. I finally decided to choose Skinlab Causeway point because the staff are very nice and professional. They are not pushy and are very polite. Yennee the consultant explained everything clearly and my facialist HaiYean is verrrrry good & gentle. i look forward to my monthly session 🙂

    I had great experience with SkinLab! Was checking online on their services and reviews, and true enough… it’s awesome! So lucky to have their outlet (Woodlands Causeway Point) close to our place. Their staff are really friendly and will make you feel comfortable to raise your skin concerns. Thank you Yennee (consultant) for explaining patiently, Rachael (receptionist) for being so accommodating, and of course Stephanie (therapist) for the great facial experience.

    Stephanie and Yennee are very attentive to my needs. Yennee understands and explains very well on how to improve my skin. Stephanie, on the other hand, is gentle and skilful at performing facial treatments.
