    Bought a package with them after trial . Beautician Apple is friendly, skillful and experienced. She explained every steps clearly and make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole session. Highly recommended to give it a try.

    Had a great session with Carol today. What I first loved about the place that it is really clean and quiet. The bed (and sheets!) was also super comfortable. Carol provided the most suitable facial for me and did her very best to help me with my acne-prone skin. I’ve never tried products from Spain and Germany but my skin feels fantastic. Although it can be quite pricy (for me) I would come back again.

    I have been introduced to Wynn beauty from reviews from fave and decided to give their facial a try. I have found them to be highly professional, as the therapists here are very friendly and service oriented. What I like most is that the therapist here take the time to educate me about my skin.

    My skin is sensitive, dehydrated and acne prone, with lots of pimple scars and clogs. I’ve tried a few facials here and there but nothing really stood out to me and often left me red faced with alot of painful extractions. In my experience here at wynn, I have seen an improvement in skin texture after my first session and best of all my face didn’t look red at all! My skin is always so smooth after the facial and I have always looked forward to my facial at Wynn each month.

    Now I’m on my 3rd one and I have already seen much noticeable improvement and recommend giving this place a try if you are still considering. Also I found the place to be very hygienic that is something I look out for as well! 5 stars!

    The staff here are really friendly and professional in what they are doing! Really love this place. And they do not do hard selling which is great! Would recommend my friends to come and give them a try 🙂

    Super satisfied!! Bought a treatment from fave at their telok ayer outlet. Turns out the treatment i purchased was not suited for my skin type, the aesthetician explained to me during the skin analysis. She was able to explain to me my skin issues which really helped me understand my skin better. The service was amazing, not pushy at all and decided to buy their package willingly. Worth it!!

    Nice ambience. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They cater to customer’s needs on every treatment. Results can be seen after few sessions. Highly recommended!

    Relaxing facial, skin was glowing after. Therapist customised session to what your face needs. Also generous with masks (had 3 in a session) which was a total pamper.

    This is the best facial, compare with before I do !!!!!
    The service was really good and saw the signification improvement.
    Orange is my skin Therapist, She did a great job and professional, she explains about my skin problem and give tips about my skin. highly recommend.

    Convenient location for people working in Telok Ayer.
    New branch opened half a year ago.
    Face was exfoliated well with the black mask and looks bright after the facial. Therapist was friendly and professional.

    Did a facial here, staff are all very attentive and friendly. No hard selling, good room temperature, all equipment are clean. Cherry the beauty therapist explained everything to me clearly and they customise facial treatment rather than having a fix menu. Highly recommend!

    Bought a voucher through fave and absolutely in love with the treatment provided! Beautician will customize the facial treatment based on your skin condition. No hard selling which is another plus point. Signed up for a 10sessions package with Wynn and looking forward to my subsequent facials.

    Went to the Telok Ayer branch, had excellent service!! She was really gentle and explained each step beforehand, not like other places where they just put stuff on and you have no idea what she’s putting or what step. Prices are affordable too for the quality of the facial, can see my face is a lot brighter after with all the dead skin gone!

    Have been doing facial here for my 3rd time so far. Very happy with the warm service by the staff and also the facial really purified my skin and smooth. The whole session is so relaxing. Grace, my facial therapist explains well and did a good job 🙂 Overall happy with the result. Recommend to try it out there 🙂

    I have been a regular at this facial place for a while now and I really see improvement with regards to my skin condition. It has become smoother, brighter and my pores are visibly smaller. Would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Nicole for being so nice and good at her job. There’s absolutely no hard selling here and the service by the other therapists are also welcoming and friendly! The appointment system is convenient too which is a plus point in my books 🙂 Hope the staff keeps up the good job!

    Nice staff, very professional and really care about your skin conditions and improvement. I’ve been with Wynn beauty for 3 years and never came across any hard sell or any unplesant experience. Always relaxing and wonderful session. My skin is getting much better, very lucky to have the regular visit here. 超级好的工作人员，专业又负责，真的很喜欢这里！

    Have been going to Wynn for almost a year! Really enjoy their facial especially with my therapist Yvonne – she ensures that the extraction is done thoroughly (very important for me as my pores clog super easily) and I can really feel the difference! My skin always feels soft and smooth after a session 🙂 The entire experience is very relaxing, Yvonne is friendly and gives a good massage too. Thank you so much for helping my skin to improve!

    Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Lady was very sincere about caring for my face and customised the treatment that my skin needed – the best facial season I’ve had so far. Felt good purchasing the package after that and the lady even offered me another complimentary session. Thumbs up!
