    Was a great experience coming in for my first Pico laser treatment. The staff working there was friendly and explain each step along the way through out the procedure. The doctor also did a great job explaining the before and after results of the treatment . 👍👍👍👍👍

    After a long day at work you just want to minimize conversation. However whenever you visit the place from the moment you enter aside from during the treatment (dr is great) there was never a moment of silence/peace because the hardselling starts once they bring you to the room while applying the numbing creme.. ask 1-2 times i think still acceptable. But not interested means not interested cuz It can be rather stressful. Sometimes circumstances changes, personal commitment , or just don’t want.. I mean do I really have to go to the extent of explaining my personal life to them as to why I don’t want/ don’t need the extra service? It felt like I am obligated to 😂😂 and thing is from the get go I’m only doing the treatment to improve my skin as I do not have much of a skin concern 😅lol the treatment itself is not as invasive as the experience 😂

    Assisted by Dr Raymond and he was good. Able to see improvement after about 2-3 sessions.
    However the huge downside was the hard selling from the counter staff. Every visit hard selling without fail even when putting on the numbing cream, it was supposed to be a chilling / relaxing session but turned out stressful thanks to the hard selling. Understand that it’s the responsibility of the counter staff’s job to hit their sales KPI but hope the pushing of sales could be moderate.

    Dr Raymond has been amazing and had followed him to a few outlets. However the service staffs have been a nightmare to deal with. Hard sales every single time I am there. When I mentioned, I don’t need at the moment. They tried to sell me other services. I have no choice but to try out a trial so they can leave me alone. Worst is when the trial isn’t even good. If you are wondering why City Hall outlet has a lot less customers, this is why.

    Can u pls change the arranger at the counter ! She keep making mistake , typo errror , she offered me date and Time. I replied immediately 20mins later she said taken, I ask for 16th she offer me 14-15th … is this the way how u arrange for customer appointment !!! Offer me the date and time but let other take it , asking for particular date offer me other date … how can u asign someone so blur to do the appointment ???

    This is my 2nd time coming to the City Hall branch at Capitol, loving this new spacious outlet and so convenient to travel to as its smack right in the city centre just outside the MRT station. I choose to follow Dr Law Zhi Wei for his superb skills in giving me a glowing skin.

    Thanks to the friendly staff too! Highly recommended.

    Clinic is clean and comfortable, staff and doctors are also very professional and friendly. Make patients feel comfortable. No hard sell.

    This is my first time at Become Aesthetics Branch and the staffs working here are all very friendly. Dr Law is very attentive and did HIFU treatment and botox for me. The experience was great and I will def return for a next visit. Thank you Become Aesthetics!

    I have visited their newly open branch at City Hall – Capitol, it is pretty convenient and feel comfort have from the moment I stepped in. I have been attended by Dr Law since my 1st treatment till now. He is very experience and provided a lot of good advice on my concerns. Indeed my condition have significant improvement just over 4 sessions since July.

    I saw on Facebook about this clinic and decided to give it a try due to my skin pigmentation issue. Dr Mok and the Brenda is very helpful and provides me with the details before I proceed. She is very patience and kindly explain before and after the procedure. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the result after the 1st trail. And have continue with the treatment. Thank you so much.
