    I have been a customer of this company for at least 15 years; ever since it was under a different name and based at Palais Renaissance. I have never experienced such poor customer service from any manager before this present manager, Liu Fei/Faye (LF). She would smile warmly whenever a new package is bought at Renaza, but I have horrific post-sales experience with her to share.

    1) LF, the centre manager, gave me looks of disdain just last Nov; as I was asking questions about a new facial package that the therapist was introducing to me. My teenager, who was with me then, witnessed her impatient and disdainful stares and told me about it when we returned home…. Her attitude was most arrogant and condescending. For the record, I did buy something after my questions were answered by the therapist. (LF did smile warmly at me after I paid.)

    2) When I enquired about my old existing treatments (more than once before Nov), LF claimed the specific treatments were all used up. I had to ask for photos to be sent to me repeatedly, before I discovered otherwise… I still had those treatments I was checking about in my outstanding packages!

    3) I also discovered one page of my records was altered without my knowledge and consent after I received some photos of my records in late Dec. It seems this manager has no sense of responsibility to maintain the customer’s records properly. In fact, she gave me wrong facts when questioned and given ample time to verify. When confronted by me, LF feigned ignorance and said she was not given a chance to explain… I had waited many weeks for a proper explanation from her; but had received none. LF even slammed the phone down on me on 4th Jan 2024, when I asked her why she had given me the misleading information. LF said in Chinese that she did not owe me anything.

    Please check through records of all your packages very carefully. Hope this helps.

    Really calming atmosphere at this new location, beauticians are professional, very gentle and soothing touch and even extraction is gentle. Love the service and compared to other places minimal upselling.

    Service is very professional and they provide holistic care for the customer’s wellbeing! Christy and Faye are very professional when providing consultation and their service! strongly recommend!
