    Cannot trust the reviews here because they ask customers to write google reviews in exchange of a free service.

    The staffs there keep on changing, so it really depends on your luck if you get the good ones or the nasty ones.

    Although they don’t really hardsell, but everytime I come for treatment, they will try to upsell me something. Eventhough they know I have no more hair on the part that they want to sell, they still persist and ask me to buy package for maintainance everytime I go there. I feel very pressurized everytime I go there! 😖

    Furthermore, I am their customer for more than 10 years, yet my unlimited session of upper lip & underarm still have hairs. When I told the beautician that the machine head doesn’t shot the right spot which is the hair is still growing, she insisted that it hit the spots. Well, if it hit the spots, why after more than 10 years, the hair is still growing there?? 🙄

    Fantastic service, very clean rooms. Service staff were attentive and friendly. I came in a bad mood after lousy service elsewhere and they managed to rectify that. Not very expensive, underarm current promo sgd268 for lifetime unlimited sessions. Entire bikini area (considered 3 small parts) sgd488 for 4 sessions. 5 large parts (considered 2 small parts) for sgd588. Only very slight discomfort during treatment, therapist checked often to ensure no pain. Very happy to have found great service. Hope the permanent hair removal works within a few sessions.
