    Had the whole space booked for 5 of us to do a bridal shower. We also had manicures and pedicures, as well as facial for the bride. Excellent service, and lovely and cosy environement…they offered drinks and small snacks too.. highly recommend!

    I’ve been coming here for regular classic mani and pedi for awhile since it’s near my home – very good service and professional too. I recently tried the gel manicure and my set lasted a whole month with just one tiny chip. Will definitely recommend!

    I tried this place as it was near to my house, with not much expectations as I tried a few places near Orchard since I moved to Singapore and I was not very satisfied with the facials. To my surprise, plume was amazing and I have been a client ever since and I am really satisfied and happy with their service! All the therapists that have helped me at the plume have been fantastic, my current therapist is Rae and she really knows what she is doing, she has helped my skin so much and she is so kind that I am so happy whenever I visit. Highly highly recommend this place!

    It was my first bad experience after using nail salon for so long

    1. Made an appointment for gel mani & pedi at 6:30pm, called me to ask whether I can change to express mani & pedi because they got another customer at 7pm – not informed when I made the appointment at the first place

    2. I was ok with it and understood it’s small business and agreed to just do hand gel removal and express pedi. They ended up exfoliating my toes until I was hurt and bleeding, after I told them it hurts twice

    3. After the entire process which took less than 30mins to complete for just express gel pedi and gel removal for hands. They charged me $95 in total and said that I need to pay for $18 each for the gel removal for both manicure and pedicure – wasn’t informed at the first place.

    4. After I was shocked on the charges, the staff still trying to convince me to buy package so it’s cheaper

    My toes still hurts when I got home and touches water and I can’t believe I paid for $95 just to get my pedicure done within 30minutes. Won’t get back again.

    Did manicure and pedicure and absolutely love the place and service provided!! Staff were all very friendly and tries to accommodate to whatever request I had!!

    Got a classic gel mani here on Thursday 10th Feb and the nail paint has already started chipping today, Sunday 13th Feb.

    I went to them because their insta post says they use a ’10 free non toxic’ nail paint but I’m not sure how that helps if the base coat is not 10 free.

    Disappointed 🙁

    A nice cozy place for facials. Recommend the facial therapist Kelly, she’s very gentle and nice and takes note of your skin conditions before recommending treatment. They don’t hard sell and often have great promos too. My skin improved a lot after 3 treatments of Cryo facial.

    Place is very clean and beautician Jessica is knowledgeable. She recommended product according to my skin type. Tried the Cryo-Grow facial today and skin feels rejuvenated and hydrated immediately. I appreciate they have disposable comb, Q tip, cotton pads, makeup mirror etc in the room which allows me to fix my makeup after facial. Highly recommended to try it out.

    Very professional and friendly staffs. Brought my mom there for pedicure and facial, she really loves it! Nice and cosy place, highly recommend to everyone. 🙂

    What do you think If I have Just signed up a facial package with them on my first visit. Try it yourself and you will know what I mean.

    Very nice environment to relax and pamper yourself. Facial packages were really of good value too for the services provided.

    Quiet place, clean and my therapist Ivy was delicate in dealing with my blackhead and acne prone skin. Did a careful and thorough exfoliation and extractions with minimal irritation and was generous with the moisturiser and masks. Glad I caught their soft launch as the deal was cheap. Would definitely be back.
