    The worst place ever. Staff are rude and even mock customers openly in front of other customers. It’s appalling to see their behaviour. This level of service is unacceptable. The price of the services and packages keep changing. Every time I go, they will harass me to buy or upgrade a new package even though I have a few sessions left on my package. The price they offer depends on the mood of the person. Some days offer me $78 (one time) for a manicure, some days offer me $66 (one time) for a gel mani and classic pedi package. This is utterly ridiculous. Why do people leave good reviews for this place? They are only nice to you when you give in to their hard selling and buy their package. Please people!!!! Wake up!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!! Even though they may not be rude to everyone but it’s bad enough that they don’t offer the same kindness and service to everyone. Hence, they just want your money. EVERY TIME YOU GO. This is definitely not the kind of pampering and relaxing experience you get at a nail spa. Shameful. Please train your staff properly and not look down on people or harass people to buy packages that keep changing prices. Do you think your customers are stupid?

    Had the most unpleasant experience at this branch. Staff are rude, impatient and extremely pushy in getting customers to sign more packages. They are not transparent with their prices and increase the costs of services as they see fit. There are several hidden costs that they only warn about halfway through. Worst off, most of the staff here are rough and unskilled. They do not treat their customers like people. Chrisdy in particular was extremely mean and could not be bothered to listen to my concerns. She was very rough with the filing machine to the point where I was scared she would physically hurt me. After this truly awful ordeal, they even had the audacity to ask me to top up my package!

    Good service from staff Hannah. Did fungal treatment here, it’s only my second session, had fungal over my right and left toe and now it has improve ☺️

    Most horrible nail salon. The Vietnam plump lady told me price was $38 for pedicure.,because of Chinese New Year, add $20. Total should be $58. When I made payment, I was to pay $128. I was puzzled. Daylight robbery !! Hard selling at the counter.

    My regular pedicure place. It fairly easy to get an appointment here and services are fast. The nail technicians are generally quite skilled but they’re extremely pushy in sales which is VERY annoying.

    It’s very bad experience with Pixie Nail Spa Tampines 1. I walk in to this outlet to do gel manicure and colour pedicure. 1st trial is $88. It’s different manicurist do for me. There is a name call Chrisdy who does manicure for me. she made my nails really thick. It’s very ugly, and all my friends saw my nails and ask me why so thick and looks oddly shaped. It’s very disappointed when I go back to this outlet and ask for redo, but she told me can’t redo and my nails so thick bcoz of this Gel needs to be applied very thickly. The manicurist’s face was very black and she didn’t speak kindly, and didn’t apologize to me. After that they only help me to remove it. It’s very disappointed to get this kind of service attitude.

    Vietnamese staff is rude and inpatient. Can’t find the color that I want, staff is inpatient to help and unwillingly trying on the color. The color applied is very ugly. Told staff to remove it, staff show unhappy face and tell me cannot change other color. When I tell her just apply the base coat then she just answer abruptly: I know! Never return to this nail salon. Very disappointing.

    Did buffing and shaping without any colour for 68 bucks, ok I’m fine with that. But throughout my session the lady kept trying to upsell me despite the ratchet experience(one of the therapist kept dropping the filing tools on the floor n just roughly spray w sanitizer n continue LOL) and even at the end dare to ask me if I want some package. If you see someone look not happy do you try harder or leave the person alone? I’m not trying to tell you how to do your job, just try to make the customer feel good next time by actually focusing on doing a good job

    The sales lady kept pushing me several times to buy their product. Prices are hight and service is horrible. My nail artist didn’t know how to use the massage chair and just told me to figure it out. I usually go to my usual nail parlour at the 4th floor. However it was fully booked thar day. They usually charge me 110 for Mani and pedicure classics gelish. This place charged me 190! And horrible service. Bad experience. Not worth it!

    This group of staffs at this tampines outlet are very friendly…polite.. approachable. Very good standard of service and never rush to complete their jobs to every customer and willing to accomodate minor additional requests by customers especially for elderly. Recommended to all. Do patronize Pixie Nail Spa. Thank you !!!

    Been sitting here for the past 20 mins soaking my feet while the therapist is trying her best to hard sell a customer a package (she succeeded by the way).

    They care more about sales than doing a proper job and providing good customer service.

    For the price they charge, expecting decent service level is not unreasonable.

    Price is high, but service standards low.

    Every opportunity they get they will upsell, hard sell and squeeze every penny they can.

    I regret taking up a package here and frankly there are so many other choices out there this place is not worth your time.

    Friendly and attentive services at Tampines 1 outlet by Christy and Hana. I enjoy coming to get my nails done and enjoy the simple back massage on the massage chair. THANKS.
