    I have bought a package and it’s really difficult to get an appointments even in weekdays. I am trying to book the date after 3 weeks with a particular masseuse but she is not available. I didnt have any good experience with previous masseuse and found this one better. Staff is unprofessional and uncooperative. Last time, I had an appointment for 60 minutes massage and masseuse finished it in 50 minutes. There should be someone as a Responsible Manager to look after all these things.
    Well, after buying a package and struggling to get an appointment, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

    Just tried the Gua Sha facial with Fave. Modest place but very good service and masseuse. They do facial without scented products (which is a big plus for me) and good massage technique. Pricing is very affordable

    Third time here doing facial and trimming of my brows. Really appreciate Angela for her Terrific skills in brows shaping and Cindy & Joey for their skilful extractions. After sharing their promotions and packages with me, they respected my decision and there was no hard sell. Do give them a try!

    I had a last minute request to get my nails done and they went an extra mile to do it. GIna, their trainer was there and she skilfully polished my nails while I was having facial. She was also professional.

    We have been going to Our Beauty House for more than a year and have always had a great experience. The staff is professional and yet very friendly and puts you at ease. Since I had never had massage before, they were careful and attentive. They also pay particular attention to specific areas of our body such as if we’ve had sore areas from working out, running, yoga etc. I’ve had appointments with Crystal & Ivy, and my wife has been attended to by Joey on many occasions and we have always had a really great massage session with them. We would highly recommend them and their services.

    Been here for massage for over 10+ times. All was good until my last visit. JUST IMAGINE MY DISAPPOINTMENT with this 1 star review.

    Booked appointment via whatsapp (as usual), and when I turn up on that day, they mentioned they missed my booking. What’s worse, they still can say usually they will send a reminder 1 day before. And asked me if I received the reminder. I said no. And they blamed me for not calling them to check. Very bad attitude from this Chinese lady. What a joke.

    Was served by the same lady, who used to be so good in the massage (strong technique and effective). But this time round, she was just merely “touching” me and not massaging at all. Certain parts were also skipped. Simply a rushed session just to get it over and done with.

    So glad that I’m done with this shop. Never visiting again.

    I had horrible experience ever here. Badly injured with 6 scars on my skin by the waxing service. The Chinese staff was extremely unprofessional and unexperienced, i was being scolded, insulted and threatened by the Chinese owner or manager when I try to refund.

    I chose Our Beauty House through FAVE. My first experience at this place was absolutely fantastic. I love the way masseuse Claudia massaged me. She explained things to me and expertly carried out the massage much to my great satisfaction. I’m very pleased and have signed a package with them.
