    Hi i went to this clinic last year in 2020 (for 8-10 months) before my wedding as I was stressed and having small pimples (i’ve never had acne before) so I was recommended this clinic by my colleague. This was a huge huge mistake. Their ‘so called’purging process just makes your face worse so you can keep buying their products but it never gets better. I read multiple reviews before going here and that whatever those people said in reviews was never my experience. I would avoid this acne treatment at all cost it took a huge toll on my confidence and mental health. However, I do think their cosmetic treatment such as laser works well. But do not use their products it was super super harmful for me. I then switched to a different derm (at a really high cost) but she solved my issues (restored my trust in derms) in a span of 2-3 months. I cannot be more grateful for her. Just warning all of you with small pimples, please think twice before coming for treatment, think about your face, your mental health and finances etc. it really takes a toll.

    The doctor @ CGH just gave her antibiotic medication and some rubbing medication that does not work
    after discharge from the hospital a few days later i went and consult to Dr Serene Ang
    And to my surprise my late mum scalp issue solved in just few month that be on going around couple of month back then
    Frankly speaking cost is a bit high around $300++
    But IMHO it is worth it anyway
    then few years back i encounter some skin issue that was not solved even after counsulting other GP and polyclinic
    Then i decided to go to Maple and consult from Dr Serene
    now coming around 2 month my skin scalp already cured 80%-90% but i spend around $200++ and again would say it definitely worth it
    For the staff maybe need some WSQ to improve in communication and approaching customer especially the senior old staff
    certain people triggered by the way they communicate and explain to customer
    For me i will still come over to consult from Dr Serene

    We waited for over an hour outside the clinic. Apparently you have to keep going to check the number. And if you missed the number, too bad – you have to wait for 3 more. What kind of system is this? Can’t believe it. Will not return again.

    To management – Thanks for your reply. I type here since I cannot reply to your reply. When collecting the medication, one of your staff was overheard telling her colleague, and obviously deliberately in front of me – “Better go out and call the next person before they complain. People think we are very free to keep going out to call them.” The issue is not about the waiting nor the missed queue – it’s the attitude of your staff that has been complained by other patients in the reviews, which I’m sure you have read them off. Dr Low was so good, but the entire experience is destroyed by a staff who has no regards for the clinic’s good reputation. That’s what you need to address. And yes, if it’s because of COVID that patients are waiting outside, is it really so difficult for the staff to go out and get the patients? Surely there is room for better customer service. Thank you for your response, deeply appreciated.

    Doctors are very professional. And the nurses are very helpful and friendly . Especially when the nurse dispensed the medicine to me . The steps quite confusing.the nurse (fangfang) very patience .

    Dr Ang was friendly and great! However the nurse outside ( China lady – Fang Fang ) was so rude when giving my medication.

    Dear Maple Clinic,

    Please train your staff to be courteous and professional in giving advices so as to not destroy the years of good reputation that Dr Ong built.

    The staff there are friendly and happy to help! Dr Serene Ang provides detailed clinical diagnosis and helps improve my skin condition. Products are effective too.

    Long waiting queue as some doctors on shift are more popular than the other. The clinic assistants have done a good job explaining while dispensing the medicine.

    Ridiculously expensive. From the way they reply the other reviews, they are obviously very protective over their reputation.

    Paid a total of 175 dollars and no results have been shown….and doctor just tell me oh it’s just puberty-.- I believe that’s not the right answer

    Gave it a chance but everytime I go, it’s like I’m there to get insulted about my skin then heaped with medications alongside explanation that the meds will forever have to keep changing to keep up with my changing hormones.

    Doctor came in 20 minutes late after opening hours today too. I think it was Dr Ong.

    The doc isvery detailed and will ask for review to see if theres any improvement to your face

    Will always patron if my eczma flare up

    They prescribe both medication and products

    The clinic needs to dispense their medication the appropriate amount

    I paid $66 for the item and its only 2 oz??

    I hope the clinic is not stingy with how they administer their medication

    HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Clearly out to just make money from you and make you use their expensive products for life. Pay a premium with bad customer service. Clearly they don’t understand how the business world works.

    Cream are expensive and does not treat acne effectively. Continue to breakout even after applying cream. Treatment are expensive as well. Once start using this clinic product, have to depend on it for long time.

    I spent thousands of dollars on laser package and was not allowed to changed to other better laser and Dr do not give an alternative solution when the laser does not work for me. Totally most inflexible and worst clinic that I ever visit and will never go back again. My money was wasted and no result acheived.

    The clinic wants to put you on acne medication for life to pad their bottom line.

    Works wonders.
    If visiting on Monday or any day with Dr Ong, be prepared to go early and queue up.
    Other days should be fine. Be consistent with the medication and application and it works
