    It’s the first massage place I tried in Singapore, so don’t have a local basis of comparison, but it exceeded my expectations. I got the deep tissue massage, and though it was painful at times, Cynthia did a fine job of kneading out the kinks in my muscles. I left feeling more limber.

    Came here few days ago for 1 hour Signature Body Relief. I clearly requested for low pressure. And even on the day itself before starting the massage I told the masseuse I wanted low pressure. The supervisor (I’m assuming) also informed the masseuse about the low pressure prior to starting. But when the massage started, it was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Extremely painful and unbearable. I had to repeatedly say at least 5 times to do it softly but yet she kept rolling my knots like no tomorrow. I’ve been to Natureland before, and plenty of other massage parlours, and usually has been good experience, but this time is terrible. I expected a relaxing massage but ended up like I’m being tortured.. She’s very aggressive, too fast and too forceful/too much pressure. Not everyone likes/enjoys pain, but seems like she does. She happily said I have lots of tight knots hence the pain, disregarding my feelings and requests. I didn’t even have any body pain prior to the massage. At one point, she asked me which part of my shoulder was painful, i was hesitant to say anything, and next thing I know she started pressing the pain points and making things worse. I thought MBS outlet is supposed to have a spa experience, I was wrong… From no pain become extremely in pain. Until now, my muscles and joints are in pain. Now I have swollen ankles, painful hard bump at my elbows/forearm area, and my neck and lower back feels very uncomfortable. Waste my money paying to be tortured..Will never come back again!!! Did not catch her name, but was some Chinese aunty..

    Not recommended.

    Massage was ok but the entire session just felt rushed which is the last thing you’d want to feel in a spa. Before the massage, the masseuse came in the room despite us saying give us a minute as we were still getting ready. And even weirder is that after coming into to the room and seeing that we’re not ready yet, they still just came in! After the massage, the staff knocked on the door 3 times to rush us out of the room! We go for massage monthly and safe to say we won’t be coming back here.

    I experienced massage in Singapore for the first time.

    Even though it was late at night, it was a polite operation.

    Foot 40 minutes Back massage 30 minutes

    There is also a foot bath, which is very detailed and satisfying.

    Mr. J (male) who is fluent in Japanese,

    I was able to leave it to you with peace of mind.

    Even if I come again, I would like to ask Mr. J. Thank you (^^)

    フット40分背面マッサージ30分

    足浴もあり、とても細やかで満足です。

    日本語が堪能なJさん(男性)ですが、、

    Best massage I’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend both got the signature full body 1h massage and it was absolutely amazing!!

    Highly recommend

    Customer service is also 10/10

    Good massage & poor service.
    On a bright side this place has to offer a good massage, I would recommend to try signature massage.

    Now about downsides:

    1. Bad attitude from staff (except masseur)

    2. No facilities, no showers on site. This is actually an massage boutique, not a “premium spa”

    3. Small rooms, no sound isolation

    Came for the 100 minutes 5-in-1 foot reflexology. A warm welcome by a pleasant front desk staff, professional and speaks well. Thanks my friendly and accommodative therapist Wilson for the awesome massage, relaxing and didn’t feel rushed. Good job!

    Agnes was assigned as my masseur. She’s very meticulous and ensures that I feel comfortable throughout the process. She’ll align the towel nicely after each part is done. After I’m done with my back when I flipped over. She’ll adjust and align the sheets underneath me nicely so that I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable. Coming to the last part of the massage, I’d need to sit up. She’ll fold the towel and wrapped nicely around my chest. She’s a very thoughtful lady. Natureland please give a pay raise. She deserves it.

    The most amazing foot massage I’ve ever had! This place is stunning. The ambience is so relaxing.

    Needed a massage badly after two days of bad sleep and got a prenatal massage here. Cynthia was amazing and friendly! A perfect balance between chatty and giving you enough personal space to rest and relax.

    Customer service not responsive, mixed up the booking and then claims they are full house. Very unfortunate.

    Love it! Great service. Love the deep tissue massage! Just abut pricey but expected of the location. Will come back again.

    Unlike Chinatown Massage, it is a place where you can expect a more luxurious massage. The massage facilities and prices were not much different from those in Korea, but considering the local prices, it is not bad.

    The massage shop is the price that received a promotional sale by signing up as a member of the chain.
    The Chinatown massage has good cost performance, but there are some difficulties in Kosi Guk, and the massage in MBS costs more than 40 per person, so it was an appropriate alternative.

    차이나타운 마사지랑은 다르게 좀더 고급진 마사지를 기대할 수 있는곳으로, 가격은 1시간 전신 아로마 8만원 정도 했다. 한국과 크게 다를게 없는 마사지시설과 가격이었으나 현지물가를 생각하면 나쁘진 않다.
    해당 마사지샵은 체인으로 회원가입해서 프로모션 세일을 받은 가격이고, 사전 예약을 하는게(22년 8월 전화예약 또는 방문예약만 가능)좋다.

    차이나타운 마사지는 가성비는 좋으나 코시국에 좀 곤란한 부분이 있고, MBS내 마사지는 인당 40이 넘는 가격이라 대안으로 적절했다.

    did my first prenatal therapy session at Natureland MBS lately, it’s a wonderful experience. the therapist has provided great service. it’s ashamed that there’s no washroom facilities at the premises. However, when asked about the reasons for not installing washroom and the price difference of the service between other outlets and MBS outlet, Felix has provided great explanation and remained professional attitude; apologetic throughout the entire interaction. i do now understand the situation due to mall’s restrictions. I would like to thank Felix for his patience and excellent service. This man can surely go far if given an opportunity to perform at a leadership position. he’s certainly an asset to the company. I would be happy if you could forward my compliments to Felix.

    it’s my 5th time visit to this premium outlet at Natureland MBS. the counter staffs are as always polite and the therapists are great too. i will recommend my f r i e n d s. see u soon. arigato ?

    First time to Natureland MBS, received warm welcoming by the friendly and professional staffs. Great ambient and excellent massage service by a well trained therapist. I will visit the place again and definitely recommend to my friends.

    Couple room available at mbs outlet. Quite and relaxing. Like the ginger tea.
