    I had a bojin massage facial at ML Thomson. Ying Ying 莹莹 was the beautician. We started off with the standard face cleansing which was done using equipment that minimised any pain or discomfort. The face massage was fantastic. Ying Ying has very skillful hands doing face massage and I could see the result immediately after the massage. Ying Ying had tried to massage one side of my face first to let me see the difference on both side of my face. The massaged side was much lifted. Ying Ying did ask me to get a package as the packaged prices are better than paying for one “a-la-carte” facial. However I told her no and perhaps the next round. She respected my decision and there wasn’t any hard selling. I would recommend Ying Ying 莹莹.

    To all the dearest friends, be mindful when u want to enter package with them, they will not allowed u to cancel or refund although u fed up or disappointed with their services. The so called manager Zhen Mei is damn rude and unprofessional for the negotiation of settlement and she tried to push away instead of resolve the issues. Think twice! Don’t be the next victim like me!

    Terrible experience. Went there for waxing services – was hard sold a package despite me saying I wasn’t keen. Ended up signing the package but developed redness and itchiness at the area of waxing. Requested for a refund as was not comfortable going back to the shop anymore but shop refused to do so, claiming the package quantum has already been entered into their books. Terrible service and experience, strongly DO NOT recommend anyone to visit them.

    (Yingying is a very good beautician and very attentive. I came here to have a V-shaped face. Unexpectedly, my face became smaller, firmer and improved. I am very satisfied and will continue to have her.)

    Had my haircut and facial in one. My experience with beautician ying ying was good. She is very experienced and meticulous in her work. She has the cheerful vibes, and you will be comfortable being with her.

    I’ve been to many places for facial but Ying Ying is by far the best beautician I’ve met. Her personality is friendly and cheerful. I really like the face massage and while at it, I always fall asleep because it’s so relaxing. I always walk out of her place with my face glowing !

    莹莹 is my therapist, she has great service and give good advice on what treatments will be suitable. She is not pushy which is what I like most. You are in good hands when you are served by her!

    (Today I went to the store and asked yingying to do two projects for me: head treatment and ear picking. I thought she was very patient and very professional. It was a good experience.)

    I’m delighted to provide a complimentary review of ML Beauty at Upper Thomson Rd. The services provided by their staff, Ying Ying, for facials and body massage, and Hong Qiao, for haircuts, were exceptional. Ying Ying’s facial treatment left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing and my body totally relaxed after a game of golf, while Hong Qiao’s haircut was stylish and precisely executed. The expertise and professionalism of both staff members contributed to a wonderful experience at ML Beauty. I highly recommend their services!

    I had an amazing experience with the salon, especially with QQ. I was so pleased with the service that i received from him and he will always be able to deliver what Ive requested. Shop are also located around lots of nice food and easy to park around if you drive. Highly Recommended!!
