    I was recommended by a family member to seek treatment at Lux Medical Aesthetic Clinic for facial pigmentation issues. As I live abroad and was back for only 2 weeks, I was unsure if it was worth it. Dr Kellyn explained to me what to expect in terms of results, given that I was only able to go for 1 laser session. All I can say is I am very satisfied with the results and have no regrets whatsoever! Will definitely see Dr Kellyn again for further treatment in the future.

    Awesome service! Dr. Kelly was so nice and the staff as well. Glad that they didn’t push any services and or hard sell. Would definitely come back!

    My first hydrafacial experience going to Lux Aesthetic was so relaxing and refreshing. The clinic was like a ‘haven’ from the hustle & bustle. Dr Kellyn & her team are friendly & professional. The therapist was so good that I almost dozed off during the treatment. It made my face feels so good & clean. I think our face needs this every now & then especially with the air pollution these days! I recommend this treatment for anyone who wants your skin to breath & maintain your youthful complexion. I shall certainly be back!

    My partner has been coming to this clinic for his acne scar treatments. We see great improvements with the Fractional Co2 Laser, subcission and Intracel treatments.
    Dr Kellyn and all her staff are great! They are very welcoming, patient and nice. Will definetely recommend more friends to come over! Thank you!

    I had some bad dark marks on my face and saw Dr Kellyn Shiau. She was very friendly, polite and professional. As this is my first time in seeing an aesthetic doctor and also have relatively low pain threshold, she was very assuring in her answers to my questions and gave me much comfort and confidence. She was very patient and experienced in her approach and after my first session with her, I am very happy and satisfied with the results and will continue to use her services for maintenance.

    Dr Kellyn Shiau was highly recommended by a friend and my experience with her was very pleasant. She explained thoroughly the procedure and asked me if I have any questions at the end of my consult. I tried the Fat Freeze and found that results very effective. Thank you Dr Kellyn. You are a true professional.

    I have come here many times in the past 8 months for HIFU, Botox and Nose threadlift with fillers. Dr.Kellyn Shiau is very friendly and professional, and the nurse Elle is very helpful too. Even have relatives that visit her for treatment. Her prices are very fair and treatment is done very professionally. Will definitely be a regular from now on!!!

    I go to this clinic for my Acne Scar Treatment (Intracel and Fractional C02 laser). Dr Kellyn is very experienced and friendly. The clinic is very clean and classy looking. I did 3 sessions of treatment so far and I’m very satisfied with the result and looking forward to my next visit.

    Very good service and results. I had very dry skin with enlarged pores, fine lines and acne, and opted for mild fractional laser, skin boosters treatment and some Botox around the crow feet eye area (they were done separately over 2 visits). I had concerns about the downtime involved and expected results and they were very well-explained by Dr. Kellyn.

    Results were very positive after the skin was allowed to calm down for a couple of days (minor needle marks and mild redness / flaking). My complexion is definitely more hydrated and clear now. I didn’t come out looking like a flawless Korean pop star of course, but it was definitely an improvement from before.

    I also went with their ‘V Lift HIFU’ separately and the outcome was really good as my jawline / cheek is less saggy now. They did it on one side of my face first so I could compare it with the ‘unprocessed’ side and I could notice a difference. This was quite impressive as I was not expecting to see results after just one treatment.

    Overall very positive and time / money well-spent.

    Dr.kellyn is a very pretty and kindness, she have a very good skill.
    I did twice HIFU with Dr.kellyn and i see very good result, i will keep continue doing it for maintenance.
    I love the environment, everyone is welcoming and friendly.

    Highly recommend for this clinic. 🙂

    I met with Dr Kellyn Shiau upon the recommendation of a friend who looked much younger since the last time I saw her. She had a glow on her face and she looked really good. She told me about Dermalift and the Hifu program and recommended me to see Dr Kellyn Shiau for a consultation.
    Dr Kellyn Shiau is such a lovely person – not only does she look beautiful but has a grace and poise that is gentle and genuine (I am sure she has many admirers) I had a lot of questions – all of which was answered professionally and made me feel comfortable with her experience. Right then I decided to go ahead and make an appointment to return for treatment.

    I saw the result of a friend under the care of Dr Shiau. I was very impressed as my friend seemed to have shave off ten years after just one treatment! Seeing is believing, and I am so glad I visited Dr Shiau! I have some stubborn issues on my face for few years now which I became conscious, and it’s really quite itchy. Dr Shiau took time to examine my face and answer my questions and concerns. She was spot on to tell me the lotion I used is too rich for my skin type. She was right as I noticed the issues after I starting using this expensive facial lotion. Her knowledge in this area and her confidence in her skill is evident throughout the whole procedure. She’s honest to let me know what can be and cannot be done for such a deep rooted problem. During the treatment, Dr Shiau let me know the sensation I would experience every step of the way so I could mentally prepare myself. She’s very gently and thorough as she worked on my face.

    Now it’s been almost three weeks since I visited Dr Shiau. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The itchiness is gone, and those stubborn spots, gone!! Thank you, Dr Shiau, for your excellent care, patience and your professionalism!

    I had some skin pigmentation on my face and was recommended to see Dr Kellyn Shiau. She explained the procedure and was very specific about how it is done and that put my anxiety to rest as I have not done this before. After the first treatment which is painless, the dark spots lightened considerably and continue to improve after several visits. I am very happy that the dark spots have disappeared. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to see Dr Kellyn Shiau as she is also experienced and this treatment certainly has made me look younger.

    I live abroad, came back for a week and someone recommended me to the services of Dr Kellyn Shiau. I had pretty bad dark spots all over my face. Centrally-located right in the smack of Orchard Road, Lux Aesthetic Clinic is a beautiful clinic and surprisingly quiet with soothing pipe-in music to accompany you. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Shiau was explicit in detailing how this will be done. Her laser treatment itself was meticulous and her friendly discourse certainly helped. Now, 6 days later, my face is like brand new as the old spots pelted away. Multiple sessions are recommended but I walked away very satisfied just after 1 session. Definitely recommend a visit!

    Did my skin booster at the Lux Aesthetic Clinic and I absolutely love the results. Even my friends have commented that my skin condition has improved and I’m really happy. Had a bit of small needle marks that lasted 2-5 days each time but I managed to cover with makeup. The therapists there are really nice and reassuring. Dr Kellyn is very gentle and good with her hands. Will be coming back here for more skin booster treatments!

    I was referred to this clinic by a friend. Good consultation with Dr Kellyn. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Put my anxieties at rest. She’s very thorough about the various options, also very transparent in what can be achieved and what cannot be achieved. I like her professional honesty. Her team of friendly therapist and the nice relaxing ambience of the clinic makes it more assuring for me, a first timer. I was having issues with pigmentation on my face and Dr Kellyn did a very thorough laser to remove them. At first I was a bit nervous and it felt like little ant bites but it actually is very tolerable. After a week, the scabs have fallen off and I was glad to see that the pigmentation was gone. Very happy with the results and I will be back again for other type of treatment available at her clinic.

    I’ve been seeing Dr Shiau for about a year now. She took me through my first forehead lines Botox session last year. I was very nervous and asked a lot of questions. She was very patient, reassuring and detailed in all her explanations.
    After the treatment, my fine lines reduced. I saw good results after the first session and came back subsequently for Jaw Botox which helped with face slimming and my teeth grinding at night.
    The calming environment and friendly staff make each subsequent visit a great experience.

    Did my redensity skin booster on 9April 2018. Downtime took more than 1 week and result was way below what I had expected. Understood that a 2nd touch up is necessary to achieve better results but even with the first treatment, one should have expected increased moisture but result was way below satisfaction. Will not go back to do a 2nd touch up Nor revisit for future aesthetics treatments from this clinic. I’m giving a 2 star instead of 1 becoz it did improve my skin moisture level by 5% to 10% and the receptionist was very warm and friendly but in terms of aesthetics (skin booster) treatments, I will not recommend at all.

    It was my first time going to an aesthetic clinic as I had always wanted to but could not find the courage to walk into one.
    I came across Lux Aesthetic Clinic on the internet and did some research on their treatments and the doctor, Dr Kellyn Shiau and decided to give it a try.

    On arrival, I found the ambience of the clinic inviting & relaxing with its tastefully modern furnishing and spotlessly clean but beautifully scented environment.
    The staff is all very helpful & polite and made me feel welcome.

    One of the staff chatted with me and made me feel at ease straight away.
    As I had an appointment, I did not wait too long. While waiting, I met briefly with the doctor who came by to say hello, and introduced herself before going to see her next client. She assured me that it won’t be long.

    Then it was my time. We sat in her office and chatted about what I wanted to achieve. Dr Shiau is very professional and yet friendly. She walked through with me what steps would be taken and she made me feel safe and secure in the way her explanation was so clear and answered all my questions and concerns including my fear of pain. She put me at ease with her knowledge and experience.

    I would certainly recommend her and her clinic to anyone especially those who has been toying with the idea of seeing an aesthetic doctor but undecided. Dr Kellyn Shiau is a gem, a truly rare find. My total experience with Dr Kellyn Shiau and her team a very satisfactory one and am so glad to find such a capable doctor who is there to help us build our confidence in enhancing our appearance. It’s a five star all the way for me and to those who have been seeing aesthetic doctors – try your experience with Dr Kellyn Shiau. It won’t disappoint.

    Really glad that I took up the Christmas promo and went for a facial at Lux!

    The first and last time that I did a facial was about 10 years ago, when I won a lucky draw for a facial at a big spa chain. The extraction was excruciating and the therapist kept hardselling their packages.

    Thank goodness there was none of that at Lux. The therapist was friendly and professional, the serums were top grade and there was no hardselling at all. Instead of needle-and-squeezing extraction, the therapist used a suction device. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! 🙂

    Great results by a skilled doctor. Had IPL laser rejuvenation and skin boosters done and results were clearly noticeable. Relaxing clinic environment and conveniently located near the train station.

    Great service and incredible results! I’m so impressed with the quality of service and treatment, if you have a Keloid like me, you can try Lux Aesthetic!

    I was in an accident that resulted in tissue scarring and overgrowth of skin known as Keloid. The doctors told me it couldn’t be healed and if I wanted to remove it, I had to undergo surgery to cut away the excess skin and then sew it back.

    But when I met Dr Kellyn Shiau, she saw my leg and told me she could help to treat it, and that the treatment was very simple, just an injection of steroids would do. Though my Keloid was very thick, before I went for the second treatment, the size had already reduced. It was a huge improvement in such a short time, I was really surprised the treatment took effect so fast.

    Initially, I was afraid, but Dr Kellyn Shiau was very nice and comforting throughout. She is really skilled at her job, she knows her stuff very well and was able to advise me on the treatment. Throughout the process she was really friendly and encouraging as well, which made me feel so comfortable and less afraid.

    She was able to explain the treatment process to me in a simple and clear way, so I knew what was going to happen, which made it less scary, too. It was slightly painful at first, but after the first treatment, I didn’t feel pain at all. The whole process took less than 15min, and in such a short time, I could see huge results.

    I’m so grateful to Dr. Kellyn Shiau and the staff of Lux Aesthetic for all their help and friendly service! 5 stars!

    Dr Kellyn was friendly and kind . She was professional and made sure that i was comfortable throughout the procedure. Would definitely recommend and re-visit 🙂
