    It’s my first time here and Ashley is one helping me. Nice, friendly, helpful, not pushy. Everything it’s good. Definitely coming back.

    With so many 5* reviews by accounts with only 1-2 reviews, I’m not sure whether to trust the reviews or not.
    I live nearby and have my own facial package but recently have been toying with the idea of not committing once my package ends.

    Have tried Kskin at Northpoint and always had positive experience. Initially bought just a glow treatment but Serene recommended Combo A based on my skin condition. She also gave sound advice and let me know when are the non-peak timings so I can avoid the crowd. Very friendly lady.

    Will be back again for sure.

    Edit: my second visit was by Ashley. I had a wonderful experience too. Love it!

    I rarely do facial but this is the best ever! Ashley was my therapist and she explained every step diligently. It was really relaxing 🙂

    Serene was friendly and efficient, also showed good knowledge & recommendations for treatments and products, doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments / products as well. A pleasant experience.

    Came into here out of curiosity. Took e combo A and Was attended by serene. She was very professional in going thru every steps. ZERO hard sell and whole session was very positive. Interesting experience to see advance technology in provide facial services. End up buying a serum for a friend too!

    Ever since I discovered Kskin I’ve been coming here regularly ❤️ no fuss and no hard selling, super flexible! Serene at this outlet was really
    professional and friendly. We had a great time chatting and her service was amazing! My skin feels so much cleaner now 🙂

    Staff are friendly and nice. Serene was really patient and professional. The facial is effective even though it’s just 15 minutes. Pores are really clean after the deep cleaning facial.

    Great service from staff! Did the Glow facial, face was clean and skin seriously have the Korean skin glow. Will be back to try other services.

    Fast and stress free, Serene is friendly and full of knowledge with how to take care of skin. Love the feeling of not being push with taking up packages. This will definitely become a monthly routine for me!
