    I had a very good experience in KBL, I did a Discovery PICO 皮秒 at KBL on 4 Dec to remove my acne scars. The staff are professional, they helped me to arrange the schedule as I preferred and reminded me on the actual day before. After the treatment , the staff followed up on my treatment to reassure me and briefed me again what would happen in next few days.
    The Aesthetic Doctor, Michelle, is skillful and experienced although she looks so young and pretty however when she gave me a consultation I know I am in good hands. My skin pores started to shrink and my acne scars are lighter after one PICO treatment. It is amazing!

    I have been putting off visiting a dermatologist for far too long after suffering from Hormonal Acne, acne scars accumulated + a huge hole in my pocket over the years. I do not put my trust in many but this place is a must if you have any derm issue.

    Finally made an appointment at KBL via a friend’s recommendation. I met Dr. Michelle Ng and we connected instantly. Michelle is genuine, caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. She takes time to explain details and provides a lot of advice based on my current needs; and I walk out with a feeling of well being.

    After my initial consultation, I immediately scheduled my appointment with her. During the treatment, I am impressed with how gentle, quick, thorough, and patient Michelle is.

    Her treatment plan for my Hormonal acne + scars was so much more complete and thoughtful compared to my past doctors. Price too is really reasonable/affordable but the results, is unbeatable. Do ask Michelle for my photos and she will gladly share more with you.

    In Singapore, it’s unlikely to find a doctor so genuine and caring these days when Most doctors /clinics are just keen on selling packages!

    Overall, I am truly happy with the service and importantly, the results I received. Highly recommend KBL and Dr. Michelle!

    As recommended by Dr Michelle, I did the yellow dual laser for lifting, whitening and reducing my redness. The procedure is comfortable warm sensation, doctor was gentle as well, and I kept dozing off!
    I can see significant whitening effect even though I’m relatively fair.
    I did not notice any lifting/firming until they showed me my ‘before’ photo. Then I realised the huge difference as compared. My face looked more V-shaped, and I am really really pleased with this!! Because occasionally I do need botox for jaw reduction.

    Oh ya not to mentioned the counter lady was really pleasant and sweet.

    I came to this clinic to get my CO2 laser done, and I must say I was pretty impressed with the results and their professionalism!
    The process wasn’t as painful as compared to other clinics but the results were much better!

    Thank you Doctor Michelle and her lovely team for giving me a wonderful laser experience!

    Very impressive experience there!!! Modern and soothing ambience, the doctors are very professional and can solve all your concerns on skin! And I am surprised the price is very reasonable for that level of clinics in a premium location with excellent services. All the friends who visited the clinic shared a similar positive experience with me!

    Wonderful service at KBL. I saw the GP Dr Zhao after experiencing some back pain. She took my concerns seriously, performed a physical examination and diagnostic testing, and was thorough in trying to determine the cause of my pain. She was clear and comforting throughout, and was able to refer me for medical imaging immediately after my appointment. All of the staff I encountered were attentive and friendly, and I highly recommend the practice.

    I always have a lot of Syringomas on my 2 upper cheeks and they are obvious. I went to KBL Healthcare and Dr Michelle Ng used the latest technology to remove these Syringomas for me. The procedure is smooth and there is hardly any pain under the steady hands of Dr Michelle. After 5 days, all the dry crusts have dropped off, my face is now so smooth and clear of these Syringomas. I would strongly recommend Dr Michelle to my friends who need any aesthetic treatment.

    Overall very impressed with the service. The staff were very attentive to all my needs during my visit, always ensuring I am warm and comfortable despite the rain, and that i am well hydrated throughout the entire treatment experience.

    Dr Michelle Ng is also very knowledgable and skilful despite her young age, she was able to suggest multiple solutions to a skin issue i brought up. The clinic is nested right above the foodcourt, very easy to find.

    Came by for a consultation today, Dr Michelle was very nice and informative. She gave me her honest opinion on my concerns and answered all the questions I had! The overall the ambience felt modern and professional but the doctors and stuff made me feel very comfortable.

    Visited KBL a few days ago and I had such a good experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional, ambience was nice and Dr Michelle answered all my queries, gave great advice as well and made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone!

    Had filler and botox done by Dr Michelle. Nice and good doctor. Love how she handle paitient gently. I did not put any numbing cream cause I am high in tolerant on pain. Even without numbing cream I also don’t feel much pain nor discomfort. The whole process was pretty good.

    Very happy with my visit at this clinic. Very professional service from Dr Michelle Ng. She was very detailed in her explanation, very knowledgable with recommending the right aesthetics treatment for me and was very gentle during the procedure. There was no pain or bruise after the procedure. My skin became a lot more radiant after the visit. Highly recommended!

    They have a broad range of doctors there including dermotologiest and GP doctor .I visited the clinic for facial, the dermotologiest after consulted me , gave me many advises and in the end I bought the package a d they didn’t charge me for the dermotologiest consultation fee , which I used to pay $150 to $ 200 in hospitals . The treatment are very professional and price is reasonable .
    I love it and 5 star recommend to all beauties
