    Dr Ben is an expert and knows exactly what I want. He even pointed out things I’ve never noticed, which I’m pleasantly amazed.
    Amazing environment, lovely and welcoming staff. I’m satisfied with the results and I will be back!

    I have been a loyal customer of IDS since 2019 and even referred family members over. However, standards have dropped recently with lesser therapists available. Recently, did a facial with another therapist as my usual one has left the organisation.

    Please note the following:

    1. They are somehow able to do extraction without pain and no painkiller used.

    2. Suction when clearing face, you need to dictate the therapist on the suction power.

    Do not leave the place smiling if not satisfied. If you complain subsequently, they will claim that you are smiling so very satisfied. They have not heard the meaning of being professional and taking it up with the relevant authorities.

    Please sign more packages if you

    1. Have the experience and enjoy dictating the therapist what to do

    2. Scare of pain as their extraction technique is amazing good. They are able to do it without pain (no painkillers involved)

    3. Enjoy topping up with your personal stash of skincare post facial treatment.

    Visited IDS in Apr 2022, consulted Dr Michelle and assisted by Eva. They are both very friendly and patience in explaining to me with regards to my skin concern. I’m glad that I have visited IDS and my skin condition had improved with their products and treatments!

    It’s a good place with a professional team! Dr Ben was very friendly and could give me many good suggestions. My consultant is Caline, and she is super nice and patient as well! She introduced the products in detail, and she answered any questions about the products and treatments. Can’t wait to try IDS’s products!

    Visited IDS during Jan 2022. Consulted Dr Michelle Wong and Eva assisted me for the assessment of my skin and thereafter Dr Wong recommended me the right facial, laser and skin treatments specially curated for me. I love it. And my skin has improve ever since. I am a zero pain tolerance person. Dr Michelle Wong and Eva always ensure my experience is smooth and pain-free when possible. If there’s pain involved, they will ensure the pain level was kept to the minimum. Daphne was also one of the assistant who was very kind and patient to assist me and taught me the process of how to use IDS products in a proper way and the steps involved when Eva was away. I really appreciate the services that IDS has offered me. Thank you.

    Visited this branch around 3months ago for a skin consultation with Dr Michelle – I am impressed with how sleek, modern and aesthetic the lobby is! There were ample space and comfortable seating area for visitors / patients. The staff were all donned in uniforms, medical masks and safety goggles, looking all professional. The registration process was really smooth and fast as well. I

    was promptly ushered into consultation room soon after and my session with Dr Michelle was very pleasant throughout. She asked me for my concerns, carefully examined my skin, gave some suggestions on how to improve my skin care regime and then prescribed me with the customised set of skin care products from IDS in-house range. A skin care consultant sat down with me to run through ALL the products (how to use, where to use etc.) and answered all my questions super patiently. Really felt very well taken care of by the IDS team ! 🙂

    I’ve been using their products for the past 2.5 months now and honestly I am impressed by how much my enlarged pores / bumpy skin texture has improved!! Especially like the Pore Formula and Oil-free moisturiser which helped to tackle my troubled areas and helped me to smoothen out my skin alot.

    I would highly recommend you guys to visit IDS! Definitely will re-purchase their products.

    Enjoyed the facial services and IDS. Gentle and comfortable. The consultant Jessica was a bit judgy though. She kept scanning at me from head to toe like as though I couldn’t afford the service…

    Had a really pleasant experience at IDS clinic. The doctor Michelle was super patient, she examined my skin condition and explained what I should take note of to protect my skin. The staffs were helpful too with great great attitude. Would definitely go back again! ?

    I am finally back to do a review on my 3rd visit that i went almost 3 weeks back at IDS clinic.

    This time Dr Ben Yim suggested i do a picosure laser to help brighten up my complexion and lighten scars. I have a few small little chicken pox scar on my face.

    I was put on numbing cream for about 15 to 20 minutes before we proceed with the procedure. Painful level for the picosure laser to me was about 3/10. The whole process for the laser took less than 40 min! Zero downtime too! I was expecting a bit of redness on ny face but there wasnt any. Really is a lunch time quick fix thats suitable for OL like me!

    3 weeks after picosure laser, i do notice my complexion to be brighter but not much on the lightening of scars yet since its only my first treatment . Might have to go back again soon if my concern is scar removal. Other than tt im really happy with my bright n glowy skin!

    I visited the clinic for skin consultation. I’m impressed how they put together everything in one place, anything that you could need. IDS is elegant, neat, and modern. At first impression, you’ll feel confident that your skin issues will be handled professionally and I wasn’t wrong.

    Went down for a visit and got recommended a skincare routine alongside a set of skincare products (such as the facial scrub, moisturiser and pore formula) to use. Been using for close to two months and results have been good so far – Skin definitely got smoother and supple.

    I was having a good chat with the doctor. I shared my skin concerns with the doctor while she was assessing my skin. After that, the doctor customised a set of skin cares according to my skin condition and age. Not only the doctor but the consultants who helped the clinic were also friendly.

    My very first visit to IDS clinic was a very pleasant one.The staffs at IDS were all very welcoming and friendly. Consultation with Dr Ben Yim was very straight forward. He addressed my concern and customised a set of skincare to suit my skin conditions. I like it that he offers alternative and was very patient in explaining the different procedures.

    My consultant Sok ching was very knowledgeable in skin care . She was very patient in explaining the different usages of the skincare that are prescribed to me and she even know all the key ingredients of the products! There was totally zero hardselling from her too!

    I had a consultation with Dr Michelle Wong. After assessing my skin’s condition, Dr Michelle pointed out my skin’s problems that I am facing and customised a set of skincare products targeting at my skin’s problems. Everyone’s skin condition is different and will have different product needs. I find it useful to seek advice from Aesthetic professional to assess our skin problems and prescribed the right products for us. With just a week of using and I have noticed the improvement.

    My consultation was with Dr Michelle Wong at IDS Clinic at International Building. She has a lot of dermatology credentials, plus experience in aesthetic treatments, and gave me very good advice on how to reduce fine lines and wrinkles! The skincare consultants and IDS Clinic team are all very professional. The entire process of getting an appointment, going through the consultation etc was very pleasant and smooth.

    If you’re hesitating about getting a skin consultation with IDS Clinic, I’d say go for it. You might not understand your own skin condition as well as the expert dermatologists do, and you might be harming your own skin!

    I had a consultation with Dr Ben Yim so that he may advise the best course of steps to take for my journey towards healthier skin. Dr Ben prescribed a set of skincare to address my skin’s issues (pigmentations, breakouts, oily skin, skin bumps, scars).

    With my new skin routine with IDS products, people around me have have noticed a significant improvement of my complexion and were curious with what I was using.

    The staff were professional and ready to answer my questions in detailed. The Doctor was also skilled and efficient. Tried out the skincare set for two weeks and it help drastically reduce my excess sebum on my T-Zone.

    It was my first time visit to IDS and I chose to visit its flagship store in Orchard for its central and accessible location. My skin issues were pretty spot-on after a skin consultation with Dr. Michelle Wong who is gentle, friendly and polite throughout. An IDS therapist, Caline went through the products in details and guided me on the usage. Certainly excited to see how my skin would be, after using their products. I was out of the clinic within 1.5 hours.

    I was introduced to Dr Ben Yim, one of the doctors at IDS. After checking my skin for problems, he then prescribed a set of skincare to address my skin’s issue.

    I was definitely happy to have identified my skin issues before beginning on my new skin routine with IDS. So far so good, as I have had no negative reactions to the products which have been prescribed to me. I’M TOTALLY SOLD BY THEM!

    I had a very pleasant first visit to the flagship IDS Clinic at International Building and am very heartened to know it’s a homegrown brand which offers innovative treatments and services. At the IDS Clinic, I consulted Dr Michelle Wong, who was professional, friendly and very patient in understanding my skin issues and proposing solutions for me. It’s pretty amazing how the recommended RC and IM have solved my maskne & dry lips problem (since mask-wearing) after using it for 2 days!

    First visit to IDS and it was fuss free and fast. Dr Michelle Yong suggested some products to tackle my combination/dry skin. The products absorb very quickly and that certainly makes the skincare routine more manageable despite the many steps. Took the chance to also ask about some anti-ageing treatments and would certainly be considering them soon. The staff forgot to pack one of the products which i only realized when i got home though. Will have to drop by another time.

    It was many years back when i consulted Dr SK Tan at DRx on my blackheads issue. He prescribed me many products of which i had only wanted to try the Comedone Formula which was highly raved. Turn out, Dr was unhappy when i told the counter staff that i only wanted one of the products. Dr came out and confronted me in front of some of his clients. I was appalled at such professionalism. I’m writing this now after many years is to share my experience with others. Bcos I got to find out that my friend had approached Dr at IDS for her first anti-aging treatment but has stopped going down to see Dr cos she had to spend lots on replenishing the products. I suppose she too like me might have felt compelled to purchase all that he prescribed. Looking back, I’m thankful that i didn’t succumb despite the ugly scene that took place at the clinic. It was surely embarrassing for me to be scolded in public, but i trust one can judge if a client should be treated like that by a dermatologist.

    The ambience was very good and the staff were very pleasant. They had a lot of consultation rooms with ample support staff. I consulted Dr. Ben Yim and he checked my skin concerns and also my health history in order to give me the right skincare products. There was an assistant who helped me out with the products and their usage. She wrote down the instructions clearly for me to follow for the next 1 month until my 2 nd visit. I am very happy with their products and the way they treat clients.

    Saw Dr. SK Tan for laser treatment for issue I have had for abt 10 years..And the results were awesome. Cant recommend him and the clinic enough. He was very patient and understanding and took really good care.Thanks Dr. Tan!

    First visit to IDS flagship at Orchard today. Their location is central with easy access by public transport and there are also plenty of parking lots available in the area for those who drive. Consultant Cassandra was very friendly in explaining the use of their skincare products, with handwritten step by step instructions. Dr Michelle Wong was very personable and patient in sharing her knowledge on freckles. She was also very skillful in identifying my skin issues. Feeling very assured to be under their care and very excited to embark on this skin transformation journey!

    Good place with professional team, Dr Ben is very nice to the patient and can always give good suggestion. After two sessions of the treatment I can see the improvement of my skin. My consultant is Caline and she is also quite helpful when I have any questions about the products and treatments.
