    Excellent service. Nail technician was friendly and warm, she also took extra care to avoid my wounds when doing the foot scrub for me. Very pleasant experience, will definitely recommend to all.

    Good service and staff are friendly. It’s always a great place for me whenever I have ingrown issues as they never fail me in solving my problem… I too love their services and attitudes… *Super homely place*

    Unpleasant, disturbing & unforgettable experience. After reading all the good reviews it made me question about the service and quality of the staff. Short story: I was in the area of Tampines was looking for nail salon and so I chance upon Fancy nail palace and saw the good reviews. I know it was quite last minute to arrange for a same day appointment, so I decided to give it a call first. The service I selected was Gel Nail art , I understand that it is the festive period just trying my luck to see if I can actually secure a slot. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that there’s available slot and that’s when I chose to make my way down. Mind you both me and my mom walked from Tampines 1 all the way to the salon for about 20mins.

    I was looking forward to my service , upon arriving there is no greeting at all. Everyone doesn’t seem to be friendly and welcoming. The way they spoke to us is very rude as well. When my mom spoke to one of the staff she just ignored her. Throughout the service I felt rushed , uneasy & unwelcome. The staff told me that the salon was very busy and there’s customers afterwards.

    If they have other customers to attend to and is full house shouldn’t they reject me on the phone ? Why waste our time to come down and be mistreated. I’m a paying customer as well and the service wasn’t cheap too. I requested for full nail art but was mostly stick on stickers what a fraud ?

    There was no hard selling and the prices were made clear. Carol did my nail art really nicely and was friendly.

    Overall my experience was great!

    I did a classic mani ($48) + nail art ($38)

    Had a pleasant experience at the salon 🙂 Staff was very thoughtful and environment is clean and cozy!

    Such a pleasant experience I had during my first ever manicure with them. The team was very welcoming and patient in fulfilling my requests. Would definitely recommend friends and family to do their nails there too! Thank you ☺️

    Was lucky enough to get a last min appointment and it was my first time there. Staff did a pretty amazing job for my classic gel pedicure! They do have a great range of colours to choose from as well. And most importantly, they don’t do hard selling.

    I did removal ($8 cash) and classic gel mani with nail art ($75 but deducted from package).

    Good service, the nail technician painted two layers on each nail. She also wiped away and repainted the nail art if she was not satisfied with it. Very meticulous.

    The session ended with a nice albeit short hand massage with lotion. It was good as my hands were starting to cramp after not moving them much for one hour.

    The only downside is that the person filed my nails very unevenly. I raised it up to her but she said it was fine as it looked even to her.

    1st time here. Staffs are friendly. Nice ambience. Very good that they are not pushing us to take up the package unlike some places…. Kudos to de team.

    Friendly and professional staff! My first time at FNP, very happy with the outcome of the mani as I chose the theme but design wise it was up to the staff!

    Awesome experience! This is my first time doing pedicure so was having difficulties in deciding the design/color. But the staffs r helpful and friendly 🙂 They r professional in giving suggestions that suit their customer! Definitely satisfied w the final result!

    first time visiting here for my classic mani & pedi, staff was very welcoming , friendly and professional and they did the nail art that i requested?? will sure go back again for my nails appt! ??

    got my nail extensions done today by carol and she was super attentive and gentle! she kept asking about my preferences throughout, ensuring that I was happy with what was being done. Everyone else in the shop were also super friendly 🙂

    Super happy with the end results, will definitely be back in the future!

    Very happy with the high professionalism and service standards at the nail salon. The staff are always very friendly, cheerful and accommodating. There’s a wide range of colors that leaves you spoiled for choice.
