    Christine provided a very excellent and professional facial service for me today. Every step is very sanitary. The needle used for acne cleaning is disposable. The 26th floor view is also great. Feel relaxed and refreshed after the service.

    A new customer to facework few months ago ,oxley branch. Had brow done by Elise ,a jovial confident therapist. Subsequently tried their facial too. facial done by pretty Justina. Enjoy the process,Skillful n understanding beauty therapist.
    Nice environment for a comfortable facial with delicious nutrients desserts n nice tea serve after . And no hard sell, which is a plus point. Overall, good experience. Had sign up few more sessions.

    Justina’s and her team provides excellent service to everyone who comes in through the personalised individual lift doors. They are warm, caring and genuine in providing solutions tailored to each individual’s requirements, taking their time to explain the minutiae of their craft. I saw the ladies before me laughing and a couple smiling away before me after their treatments.

    The ambience is clean, relaxing and welcoming and gives similar views and vibes to Westin around the corner. The high ceilings allow plenty on sunlight, setting an uplifting mood for my afternoon appointment – combined with the wonderful service and explanation process by Justina made this afternoon a memorable one for me.

    Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Good service. Has many options of treatment both face and body . Sometimes, there are promotion which is a good deal. Thanks them for giving a free birthday treatment.

    I did Hifu treatment today. I would like to recommend this clinic. They explained my skin problems very details and carefully. Nice environment and nice service.

    Found this place on tiktok ($28 hydra facial package) but ended up opting for a $58 package (hydra facial + extraction + collagen serum) because of my acne-prone sensitive skin type.

    Highly recommend that you request for Justina! She was very patient in explaining to me my skin type, the type of products I should use and what my facial routine should look like. Very friendly and no hard selling which I really appreciate!

    Before and after the facial procedure, I was also served some tea and desserts which is always a plus.

    This place is a scam! Every service has hidden charge, they also do their service half way, when ask why only do half way, they say need to pay more if want do fully, but i’m already half way through the service! Why dont you tell me the “real” price before selling the service?

    Very smart scammer, when they sell you package, they don’t tell you their “real” price, when they service you half way, only tell you the real price, this way you have no choice but to pay more in order to get the full service because you are already half way through it.

    Very dishonest business, highly encouraged not to come here.

    It was my first time at facework aesthetic it was a good experience Melissa was very helpful and friendly she explained very well on how to use the product and everything else about the treatment the place is very clean.

    I tried the muscle face lift & Justina did the facial for me. After 1 try I can see the difference. Will be back for more treatment. salon is clean, environment is nice. View from the 26th floor is beautiful . Staff are very nice & helpful.
