    I heard about the clinic’s reputation while researching for a good derma clinic in Singapore. I went there for an acne scarring issue. Eve and Dr. Yap were really nice and expertly handled my case. After a relaxing facial by Chloe and the laser session, I felt great improvement on my skin. I purchased a package because I feel that the experience, people/staff, ambience and treatments are worth it.

    I was going through the most terrible skin condition since I started wearing face mask. Having the opportunity to have the first trial with them changes my life. Eternelle has been providing fantastic services resolving my skin condition in every session. I enjoy going back to them consistently, loving their professionalism, making efforts to understand the skin condition and each time after the session, I could immediately feel and see the results. They have given me the most pampering touch with their gentle hands. It’s painless experience has steal my heart.

    I have been visiting Eternelle V for almost a year, based on a recommendation from a friend, and it has been worth every appointment! The service, expertise, products and cleanliness is second to none. I have bought packages based on expert recommendations and have not been disappointed in any way. I had significant pigmentation issues, which has improved with specialised laser treatments, and my facials have improved the overall look and feel of my skin. I always look forward to my appointments, the ladies there look after me so well and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered! Would highly recommend a visit for anyone considering investing in themselves!

    Eternelle V is a wonderful place to go to for one’s medi-facials and upkeeping of general aesthetics in this busy city.

    Through happenstance, while moving into the the new neighbourhood I first tried out their facial treatments since their Le Facialle days and have been with them ever since.

    I have no qualms giving 5 stars for the overall service, quality, professionalism and offerings EV provides. Appointments are helmed systematically and I always start on time without rush. Therapist are assigned to you for familiarity and understanding of your personal needs and concerns. It is the overall experience and results that counts!

    ‘Eternally Grateful’ to Eve, Veron, Seven and Dr Yap for reminding to take care of myself and providing me a respite at their premises to rest up and partake in self-care from my busy schedule.

    And if it helps seal the deal, I always get compliments after every treatment – with or without a laser treat thrown in!

    Wonderful and authentic medispa. Therapists are professional, meticulous and service-oriented. They take time understanding your lifestyle, personal needs and provide a customised skincare treatment with appropriate after care regime. Very good quality in-house skincare products but no product pushing. Expect to be well-pampered!

    I don’t usually like being locked into packages as rule as I believe there are always better spas out there. But what drew me to this one was the staff and quality of their services. I like that its a small business so you will get to know most if not all the people that work there and vice versa. What sealed the deal for me was that they took the time to understand my lifestyle and skin issues and goals. They are using top medical grade equipment and their technicians are all very well trained and detail oriented. I’m seeing massive improvements in my skin while still being able to lead an active/sunny lifestyle 🙂

    Best facial place I’ve been to!!
    The clinic is very cosy and the staff are all friendly 🙂

    I tried out the Triple Brilliance Treatment which consisted of the Purity & Glow Facial, as well as the Illuminate Laser. The Laser was pain free and all I felt was some warm feeling on my face. My face really looked brighter after the facial. I was further impressed some days after the facial when I suddenly realized my skin condition was pretty good – smooth and brighter! Will definitely come back in future.

    Also, no worries as there is no hard selling at all – which is amazing!! Sure, I was introduced to the various facials and laser treatments the clinic offers, as well as the pricing structure which is quite transparent. However, the manager just introduced to me once and told me to consider coming back next time if I’m satisfied with the effects and the service ??

    Highly recommend this place!!

    I have been going to Eternelle V for a few years now. I first visited them when they were still called Le Facialle. During my first trip there, I remembered I had several acne in fact large ones. However, after I started my treatment with them, my skin has improved. There is lesser acne and my acne scars have lighten. Other than the treatments they provide, their service there is also top notch. The staffs are friendly and meticulous in taking great care of the customers.

    Thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Veron each time, she is sensitive to the needs of my skin and familiar at the same time, and each experience is customised to the condition of the skin. Often more like a pampering session for me, at times even resulting in a deep sleep and a snore, which tells me I am relaxed and rejuvenated when I wake. This followed by the laser after, gives me skin that I am confident of maintaining with simple fuss-free products. Highly recommended!

    Love the entire team. Unbelievably welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and I always feel they have my best interest at heart and are not just trying to sell me something. It’s one of the places I’m most grateful for in Singapore. My skin has never looked better!

    Highly recommend this place for aesthetic treatments. Their new gen lasers and facials are very reasonably priced and have helped my skin so much. Everyone at the medispa feels like a friend. I dare say I have never received such good personalised service from people in the beauty line who genuinely care about serving your needs while respecting your budget constraints rather than hard selling you packages you don’t need just for commission. Their new gen lasers in particular have been such a godsend. Zero discomfort and I am in and out of the place in 15 mins. Give them a try if you haven’t already discovered these awesome new gen lasers and this gem of a place!

    I started going to eternelle v when they were still called le facialle. I had a lot of acne then and my pores were clogged. Under their guidance and after several treatments, I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. I used to have very huge pimples growing on my face but these days I only experience a few small pimples and that is because of the imbalance in hormones (during that time of the month). As I have sensitive skin, they recommended products that were suitable for me and it helped to improve the redness on my face.

    Overall, probably the most personalized facial experience for me so far. Every single person working here is not only technically well trained but also able to take special care to deliver excellent service to their customers through a holistic approach. They are not only obsessing over what treatment I should be getting from them but also how I care for my skin at home to ensure that I have a comprehensive program in place.

    My skin has improved tremendously after a bout of acne and I’m on my way to clearer skin – all without feeling any pressures to buy yet another “package”.

    Rooms are clean and comfortable so you can relax and enjoy your “me” time. Lastly, they take appointments via WhatsApp. What is more convenient than that?

    Went for the facial spa and the result was so good. My skin was so much brighter and smooth. The best part was my blackheads on the chin were clear. The staff are so friendly and the service is 1st class and their products are great.

    Today was my first visit to Eternelle V, I must say that the service and staff was great and pleasant. I would recommend my friends and family to try it out. Having said that, the facial that I did was the Sensitive SRC Stress Balance as I have extremely sensitive skin. Along witht the superb facial, the massage that came along with it was great as well. Not forgetting the free eye brow trimming service that was included in the facial as well. I would definitely come back again for another facial package! 🙂

    Started going to Eternelle V about 1+ years ago when it was called Le Facialle. Even though I went as a promo customer during my first visit, my therapist didn’t pressure me into topping up or signing up for their packages. That left a very good impression on me.

    Since then, my therapists have never recommended a particular treatment to me just because it was more expensive. I feel that they only recommend treatments that are genuinely suited for my needs. Under Eternelle V, prices are higher (probably due to the new location & facilities), but I find that I don’t really mind splurging on these pampering sessions every month or so.

    P.S. Recently tried another place with similar price points, as a promo customer, and Eternelle V is by far the superior one.

    Although the shop is small, it was quite nicely and newly renovated.
    Actually a pleasant surprised that they still use “steamer” for facial. Quite nostalgic and remind me of the good old days. 🙂 It was enjoyable.

    Background music was slightly loud for a good nap……They were caring and service was warm and cosy. There was review even after the session. The only thing that I would ask would be lower down the background music slighly for a better nap. 🙂

    Look for Charmaine, she is skilful and polite.

    After the caviar facial and paraffin neck treatment, I walked out with brighter and refreshed skin. The facial comes with eye treatment so saves me from topping up. I was impressed with the gentle and thorough extraction, well balanced shoulders massage and pleasing environment. The rooms were well sized with the right amount of lighting to help ease me into a relaxed mood. I’m glad that even with the facial massage my sensitive skin did not react adversely to the products. Anyone looking for a facial routine should consider this place especially with the GSS promo that is on now. I’m definitely coming back soon!

    It was my first time experiencing facial in 30 years of my life. I should say, Le Facialle changed my perspective on facial totally. It was super relaxing and good. My skin feels so much cleaner and radiant. Definitely will introduce more friends over! Friendly staffs as well. Really a good way to pamper yourself and most importantly your skin!

    I opt for the deep cleansing facial. The treatment was soothing and comfortable. Have my facial therapist Anna to thank for her amazing skills of facial massage.

    As I have sensitive skin, I have always been particular when it comes to where I have facials, especially about the products and therapists. With its use of European skin care products and skilled therapists, La Facialle International has found a returning customer in me.

    I finished the facial feeling relaxed and pampered, and my skin looked brighter. The best aspect of the facial was the skilled hands of the therapist – the extraction caused minimal discomfort and the massage was excellent. She was also patient, taking the time to answer some queries I had and carried out the facial without any rush.

    I enjoyed the soothing environment, and touches like the healthy tea served at the end.

    So far this is the only facial that make me feel so comfortable at the same time solves my skin dryness, blackhead and pimple outbreaks issues. My skin condition had improved over the years! Thank you very much!

    I have been trying the facials here for the past few months and I must say that I’ve been really pleased with their services and the results. My complexion has improved significantly after just a few facials and the experience is always extremely comfortable, relaxing & soothing. I even fell asleep in the midst of my blackhead extractions twice!

    I also find the location very ideal. It’s away from the usual crowds of the town area and the heartland malls but yet, is conveniently located right next to Novena MRT.

    Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good facial 🙂

    not one to usually go for facials, though Le Facialle has changed my perception – they made it comforting for guys with their European products and sincere staff. Their Hydro Intensive facial & Guasha eye therapy provided great relief for someone who’s glued to his computer screen in an air-con environment. Definitely worth a repeat visit. Ask for therapist Anna

    I had to attend the wedding of a family member and was looking for a good facial. I wad sauntering in the vicinity of Novena and chanced upon Le Facialle. I have really dull and dark skin and was advised to take up the derma enzyme facial so that my skin will look more luminous and boy, the facial did not disappoint. My skin felt tighter, brighter and even looked a bit translucent after the facial! Making me one happy customer!

    I’ve been looking for a good facial spa for a long time and I’ve finally found one in Le Facialle. I love everything they offer from their friendly service to their comfortable bed and duvet, quality products and skilled facialists, even right down to the tea they serve at the end of my treatment! Their deep cleansing facial is my favourite as it always leaves my skin clean, clear and refreshed. They also have gentle treatments for when my skin feels a little sensitive. Le Facialle is awesome and they can count on me to be a regular customer! 🙂

    No one does facials better than Le Facialle! I went for their Acne Treatment and really loved the results! They have the right products to treat your skin before and after extraction and your skin really feels very comfortable and calm after. Definitely my favourite place for professional facials!
