    Used to enjoy a good decent clean massage whenever I visited but this place is no longer the same. Visited today and was very disappointed with the massage, she is more interested in special services than the massage

    I have just experienced a really great massage at 21 spas, I really like the service, from the reception to the masseuse, there is a private bathroom, massage room and bathroom, everything is very clean, feeling Very relaxing feeling, I booked for sora, she is very active, talkative and very relaxing. and especially you are so beautiful i feel great to have a massage like this i will probably visit once a week thank you

    I had a really good time at Eleven Spa as the staff there are very professional and provided great service. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which helped me relax. The treatments were fantastic and made me feel refreshed. I really recommend this spa if you would want to have a really good spa experience.

    Dropped by to give them a try and did a 60 min Chinese Meridian massage. It’s a small and cozy massage parlor that feels very welcoming. The receptionist was very kind to go explain each massage option and their benefits. She escorted me through the main door which was like a portal into the main massage room which felt very much like a hotel lobby, with a very quiet ambience even though Holland can get a bit noisy due to the MRT.

    The interior is furnished very well and it felt very premium to be inside. My massage room was so cozy and relaxing to be in I could really fall asleep in there. What shocked me the most is that every room has a dedicated washroom where patrons can have a quick bath after; I’ve never seen a small massage outlet have this kind of facility for guests as the ones I’m used to going is just come and go. It really felt like a premium hotel room, and a short retreat from the noise of the outside world.

    My massage was provided by Ada who did a great job hitting pressure points and relieving muscle strain. It was really comfortable and I nearly fell asleep.

    Overall, very professional team and very welcoming. Will definitely drop by again to get a massage. Highly recommended

    Very clean. No nonsense . And authentic service. The reception is professional , the masseuse is attentive and properly trained. Strong accurate massage. No bruises

    Very nice Spa. Very quite, zen, clean and comfortable. So relaxing. The therapists are very professional. Especially Yvonne. I strongly recommend this spa.

    Went for the 60min Chinese Meridian Therapy Massage. Yuki was warm and courteous while waiting for the session to start and the massage provided by Ada was really comfortable – would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

    One of the best spa in SG. Simple room layout with good ambience. Yvonne is a really good masseuse. Willing to listen to instruction and apply strong force. Will visit again soon!

    Helpful recep lady Joey who attended to me upon arrival and asked if the session is ok when i am leaving.

    Simple, decent, clean room, nice pleasing music.

    Strong masseuse Yvonne. Like the strength she used on me. A very skillful and nice lady.
