    Bedside manners not on par; from the outset, no handshake no smile no pleasantries. consult was disappointing.

    I encountered acne problem many years back. After few treatments with Dr Valentin, finally I regain my confidence back with flawless skin. The location wise is also centralised. As I work around Orchard area, it is really convenient for me to book my appointment during lunch hours. Doctor and staff are friendly!

    I look younger than my age and people don’t know what I have done on my face. Only Dr Low can do this!

    This is my first time getting botox and nose filler done so i did some research on who should I visit. I am happy that I made the right choice and I am in love with the results. Will definitely be back for more money well spent treatments ^^

    My first face hair removal laser was great! It is not painful at all 🙂
    Dr Valentin Low is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend to those who want to get rid of unwanted hair.

    Definitely 5 stars for this clinic! Other than the traffic jam to reach the car park, I like everything about Dr Valentin, his staff and the results he gave!

    Love the laser treatments at Dr Valentin’s clinic. My skin improved so much in just 2 months. Now I can cut my morning make-up routine down to 10 minutes. Thank you, Doc!

    Recommended by a good friend of mine so I just gave it a try. The doctor did a good job. Very minimal pain (which what I always look for) 🙂 My face looks more lifted and younger…
    Will visit him again on my next trip to Singapore!

    Dr Valentin has a great aesthetic eye, high standards in terms of patient care and results. Every visit is a good experience but just that the interior design of the clinic is a little dated.

    My mummy is Dr Valentin’s long time patient and I was happened to see him during one of her visits. I complained about my baby-fat-cheeks and he convinced me that he is able to take that away. Only 3 treatments and tadaaa… baby-fat-cheeks is gone! I love the shape of my face now, thanks to Dr Valentin.

    Did a threadlift with Dr Valentin on last March for my reunion gathering with my ex-classmates. Everybody were commenting about my never-aged secret. I highly recommend Dr Valentin to those who want to look young and refresh without going under the knife.

    Dr Valentin is skilled and attentive. He is willing to spend time to understand my concerns. His facial laser treatments are reasonable in price and showed results that were beyond my expectations. Only thing is if only paragon car park can be cheaper…

    I gave birth to my #2 in last year April and it has been so difficult to lose my pregnancy weight. Many told me that breastfeeding will make me lose weight but it doesn’t happen this way for me. I felt so depressed when my #1 poke at my loose tummy and said that I am having a baby. I googled for slimming solutions and I came across Dr Valentin’s website. I decided to visit his clinic after I spoken to his customer service staff as she sounded helpful and too not aggressive. I am glad that I have made the right choice because the slimming package was to my budget and I am able to see visible overall reduction. From my post pregnancy size UK14, I can now fit into a UK10. My aim is to wear back my UK8.

    not a good experience with them. went there for freckle pico laser. first of all, no complete skin check before treatment, just told me 3 times my freckle will be removed completely. had 3 times pico laser but i can’t see there is any improvement indeed, doctor can’t tell the reason, just tell me maybe the freckle is too deep, then why doctor never did a check on what kinda freckle and how deep the freckle is? so…..u can see lack of professionalism here.
    Initially i purchased 2 cream @500+, but my friend told me not necessary coz it does not really help to remove freckles, and there is no ingredient label at all. When i wanted to refund on the following week, they deducted 10% from the original amount, 7% GST + 3% credit card charges, quite ridiculous, receptionist told me some funny story that they have filed GST, i wonder who file GST weekly??? It is small money, but i feel bad to pay unreasonable $$$.
    Anyway, to me, i dun feel the professionalism, totally not recommend, you should do a lot of research and compare with other clinics before signing any package.

    I have been doing my usual laser, botox and filler with Dr Valentin for so many years. Never once I was disappointed and I have been a very happy patient for all these years. I do recommend Dr Valentin to my friends who are looking for serious results. An experienced Dr, his friendly staffs and good results matter very much to me.

    A series of five laser treatments at Dr Valentin Low’s clinic @Paragon cleared my blotches of pigmentation that had been disturbing me for the past 6 years!
    Would recommend this clinic to those who are struggling with pigments. The doctor is very professional, the staff are friendly and most importantly the charges are affordable.

    My sudden breakouts just two week before my graduation day almost killed me!
    Luckily I had them completely disappeared from my face on time. Thanks to Dr Valentin Low & his team. They are awesome!

    Brought my mom for a facelift treatment at Dr Valentin Low’s clinic at Paragon as a Mother Day’s gift. She is so happy with the results.

    I have been wanted to fix my flabby belly after the delivery of my third son. As there are many aesthetic clinics in the market, I am lost for choices. Until I met a friend who gotten very good result after doing Liposonix with Dr Valentin Low at Paragon and I decided to go and see him. Dr Valentin Low recommended me Thermage body treatment and I straight away had it done after the consultation. It took me nearly two months to see the visible result. Initially I was so worried that I might not be able to see any difference but now I am glad that I am confident enough to put on my old bikini!

    Btw I’m bringing my mum over to see Dr Valentin Low. She is very interested in treating the wrinkles on her face 🙂

    My overall experience with Dr Valentin Low was satisfying and pleasant; his staffs were friendly and thoughtful. But I must say that it took me quite a bit of waiting time before I get to see him.

    I have been to many other aesthetic doctors but Dr Valentin Low is still my favourite and I highly recommend him to people around me. I am having problem getting rid of my visible pores and dull skin tone which gotten worse after my pregnancy and am very thankful that Dr Valentin Low helped me to fix my skin problems after a few sessions of laser treatment. I am hoping to look like a sexy mama by CNY 🙂
