    Dr. Wendy is amazing! I highly recommend her. She did Thermage and pigmentation laser treatments for me and she is always caring, gentle, explaining the treatments in detail, answers all the questions I have patiently. Hydrafacial treatment that I had in Dermacare was also very good & refreshing. I am very happy with the treatments I have in Dermacare. Very professional aesthetic & laser clinic. I will continue my treatments at Dermacare. Thanks so much!

    I had two treatments with Dr Wendy and had a great experience. She’s gentle and ever ready to listen to your skin concerns.

    On my second visit, I wanted to purchase a laser and facial package however I didn’t bring my physical credit card for the transaction. Asked if i could come back in on Monday (literally just two days later), was told that i had to come back tomorrow (sunday). Asked again to come back in on a weekday as i want to rest on a weekend, was again told to come back tomorrow.

    Super annoyed that i had to waste my time on a weekend just to do this. In future, please exercise more trust in your clients. I literally cannot understand what difference does a 1 day difference make. And I haven’t even done any treatment yet.

    Will come back for Dr Wendy but due to this experience, i will think twice before purchasing more packages.

    A well-equipped aesthetic clinic with authentic, gold-standard treatments like Ultherapy (for Skin Lifting), Thermage (for collagen and Skin Tightening), Cool-Sculpting (for Fat-burning) etc., unlike some clinics which offer copycat treatments without FDA/ CE certification.

    They also provide various minimally-invasive treatments like Botox, Rejuran, Profhilo, and other types of fillers.

    I strongly recommend the Hydrafacial, which is a deep-cleansing treatment that is gentle on the skin, hydrating and gives an instant glow. The relaxing neck and shoulder massage is a bonus which I love.

    I have been a long-time customer here, and I like that the Doctor is very professional, and not pushy at all. Prices are also very reasonable. Overall, highly recommended.

    P.S. The clinic is about a 5-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station. There is street parking just a 2-minute walk away at Liang Seah Street or Tan Quee Lan Street. Alternatively, you can park at the South Beach Carpark just diagonally across the road.

    I have been seeing Dr Kwan for years, he is friendly & responsive to queries. Also very meticulous & thorough in his treatment. I do request for extra/ thicker layer of numbing cream as I have low threshold for pain. Staff are obliging & generally professional. Appointments take place on time. Environment is clean & comfortable.

    Dr Wendy is so patient and gentle. I know my skin is in good hands with her. I love doing my facials there every month. June and Emma are really attentive and meticulous and the premises are spotless.

    Great service with a personal touch. Effective treatment, see results with regular appointments. Highly recommended.

    Dr Kwan is jovial, making customers feel at ease. He also offers great advise and is excellent at his work.

    No hard sell — a plus.

    Dr Kwan is a very experienced & knowledgeable doctor and he recommends what we specifically need. The treatment/ procedure gives a natural looking face without looking overdone. Been with Dr Kwan since 2015 and trust his skills & advice as always! Clinic staffs are friendly and approachable too so overall a comfortable experience.

    Wow, after I’d posted a unflattering review, the review was hidden for few days. Only after the clinic suddenly got more than 10 five star reviews(all in a week) then the review was displayed again. For those who wants to try this clinic, I suggest look closely at all their 5 star reviews, all five stars, all within a week, this is highly suspicious and questionable!

    Had done quite some treatment with Dermacare Aesthetic & Laser Clinic. Satisfied what I concern and I needs. Both Doctor are very experience , professional and friendly. They won’t advise what customer don’t needed and they are very caring during processing treatment. Price are reasonable. Front Desk are giving good and friendly welcoming

    (Be aware of this Clinic, the information on ultherapy pricing given by the Dr Wendy vs their front desk is totally different. Front desk said for Ultherapy treatment, they will charge the fixed price per person $3600, regardless how many shots(or lines) is required individually. And the front desk won’t tell you how much shots they will provided based on the charge of $3600, they will ask you go and see their Dr and charge you the consultation fee at $80 per person. However during the consultation with Dr Wendy, she said they go by the protocol recommendations on the number of shots for the different parts of the face and upper neck, but the total count won’t be more then 500 shots for both full face and upper neck. Compared with the front desk, this is totally different! When offering the perspective that different people have different skin conditions, shouldn’t the protocol have different recommendations for different profiles of patients, she said there isn’t. This is really ridiculous that the doctor tells you that the recommendation is what the protocol prescribes. If this the case why do we need a doctor to operate the machine ?)

    诊所的员工与医生有着两套不同的说辞。一个说：“超生刀的价格是固定的，不管你需要打多少发。”也就是说，你打500发是$3600, 你打 1000发也是$3600. 当你问他们，通常情况下会在多少发之间，他们会说每个人情况不同，不好说，要约见医生才知道。然后见到医生后，医生说：我们是根据机器的推荐程序打，但全脸加上半部分脖子的总和不会超过500发（收费$3600）.我不知道这是不是一家黑诊所，如果不是，怎么会给如此不一样的资讯？当问医生，每个人的皮肤情况都不一样，那么她是否会根据不同情况去调整发数。然后她说，机器会推荐她该打多少发，如果客人有特别交代她把某些部分的发数移到另一个部位也是可以操作的。客人是花钱买医生的学识，技术以及经验的累积，从而达到一个好的治疗效果。什么都一问三不知，什么都让机器告诉医生怎么操作，需要客人告诉医生怎么做，那么客人还需要医生做什么？简直是离谱和可笑到家了！！！
