    I visited many places for body massage and I’m pleased to recommend Coslab Beauty Spa @ Yew Tee Point.

    Penny is really professional and helped to identify and cured my needs.

    I had a very pleasure timing with Coslab and personally would love to come more often.

    I was attended by Penny and she was a very charming lady. She is highly experienced and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who has prolonged backache condition like me. I felt so much better after the session with her.

    Got a 60-min ladies’ deep tissue javanese massage + 15 min back treatment from Fave. Even though Penny can’t really speak english, she made sure I was comfortable throughout. I don’t go for massages often. To me, her massage is quite good and I enjoyed it.

    Did the facial with Jessie several weeks ago. She was very skillful and did the extraction thoroughly. Will definitely go back again after I finish my facial package with another salon.

    Very nice place to get facial treatment, Katherine and the manager from Yew Tee Point provided supreme service. Very polite and friendly, can tell her if it hurts, dont need to be shy. Overall happy with the treatment, thanks!

    don’t recommend this place for a lash lift. my lashes were too curly like pubic hair after the lift and it was so uneven. lashes became frizzy looking as well. not to mention, the lash tech keep complaining about how short my lashes are so it’s tough for her to do the lift. erm not true bc i went to another place for my lift after a few months and it looks perfect fine. so i dont understand the concern?

    I am blessed to be served by Peggy from Coslab yew tee point as she provides excellent tui na massage for me with dedication and thoroughness. It’s different from my past experiences with other masseurs. Appreciate the way she shares her knowledge and kneading /massaging my tensed muscle and nerves leaving me so relieved and satisfied. It’s really worth it, thks Peggy!!

    If there’s a 0 star option, I will not give the 1 star

    So I went to Coslab for mole removal , 2 tiny moles cost $60, and they promised me a touch-up service within a certain time. There was two big black scars on my face after the service. And I giving time for it to recover without complain them for 1 month plus. After that I didn’t go back to touch up on time as the scars still there and my birthday is coming. Until 2 months passed, which is 2 months and 19 days now. I go back and ask what I can do for this situation. Guess what? They say it’s impossible to do . I ask them if can do it on another mole instead of the black scars as I already pay….She say impossible.

    Honestly, I’m so disappointed with their service and follow-through. It’s not cool to make promises you can’t keep, and it’s not fair to leave customers hanging like that

    Wouldn’t recommend this outlet to anyone

    1st time using fave app. Coslab at yew tee. My massage therapist Ms Penny, she was skilled in getting the right points on my aching body. She ask me to add $ on the bojin to reduce my shoulder pain.

    After the masaage they offer me a one time $88 for 90min.. for 2nd time try…highly recommended

    I got a fave voucher for a 90 minute massage and 15 min treatment here, and it was well worth it! The ladies were lovely and there was little hardselling as well. My masseuse, Penny, listened to my needs for pressure as well. If I had any feedback, it would be to work on her pronunciation of the 15 min treatments! I didn’t know she was saying “hot stone” so ended up choosing cupping. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the cupping ? And would have chosen hot stone if I knew what she was saying. But of course, english is not everyone’s 1st language and I understand if it’s difficult! Maybe at the beginning of the session I could fill out a form of what I want instead? Or she could write it down and I can point 🙂

    Good massage, Hazel was the one who did the 60 mins Javanese massage + 15 mins gua sha for me. Very thorough in her massage and she would ask to check with me now and then if it is ok for me. Would recommend this and consider buying their fave package or from the shop’s anniversary promo.
