    I had a body massage today with my therapist Qi Qi. She is very skilful & has good techniques with moderate strength at the correct points. After the session, I felt so relaxed. Tq QiQi !

    Was so impressed and satisfied with the 1st facial with them (from discount voucher) -that I purchased their package for 1.6k without much hard sell from them. I was happy with the service and all.. I am starting to feel reluctant and not so excited to visit them anymore. I had been hard sell will either products, or add-on facial to my package during each visit. they will say its okay. .but keep on talking… (Zzz…..) Anyway I still have 8/10 session to go and will not continue with them. Even if the facial itself is good, I don’t think I like to feel stress during each visit..

    Went to Coslab at Wwp. Masseur wore gloves to massage. Not sure if is due to covid19 or other reason. With the gloves on, I cannot feel the strength from masseur and my body is unable to relax. Masseur keep talking and did not concentrate on massaging. Told the masseur that my shoulder is aching but she did not help to rub on the tension points on my shoulder. Feel upset that despite telling her 4-5 times and she still did not help to rub away my knots on my shoulder. After the massage, my body feel even more tense and stress. Waste my 90 minutes and money. Won’t recommend to go!!!

    Its a good experience for my first time facial here. No hard sale require. Very relaxing, cooling and fresh feeling. Will purchase again soon. To the therapist who do the treatment for me, please be gentle when opening the door. I got shocked suddenly because i was resting inside the room with the facial she had applied on my face.

    I had very good facial experience at coslab Novena. The beauty therapist SUVY BEH is very professional, friendly and experienced. She advised me how to take care of my pimple prone skin and daily skincare routine. She went extra miles for customer satisfaction. Thanks SUVY.

    This is my first time here with my friend. Excellent service without hard selling.
    O2 spray treatment really works on both of us and we really like it so much. Thank you Serene and Yang Yang. O2 spray must try!

    First time here,tried the trial Back massage and Cupping $58. Advertise is with Back Scrub but the Reception staff told me they won’t do the back scrub since my shoulder is very stiff.Great massage recommended.

    i dont usually sign massage packages, however the massage from Yang Yang is so good that i signed their massage package (with Yang Yang of course) after 1 adhoc session. Yang Yang is very professional, consistent and has really good skill for massaging. thank you Yang Yang !
