    Long lasting retention and staff is extremely meticulous. Can’t even feel that she is working on my lashes!! Result was beautiful. Glue was not stinging at all too. Considered very reasonable priced for their skills. Highly recommended.

    Won’t recommend. the lashes gave me super big stye ( eye infection) after a few days of trying the lashes. and havent recovered yet. been 2 weeks. Put antibiotic also no help. I think the place not hygienic. I did lashes for many years, suddenly change place to try here but , suddenly grow one stye. Doctor said might be due to the lashes. ?? Maybe is cos her products are all from China that’s why got eye infection???? Please beware coming here!! Go to places that use high quality for ur eyes. Eyes are important.

    Came for my appointment punctual, 15 minutes in advance out of courtesy. No 1. When I first arrived there was no reception & when I informed the two girls doing lashes they just stared at me, then at each other before ignoring me completely. Then whilst I am IN the shop, received a messaging telling me my appt has to be at 750pm instead. People have plans, people go out of their way to go to the store, it’s not like I stay upstairs and just take a lift down. Had to cancel because 20 minutes is a big waste of time? The decent thing to do as a business would be to inform earlier and see if the customers can accommodate to the shift- this is the Bedok block 115 outlet. Went before to the bugis one, staff were more friendly and the whole process didn’t feel like this bad experience

    I highly recommended their eyelash extension service because their lashes last long and super comfortable. They have converted me to be a big fan of eyelash extension 🙂

    Price is of market value. The service was pretty good –I was asked what type of lashes I’d like and the outcome was beautiful. The process was relatively fast and comfortable. The lashes lasted for more than a month and the quality is good; felt weightless, did not irritate my eyes, no stinging felt even right after the
    extensions were put. Don’t expect a relaxing experience while they’re putting your eyelashes on though.
