Toa Payoh outlet staff are a wonderful lot . Not only they are very versatile they are attentive to the customer skin care needs and will always ask how the session for the last follow up . The facial sessions are joyful and I feel happier after every visit . I have been a very very long long customer .

There’s no need to go, it’s a scam, the products are too expensive, and the people are rude.

The facial at Bioskin does help with my acne problem to a certain extent but I feel that the sales staff at the Centre point outlet on the 07Nov2022 was really aggressive and demanding in asking me to purchase their over priced products. She was also visibly upset and rude when I declined to purchase the product and she kept emphasizing on how bad my acne marks were. I dislike it when people try to sell products by faceshaming or bodyshaming someone. That is definitely not acceptable. My first visit with them was great however my second visit to their outlet was disappointing. Felt that their service has really declined and the sales consultant definitely lacked professionalism. Doubt that I will be renewing my package with them after this.

Bought a package with fave, and was hard sell all the way. Made to top up too. Good experience but won’t be back.

I started my facial at their 1st flagship store at The Aldephi. After their expansion, i went to their Toa Payoh branch. Like many other customers, after each facial, I was pressured and hard sell into buying package after package to the extent i dragged going there though i still have several balanced treatments. I have stopped patronising them and will not do so in any other salons with bad review of hard sell. They juz make you feel uncomfortable and squeezed you hard to pay for treatments that are overpriced and not worth. What we want is to feel relaxed and fresh aft the treatment and to be provided with good service and not leaving the shop feeling stressed and unhappy!

Avoid at all cost. The price is too overpriced and cut throat. Smooth talker consultants who will hold you in small room and persuade non stop just to get you to finally agree. When the product fails and give more discomfort, they wont accept their fault and just tell you its not in their policy to refund.

I have similar experience with Serene who left a review 4 month ago. I have been with Bioskin as a customer since 2001, their consultants are getting more and more aggressive and daring. I would like to share my experience with the latest purchase of package with Yvonne at Toa Payoh. Yvonne recommended a “derma” package for me, and asked me to top up for “hydro max” to cool down the skin after dermabrasion. I asked Yvonne if she could give a better discount if I would like to add on neck treatment for whitening and reducing fine lines, she offered me a discounted price for 30 sessions of derma facial, add on hydro max, neck treatment, IPL and free eye treatment. Few months later, I made appointment with another outlet, I was shock to find out that my package does not comes with neck treatment, and hydro max is part of the facial package! Derma plus hydro max is actually “skin purifying” facial package! Yvonne made me pay extra for the package and did not record my add on neck treatment in the system. When I raised the matter to the management and hoping to get back what I had paid for, I was told to produce proof like voice recording etc, in order to get back the 30 sessions of neck treatment. Ladies, please make sure that you do a video recording when you make any purchase at Bioskin. This is the only way to protect yourself if there is any dispute and differences in their system as you have to produce proofs by yourself. For those who are looking for refund for unused sessions, please take note that they have added a clause that all packages will have zero values after 2 years from the date of purchase, although Yvonne told me there is no expiry of my packages. Good luck to me for my unused 100+ sessions!

They ran a promotion saying that it’s only $35 for 3 mole removal then after I signed up then told me that moles bigger than 1mm will have surcharge. They also asked me to prepay $35 to secure appointment before revealing about the surcharge. Luckily I didn’t. Shady practices.

I have been with Bioskin as a customer for many years. Definitely more than 5 years. Throughout the years, I have only experience poor to poorer service and it’s to the extent that going for my appointment became a drag for me. I have requested them to refund me the unused package before since they can’t deliver their promise on the treatment but they tell me it’s their policy etc and can’t refund the cost of the unused ones back to me. To me, why keep a complaint customer and don’t refund. The staff won’t like to see me since I have complaint and they insist on keeping the money for my unused treatments. When the treatment I purchased didn’t work out as what they told me before I purchase, they ask me to buy another round of treatment for me to have my concerned area treated. It’s already 2 rounds of same treatment and I still have to go for one more round of treatment? I will not recommend anyone to Bioskin based on personal opinion. They only want to hardsell you and ask me to buy things during every appointment I went until I request to change to another outlet. Think twice before signing any packages with them.

Both the facial and the facialist were pleasant but their good was undone by the subsequent hard sell session. They sit you down in a small room and try to make you buy a package that costs “only” several thousand dollars, with borderline insulting comments about your appearance and age. They seem to think that pressurizing and belittling people is a job well done. Horrible experience.

Very very red, burning skin for weeks. Instead of apologising and remedying the situation, Doris from customer service, threatened legal action for the poor review.

To much hard selling esp when using free vouchers. If you can afford to give free treatment then dun offer it.

I have been a customer of Bioskin for more than 15 years, & am getting more & more disappointed with them. They are constantly upselling you at every single appointment, & they seem to have no qualms showing their frustration when you reject them. Makes me fearful & hesitant of fixing my next appointment with them.

Having been a customer for over 10 years, the quality of the products used during treatment sessions have dropped in my opinion. The standard of the service is only so-so now as well.

Decent service, comfortable. Good skills and techniques.
However often hardsells and can be quite pushy and frustrating at times. There are certainly no free vouchers when they sent on your birthdays because it comes with exorbitant top ups.

The service personnel are well trained. The sales people are smooth talkers. The treatment is relaxing to say the least. Always enjoyable to visit for an appointment.
