    I was customer of Eastpoint branch, after it closed, my account was transferred to Telok Ayer branch.

    I strongly urged all of you to avoid this branch. The manager is extremely good at con customers into paying. I had a package with Beaute Nails, but each time when I utilized my package, she will get her staff to get me to pay for something, if I didn’t agree to ‘buy’ it; then she will personally come forward to ‘pressurized’ or ‘forced’ me to get, words she used will be $20 only, just $20 …….

    She started charging me for the based $25 etc

    Thereafter, I changed to Suntec, yes, I get the same nice, professional service which I get from Eastpoint, kudos to staff Hailey. Outstanding service

    Never go here for walk ins. They sat on their phones and said they were too busy. I don’t know how they stay open.

    DO NOT COME HERE. Specifically asked if this place had experience with acrylic nails. Sorely disappointed.

    Charged me 170 SGD to repair 5 nails and gel polish. Shape was horrendous, no idea how to buff or finish a nail, hygiene was pathetic and couldn’t even apply the gel polish correctly with color spilling over cuticles.

    When highlighted all the issues to the manager showing her how well my nails were done previously, she still made me pay the full amount and just stared at me blankly with 0 regard for customer service or any work ethic.

    If I didn’t have a meeting tomorrow morning for which there needed to be at least some semblance of nails – I would have walked out.

    Service is excellent .. signed for for their fungal treatment after the first trial ! Manicurist Ai Ting is always friendly , meticulous and making sure the experience was relaxing and my feet looking beautiful and fair after the treatment ! Love their caring service .. especially when I rush there without taking my meal before treatment ,she always care and offer me some hot drink with biscuit ! Manager at the Suntec Branch is also friendly n helpful , welcoming everytime when I visit! Lovely place n great service !

    Nice place with nice decorations. Tip top customer service with very friendly staffs. Service and treatments cured my problems. Will definitely patronise again ??????

    Went into Beauté Nails, as it seems to be a good nail palour due to the splendid layout and design of the outlet, in addition to a lack of Google review to warn potential customers about the non-existent professionalism which one would otherwise had expected from a renowned company.

    However, it was with much disappointment that instead of carrying out the requested procedure which was intended for the nail, the manicurist failed to even get a simple request done right or accordingly even though the service had been made known to her clearly; too late for regrets and a complete waste of time over here.

    It could have been the worst manicure experience if not for the relatively better customer service from the reception counter. Nonetheless, it will sadly be my first and last time of patronage over here.
