    A BIG Thank You to all the therapists (good massage n advice) and managers who have attended to me at Atos Wellness Chevrons. Specially to Michelle Pek who still maintain her professionalism since the day I told her I’m not continuing due to travelling distance a year ago. Had my last massage yesterday, was 30mins late, but she let me hv the whole process ??

    I love going here for a massage together with my mom. The staffs here are friendly and polite. Especially the massus that massage me her name is Carol Ng, she’s so friendly and gives me a useful advise how to take care of my body and so on. Well recommended. ?

    I’m glad to have her as my mussus for today. Will never forget her advice. 2/9/2022

    You will regret going to this so-called beauty and wellness center, not because its service is bad and its employees are very pushy to get you to sign up for a package, but because of one thing, which is ludicrous: almost all of their beauty therapists are overweight, out of shape, and have no image. Can you believe that these fat and old therapists know what image is? what defines as professional? And do they know how to appear slender and beautiful? Please tell them to take care of their bodies and learn how to control their food and health before approaching clients and asking us to sign up for beauty, slimming, and so on and so forth packages.

    Went for a aromatherapy facial and both consultant and therapist (both named Nancy) are very nice and knowledgeable. They shared with me their skincare knowledge and I managed to learn more tips on how to take care of my skin.

    The therapist was pleasant and friendly, making the massage thoroughly enjoyable. Massage provided a great relief for my aches and the therapist was able to pinpoint the areas that needed more attention.

    The ambience of the chevron house outlet is really nice. The staff here are friendly n attentive. Massage wise is really good! I fell asleep in the middle of it. Highly recommended!

    staff is kind and helpful. i did manual lymphatic drainage massage. it was good for detox. my masseur was very skillful. pleasant environment and good service.

    Relaxing massage, helps with body, shoulder aches and relief tensions. Good customer service, with appointment reminders. Appointment can sometimes be hard to get, best to book in advance. Do note can be quite hard sell.. overall is a positive experience.

    Have been with Atos Wellness at Chevron for a number of years and they provide some good value for money services and treatment. I appreciate that there is less hard sell from them these days and it made me less stress about returning to resume my package. While the place is generally kept quite clean and tidy, I have mentioned a number of times over the years that they really need to consider renovating their shower rooms which looks really drab. It’s something that I do not enjoy getting into so hopefully management is finally reading this and will do something about it. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

    I also think they could do with cordoning an area inside the reception for when customers arrives a little earlier. Due to precautionary measures, I was being “chased out” the moment I entered the spa and was told to just hang around in the open air. It was very hot and uncomfortable outside at 12noon ! Not such a great start to a pampering session. Perhaps placing some seats just outside the spa would make the experience a little more welcoming despite the restrictions?

    They have an online booking system which I appreciate very much for a tech savvy person like me who prefers to do everything online. It would be even better if the system allows us to cancel and re-arrange at our own timing.

    I would appreciate a more transparent view of the kind treatment they offer and to view it at my own leisure. At the moment, it’s always all hush hush and secretive and any kind of treatment inquiries requires you to sit through a consultant explanation session which again stresses me out. This sort of sales techniques doesn’t work for me as a younger generation of customer but they seems to have a lot of older customers at Chevrons so perhaps it is working for them.

    All in all, Atos wellness provides some good value for money treatments but could do with some upgrade and improvements that caters to a younger demographics. Thank you ! 🙂

    During this covid 19 situation, we all have stay home and stay safe , This circuit breakers give us a chance to improved our knowledge..our company has been using the time as precious as gold by doing some activities that can help us gain our knowledge on lymphatic system..we also use this time to exercise,quiz and etc..i hope can use this time to improve my knowledge..

    Nice place and cosy. Important clean room for a good massage and relaxation. Package is attractive. Strongly recommended.
