    I do my monthly pedicure service at Srg Gardens with Zhen Zhen. She is very meticulous and pays great attention to details. Another reason I revisit this place is that it is always filled with laughter of the staff. Very friendly and positive vibes. Highly recommended.

    Been patronising close to six months now, visited this and the East Coast branch. Their service has always been stellar and the nail techs are really experienced – they’re able to visualise my nail art requests into reality plus they’ve successfully fixed my ingrown nail issues. I prefer returning to the same manicurist, Chen Chen but even when she’s unavailable – The other nail technicians are very friendly, welcoming and equally skilled as well. The results are always on point. ? Highly recommended!

    Professional and friendly service! I have been coming back monthly for my nail fix and they just know how to ensure gel manicure/pedicure last longer. The staff makes everyone feels like home. Highly recommended

    The manicure services provided are satisfactory for the price I paid (package of 10 paid sessions and 3 free sessions). The staff are friendly and they really make you feel at home in an instant.

    Also, the classic Gelish nails done namely by Elaine, Catherine and Ginny were especially long-lasting!! ? I will definitely be a long-term customer with this particular outlet ❤️

    It is okay, but tbh overpriced. You can get gel manicure with more elaborate and precise design from Japanese nail salons for cheaper (less than 100). But you can come here if you want fast service, they do work really fast. But compare to other salons the end result is not as good as with other salons in the same price range.

    Had an enjoyable time doing mani at The Nail Artistry. Cat was very attentive in understanding the style/colours I want and throughout she was very bubbly and careful, making sure the entire experience was pleasant. Good job Cat and will visit next time!

    Out of curiosity, I asked my manicurist for my visit history. It’s hard to believe that I’ve been here for 31 times already! It all started out when i was going through a bad morning. I went on to search on google for a nail parlor nearby with experienced nail artist to beautify my nails.

    I decided to go ahead with Nail Artistry because when I passed by the Serangoon outlet, the shop looks extremely clean and organised, the customers looked happy and the staffs were smiling. I then called to book an appointment later on, on the same day to get my nails done. It started out with classic manicure and pedicure back in April 2021.

    Upon arrival, I remember that I was very impressed with the customer service that all of them provided as a team. The staffs were kind and genuine, they have outstanding teamwork. They were all joyful and that lifted up my mood. That’s how I started to visit them every 3 to 4 weeks to get my nails done.

    Every visit have always been a wonderful experience. It has been fun, friendly, relaxing and joyful. Keep it up team!

    Shout out to my favorite manicurist Chen Chen, thank you for putting in 200% focus and effort to beautify my nails! Thank you for always recommending the best products for my feet. My friends love the products that you recommended too.

    This is my first time getting my nails done here. Absolutely love the vides of this outlet. My manicurist is Chen-Chen. What a lovely lady. Very professional in her job and knows what she is doing. I’m super satisfied with my nails design. So chio 🙂

    I have followed Chen Chen for almost 2 -3 years. She has always helped to take care of my nails and spend a lot of effort to make my nail art very very beautiful. And she always help make the 2-3 hours pass very fast as we chat and laugh a lot like friends.

    Seeing most i the positive reviews, I went down to do my nails art for my wedding. Provide the work I wanted from their work display, in the end it turns out sooo terrible and kiddy.

    I could tell that the manicurist wasn’t good from the way she shape the nails from the start. She wasn’t patient at all too and like to defend herself when in the process I told her the colour didn’t quite match what I told her.

    In the end? I had to go another nailist place to do which provided way better quality and service.

    I had wanted to find a pedicure place to pamper my feet nearby and I am happy with the services provided by here. The spa was pleasant and my feet feels great now 🙂

    When the salon was newly opened, I was made to pay $10 for the used blade tool. This can easily get on line $2.50 including shipping. Why was I not told before I soaked my feet or during making appointment???

    When the staff was removing the dead skin, one lady ( I think is the supervisor) told the staff to speak up the process!

    Look here, i was already unhappy with this daylight robbery having to pay $10 unnecessary for the old blade pedicure tool plus the junior staff had to speed up due to anxiety and pressure from the senior staff.

    I’m a Paying customer, nothing is free here.

    Regrets!
