    I guess this is the only aesthetics salon which does not have a transparent price list for their customers.

    Every single time they will use a blank paper and sell you package just like how an insurance agent pitch their sales.

    Maybe they can also sideline as insurance agent. Just a word of advice.

    Would also wish that they can be clear if they are GST registered? Sometimes is nett price, sometimes is with GST?

    How can customers feel comfortable to sign any packages here?

    Would like to give an overview to fave voucher users.

    1. Do not trust what you see in the voucher. It’s not unlimited shots. [Fave is just a platform and they will not take any action to safeguard customers from pushy/unethical sales tactics]

    2. Other reviewers also mentioned about their service, where they’ll literally be treating you halfway and recommending their suitable packages. [Other aesthetic businesses do provide their customers a separate room for professional consultation and privacy]

    3. If you ever sign a package, it is going to be never ending. Their consultant is well trained in pushy sales tactics. (Do u believe that maintenance SHR costs more?, to be able to get the sales the consultant even mentioned that there’s such a thing as 2-in-1 shots?) [Tips: Do some google research on SHR, I believe 1 shot is still 1 shot, whilst the beautician can change the level of the shot to increase its efficacy; however do take note the applied shots should not hurt]

    I hope this is an insights for future fave voucher customers, who can make their own sound decision on whether or not they are actually getting a good deal.

    The price was abit expensive but I remember telling the lash beautician clearly is my FIRST time getting & i recall askin her multiple times on what i need to take note of when caring for my lashes & all she said was avoid oily products & how to tap dry . But i was not told to avoid water for the first 24 hours , or given a mascara brush to tidy my lashes. I feel if i have to pay $98 for lashes & to find out i wasn’t given the best lash service – as they so claim to be on the internet – then i think it would jus be a scam of money & feelings for customers.

    Visited 12 Dec for Omega Light Luminate Facial. The front desk staff was listless and the beautician in general was not pro and skillful. The facial extraction which she did was the worst which I have ever had, hardly any ‘before and after’ effect. And she could even forget to trim the eyebrown 🙁

    She was hardly honest too and claimed that the package which I bought does not include eyebrown trim but it was well defined in Fave.

    And at 2036hrs, I received a whatsapp message from the GM, a request to offload the above review in exchange of a complimentary facial.

    It is such a shame to say that money does not buy reviews. When I had a closer look into the past reviews, many reviewers gave 5star but provided less than 2 reviews in Google Maps. As such, I am VERY skeptical about the posted “GOOD” reviews.

    You should re-train your staff and humbly seek for improvement. 5-star review does not earn you integrity and trustworthy..

    Had my facial services there a few times and it’s always pretty amazing , they are always smiley and happy to customers. Definitely recommended !

    Had an amazing brow and lash experience. Did the eyebrows Embroidery, the beautician was patient and very gentle. The whole process was totally pain free and the work was nicely done and very natural.

    Amazing facial experience in one of Jurong Point outlet!
    I have sensitive dry skin and acne problems. She ensures you are comfortable with everything she does and walks you through what to expect. I trust her to make the right decision because she understands skincare. Most estheticians go through the motions but Viola customizes my experience each time I see her. This 5-star review is long overdue as I have had close to one weeks twice times visits with her.

    Googled for facials and found isabella aesthetics. Tried their trial promotion for skin booster treatment. Skin feels glowy and dewy after the facial treatment. Nice and friendly staff

    Attracted by the decor and walked into the Scotts Orchard Branch … the staff greeted me warmly and was offered tea. They then asked me about my skin concerns and did an analysis for me using they high tech analysis machine….. No hard selling . I chose to do the skin booster which has like 8 benefits in a shot… I really like the environment and the service. First class, thumbs up. Thank u

    I’ve pigmentation problems on my face and was recommended to do the DPL light treatment plus the korean bb watershine treatment. Was pretty amazed by the results as for me I could see the different in a single session. Took up a 10 session package

    It is my first time doing facial here and it was reaaally a fantastic experience ? I have oily skin, pimples, clogged pores and isabella aesthetics was able to help target these skin problems . Extraction was a breeze for me. Staff was very patient and friendly. Highly recommend

    Awesome service! Convenient location, comfortable rooms, soft music, lavender scenting. The manager explained about my dehydrated skin conditions and solutions very patiently. The session was good and slept throughout even during extraction 😅. Bought a package. Love it.

    I have very congested pores , black heads , white heads, millia seeds and skin tags – you name it I have it. Trust me I am quite a horrible sight. I thought they were really nice and sincere because they served me with all their heart. They didn’t like “ew look at her she’s so disgusting†like what I usually get from some other salons. I really appreciate their service because I can feel and sense it that it came from the heart. The manager came and gave me very professional advice and attended to perform the treatment on my face personally. That’s why I have to write this. Highly recommended isabella aesthetics for facial service. Thank you

    Overall a great experience, was taken care of by cheryl, professional advices and very happy with the facial service. Clean and modern place. Good location. Staffs are smiley and I am happy.

    The service is good and the staff is very friendly. They packages are pricier as compared to outside but I they quality and services made up to it. Love their outlet as it is near my house!

    Love the ambience as it’s not crowded (Jurong Point outlet). Customer service is good as well, especially by Anstace whom is very informative. First hair removal treatment show result, was shocked that my underarm hair really grow slower than usual. Will recommend here to anyone that want to get their unwanted hair remove!

    Place is nicely decorated, clean and have ambience music, but the piano music is rather erratic in volume, couldn’t get to nap peacefully during mask time. Yuki and Miko were on duty, amicable staff.

    Isabella Aesthetics staff always welcome me with warmth pleasant smile, and display professionalism .

    Beauty theraphy Viola bery friendly, will check on my lashes growth, very neat and professional, will recommend me the best serum and products for my lashes. Always recommends me what’s the best type of lashes will look great on me.

    Definitely a good choice of place to beautify yourself.

    I have done eyelash extension few months back and have decided to try its customised facial treatment and eyebrow embroidery services. The staffs there are friendly and minimal pain throughout both services.

    Love the ambience as it’s not crowded (Jurong Point outlet). Their package price is not that steep and it’s flexible. Customer service is good as well, couple of my sessions was done by Suki whom is very informative. Less a star coz i prefer the treatment room to have doors instead of curtains for privacy and extraction to be slightly gentle and painless which i think can be improved? (that would be a plus).

    Was given a flyer by their distributors ….$28 trial for skin treatment, cheap 😛 so tot i try it out. The flyer girl brought me to their store….Their staff was really friendly …and they first did a skin analysis before starting. scan my skin.. my skin has got a lot of acne and i was pretty amaze with what the analyzer could detect. The treatment was good. I slept. i love the massage. just dozed off unknowingly…. after that i go home i took a good look at my skin…feels squeaky clean after the treatment cause i think the staff spent some time to extract all the stuff outta my skin :S…….honestly i am very very satisfied and i will definitely come back again ! Thank you Isabella

    Had my 2D eyelash extension at Isabella Aesthetics and I really love it! The session was painless and relaxing, and the final look was so natural and pretty. It is Long lasting as well, lasted for at least 4 weeks. Strongly recommend ppl to try it out!
