    和顾客一再保证debit card可以分期付款，然后拿顾客的卡直接过账$16++，还让顾客3天后打给银行说做installment就可以，3天后打给银行，银行却告知只有信用卡才可以分期付款，问了sothys服务员却说已经做了statement不能退钱，和她们说了家里需要钱，还说你新加坡工作了那么久这笔钱不能一次过还清吗？？what？？我工作多久管你什么事？？你欺骗顾客的信任还理直气壮了？？真的让我太失望了！

Are you justified in cheating the trust of your customers? ? It really disappointed me!

    Sothys products are very expensive, but I love them. Their face serum is well balanced and has never made my skin feel oily or dry. You also only have to use 2 or 3 products. Been using this brand since I started skincare and I’ve never had more than 2 pimples on my face at the same time.
