    I would love to thank Doctor Moses for doing a good job on my skin tag which I was embarrassed about for some time.

    Was greeting professionally with an in-depth understanding of treatment before we started to erase any of my uncertainties or presumptions.

    The removal was painless and fast.

    Kudos to the lovely team, Avelyn at the counter and Joan in the room, who made it seamless and easy.

    My appointment is on 5th Jan 2020 3.30pm sunday. the booking was comfirm since 16 dec 2019. i arrived at 3.15pm and waited more than 1hr. (1hr 10mins). There were 4 patients ahead of me. If the staff knew that the waiting time is so long, at least inform me so that i can go for a meal or shop for some groceries and then come back later. I have been sitting there doing nothing, the network is not good, and the wifi provided requires to check in on fb. I’m at private clinic, not government hospital or polyclinic(very long waiting time even if there is appointment ). I started pressuring the staff at 4.15pm, plus i notice some one who came later than me gets treated first. The clinic could have change my appointment to 4.30pm instead. My parking fees is not free too.

    Anyway, other than that, doctor moses apologise for the wait, shown pictures and explained to me the different treatment for warts they have have in clinic. i chose for CO2 laser treatment, prices starts from $350.00 onwards, and depends on individual condition. Do take note that the prices quoted are before GST.

    Doctor and staff are meticulous, they brief me on what to expect and how to care for such wound, ensuring that I’m feeling comfortable prior to the treatment. The session is a breeze for me.

    There is no ‘hard selling’. Would give 5 star if the waiting time is shorter. 🙂

    I’m not one to write reviews, but this clinic simply deserves one from me. Firstly, Dr Moses Ng is someone whom I feel has his heart in the right place, he is genuinely trying to help improve my skin condition. I’m desperate to speed up the process of salvaging my skin, but Dr was honest enough to advise that those treatments may do more harm than good for my sensitive skin.

    The staff is also top notch; from the gentle reminders, to rescheduling and at times helping to direct my queries to Dr Ng, they really are the most responsive WhatsApp team around. Joan, in particular deserves special mention, I could literally breeze through infini with zero discomfort all thanks to her.

    I have yet to see significant improvements, but at the very least, I know I’m in good hands and finally getting somewhere with my problematic skin.

    Extremely disappointed with the service level of the clinic staff. The staff never bothered to follow up with overdue blood test and appointment and expected patients to monitor themselves and call in. When I realised that my appointment / blood test was Long overdue a month ago, I called and enquired only to get told off by them that I shouldn’t place other priorities on top of this appointment etc!
    Whilst I understand that clinic has its limitations, but shouldn’t the staff place more emphasis on monitoring patients’ critical appointments instead of putting the blame on the patient? If you can’t handle the increase of the patients intake, it might be time to engage more staff or retrain them.
    This clinic even had the audacity to charge me a higher consultation fee just because my prior visit has exceeded 2 months. I wonder if their main objective is purely driven By profits only!!
    While doctor is nice and friendly, but he’s not that knowledgeable. You can get better doctors elsewhere with higher level of competence and service!

    Please allow me to clarify as it seems that you have the impression that I didn’t turn up for my overdue blood test appointment. But the fact is that no appointment was even scheduled for me in the first place! When I called up the clinic to enquire (after a month has passed), I was told off by them that I should be the one calling in to book my own appointment and I shouldn’t place other priorities on top of this medical appointment. Can I check which other priorities are you referring to? What do you know about me? Who are you in the position to reprimand your client????

    IN A NUTSHELL, PLEASE DONT EXPECT ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM THIS CLINIC. THEY DONT BOTHER TO FOLLOW UP NOR PROVIDE ANY SERVICE RECOVERY. ON THE CONTRARY, THEY WILL JUST SLAM YOU WITH HIGHER CONSULATION FEE (AS THE PRIOR VISIT IS 2 MONTHS AGO). ABSOLUTELY PROFIT DRIVEN!!!

    Been visiting Dr Moses Ng at Junction 10 outlet since March for acne scar removal treatments and so far I am really pleased with the results! Unlike other acne clinics who are out there to pull a fast one on most patients, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Moses advised me to not waste money on unnecessary topical creams and only prescribed to me the ones that I truly needed. In addition, the staff are also really helpful and friendly, especially Joan who has been helping me with the procedures. All in all, highly recommended to anyone who is facing a emotionally tough battle against Acne!

    Went there for a consultation earlier today after seeing a lot of good reviews here. 10/10 service. Even before coming, the staffs were very friendly. Met up with Dr Moses & he was very kind & helpful in answering all my questions.

    I would say the price is a bit high for me but obviously cheap isnt good & good isnt cheap. Best part is he doesnt try to up sell you & you only pay after each individual treatment. Not pay for a very expensive package etc2 like other places. Will update again once I start going for my treatment. Hope all goes well!

    I’m very happy with the care and professionalism given by the clinic staff (especially Cherin) and Dr Moses. They would always respond to my queries and take time to explain in detail the treatment steps.

    Been visiting APAX and consulting with Dr Moses since the start of the year for treatment on acne acars. Currently on 2 infini sessions out of 4, progress has been good with scarring improvement and reduction in pigmentation. Never met a more caring , professional and dedicated clinic. Dr Moses ensures that you are the getting the exact treatment that you need, never felt like i was getting overcharged for something I dont need unlike some other skin clinics. The staff there have been lovely too, they are probably the most responsive team on whatsapp catering to anything you need. Service standards are probably the best in the business. Will write an update at the end of my treatment.

    I saw from the internet that the price for skin tag removal at this clinic was $150-$400. I called the clinic to confirm this price range and Joan said yes. My skin tag wasn’t that many as I have seen quite many others with more. Upon confirmation of the appointment, I received a WhatsApp from the clinic that there will be a consultation fee. I called to ask if the consultation fee was in addition to the $150-$400 and Joan said yes, I agreed anyway. I invested my time by taking the day off, travelled all the way to the clinic. During the consultation, the doctor said the procedure will cost $650 without a convincing justification on why it exceeded the upper limit of the earlier quotation. By then I think, having invested my day off and having to pay the consultation fee even if I don’t go ahead, I went ahead anyway. In the end, the bill came up to $770 inclusive of the consultation fee and GST. I was asked to go back in 2 weeks time. I will never return to this clinic again.
    Update: The response from the owner is a lie, ie. they lied that the quotation on the phone was $250. The quotation was clearly $150-$$400. I am so annoyed that the clinic called me on my mobile phone for this upon receiving this review and this lied response. I am about to bring this matter up to Singapore Medical Association as well. I thought of going to a Doctor instead of a beautician for this as I thought Doctors as supposed to be more honest than Beauticians but I am wrong.
    Update again: They replied claiming I got wart (a medical jargon which seems to confuse me) and I have skin tags extensively. I honestly don’t think I have that many skin tags and I honestly don’t think I have wart after goggling and reading what is wart. The word wart was never told to me at the clinic. They might as well claim that I had tumors. My whole experience is that I don’t feel good about this apax thing. I thought Doctors are very honest people compared to beautician but instead I had encountered some beautician who are very honest ones. I received a phone call from the clinic regarding this negative review while I am doing some important work. The person called not to apologise but ask me to listen to her and her claims eg I had wart etc. Why should I listen to her!? I was in a midst of doing some important work. Since then I block their numbers, so no more annoying call from them.

    Visited APAX Medical for my persistent acne problem since teenager time. I had seen many doctors and prescribed many products but not much use and I was feeling depressed and disappointed. Dr Moses is a friendly doctor who really takes time to listen to my concerns. I’m very satisfied with my experience at the clinic so far. My acne is much better now. The staff are very patient with me and pricing reasonable. Highly recommend this neighbourhood clinic!

    Dr Moses were exceptional, very patient, compassions and friendly…. I am very pleased with the care that I received from his treatments…. I would recommend Dr Moses to all my friends ! 🙂

    Beware of hidden costs. The staff were really unprofessional and were really rude to me when I simply asked why was the price so much higher than quoted via online! The same staff (largest lady among the three ladies) was also discussing and joking about other patients’ conditions and their dumb questions after patients left the clinic.

    I have visited several well-known dermatologists and am extremely pleased with Dr. Moses Ng. He is detailed in his explanations and his skills in doing medical treatments are superb!

    Went to the clinic a few weeks ago. I suffer from occasional breakouts and blemishes. The experience was very disappointing as the doctor didn’t do much to analyze my face or interact with me, took out a chart and told me i’m between this and this. Ask me to start on his own skin care products which cost me around $300. After all that, I used the products diligently for abt 2 weeks and every single day I woke up with new pimples and it made my skin texture worst. I wanted to give this clinic a shot after reading all the great reviews but ended up wasting my money. Should have just sticked with my previous dermatologist where I was able to see results.

    Update*** I clearly mentioned that I used the product for 2 weeks and my skin got worst and worst. After going back to my normal skincare routine my skin got so much better. I don’t even get breakouts that often. You need to also understand that not all products you have will work for everyone. Btw if you can see that I’ve visited once, I’m sure you have all my contact details in it. Thanks for the reply and try not to be rude again.

    I am nearing the end of my journey on Actonin (accutane/roaccutane), and I’m so so SO incredibly happy with the results. From the get go, Dr Moses was super helpful, honest, and supportive. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients, and genuinely seeks to help them improve the health of their skin. I barely had any side effects to the accutane, and the results were quicker than expected. My acne honestly had a MAJOR improvement by the end of the 1st month, and it only got better since. Be aware that there is usually an initial outbreak of acne when first starting the medication, but this will eventually go away. I was worried, but I was constantly reassured and encouraged, so this helped me. I’m happy to say that I’m essentially free of acne now, and while I get the occasional spot here and there, they are quick to go away and are very insignificant. Diet definitely helps play a role in how effective accutane works for you as well – I decided to limit my dairy intake, which arguably helped the accutane work even better. I’m so thankful for Dr Moses and his team. Before coming to him I was very insecure, and would hide my face. But now, I feel a new sense of confidence which I have never experienced before.     Finally I found a doctor who was genuinely concerned about my condition instead of just brushing it off as “mild” or “it will go away” just like other doctors I had consulted before. I believe he can really help the patients gain their confidence again from what I see from other reviews. But such a pity, if only the receptionist was a little more understanding, I would’ve continued visiting and proceed with the medication. I wished she could have tried to understand my situation and if not, maybe try to explain their company policy better. Just an explanation would do, I wouldn’t have had to be angry. Other than that, although I haven’t tried the medication, I believe the doctor is really good so don’t let my bad experience affect your decision to visit this clinic.

    My acne problem cleared within 2 months. Have been to many skin clinics in down town and this is by far the best, simple skin routines and very effective. Doctor Moses is very humble, and staff are friendly. Denise is such a gem! Highly recommended!

    Doctor NG is a very patient, warm, friendly person. He always apologises for the wait and always full of smiles! If I have any doubts or queries on products or procedures, he will share his views and advice. He will not push you to pay for any extra services or sign any packages. I like how easy it is to make appointments with his friendly counter staffs and they are very friendly too! We need such happy, friendly faces more when we walk into clinics! Definitely would recommend this clinic to friends who need dermatological consultations.

    Been doing facials with APAX for nearly a year already. Dr. Ng has always been patient and professional when discussing about my skin concerns. Since my condition is relatively mild, I just purchased skincare products from the clinic that are suitable for my skin, and a package of Hydraplus facials.
    All nurses at the clinic are very nice and friendly, especially Denise who always happened to be my therapist on Saturday afternoons. She can always do a good job treating my skin with gentle and thorough care. My skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated after the facial. Thank you Denise!

    Dr Moses was very professional and patient. He is sensitive to your wallet, asks about your budget and transparently tells you what you would expect after each treatment. After extensive consultation to various other aesthetic clinics in Singapore, I decided to frequent here despite it being a 40-minute MRT ride for me. His prices are reasonable and he genuine wants to see your skin improve without lying to you about the anticipated results. Highly recommended.

    First visited Apax mid-2017 with moderate acne. Dr Ng was really friendly, he would always explain my condition and progress in a concise manner. After going for several hydraplus sessions and using the prescribed combination of facial products as well as isotretinoin, I was happy to see a major improvement in my complexion by the start of 2018. Will recommend this clinic to anyone looking to improve their skin condition, they have a range of treatments available.

    For 6 months, I was receiving treatment at a private hospital for cystic acne. Despite being placed on a course of accutane, there were no visible results which was rather disheartening.

    As such, I decided to make a switch and chanced upon Dr Ng’s clinic. He adjusted the dosage of accutane and the results have been tremendous after 2 months. The large lumps under the skin have vanished and there has been no more sporadic, major outbreaks. In the midst of this, his prompt and accurate diagnosis also cured an infected area of the face which had been bleeding continually for months.

    After my adult acne set in, I have grappled with my skin condition for years and paid numerous fruitless visits to various dermatologists in town. Out of all, I would believe that Dr Ng is the only patient-centric dermatologist whose medical expertise I can truly attest to.

    Introduced by a friend to this clinic in Singapore. Communication with clinic staff before making appointment was convenient. The nurses were helpful and doctor was professional. One of the thing that really stood out was the pricing and service. Pricing is reasonable although not the cheapest compared to my home country. Doctor did more than what was requested and I’m very thankful for the kindness. The follow up was a nice touch to make sure I was doing well as I had travel.

    I am pleased with the professionalism from nurses and doctor. The doctor gave a straight forward treatment on my acne breakout, answer all my queries and felt comfortable. Friendly nurses too.:) I’m still on,on-going treatment but looking forward for a good result. The only downside is its far from my place. T_T

    A few months ago, my facial condition was really bad. I had a lot of pimples and acne scars. I would always use makeup to cover it because I’m embarrassed by it. After seeing great reviews on google, I went to APAX medical and aesthetic clinic and was assessed by Dr Ng for my face condition. I was prescribed of Roacutane for a few months, had 2 laser treatments and 2 facials. My complexion improved a lot. Family and friends even told me that they saw a drastic change and I get more compliments now. Monthly blood test is also conducted to ensure that you are safe to take the medicine.

    The doctor, Dr Ng and the staff there are very friendly too. Once you step inside, they will always greet you with a huge smile on their faces and make everyone feel welcomed. One of the services that they provide would be the Whatsapp service which made communication faster and they will remind you a day in advance for the upcoming appointment.

    Everything provided by the clinic is top notch. Thank you so much Apax. I’m finally feeling confident in my own skin now.

    Appoinment mode was easier than I expected. Their whatsapp service replies were prompt and I chose this place because its near to my home.

    Underwent a skintag removal a few days ago. Consulted by Dr Moses Ng. He explained carefully and in detail of the procedure professionally.

    I had a very nice experience at this clinic. Dr Ng checked thru my skin problem and suggested the most suitable solution. The laser ablation flattened the syringoma around my eyes. I chose his clinic, though it’s a 45-min trip from my home, coz the price offered is cheaper than the other clinics i have enquired. When i got there, the service was great. The staffs were very nice and attentive also.

    Excellent service, the staff are professional and welcoming. The doctor is friendly and explained my condition really well. First time doing laser for my freckles, initially scared but the procedure went smoothly.
