    I wouldn’t recommend this clinic
    Went there for their $660 thread lift and specifically made appointment mentioning their $660 package .
    When I arrived , I was told the package was not available and recommended to go for the $1,440 4 threads instead . As I was already there , I had to agree and in addition there is a consultation fee if I had opted out .
    In the treatment room right after the thread lift was done , I was recommended to do more threads or inject Restylane and was quoted $700 for one syringe . I opted for one syringe of Restylane. To my surprise , I was charged $1,000 for one syringe of Restylane when I was told it was $700 ! The receptionist/nurse tried to explain that $700 is for 3 syringe package which would have costed me $2,100 . I did not take up the package as I did not feel comfortable.
    In addition , during the registration, the counter receptionist/nurse kept on canvassing their painkillers / antibiotics package for $250 which I had rejected . Even whilst waiting for the treatment in the treatment room , another receptionist/nurse came in to push for their $250 painkillers / antibiotics package which I rejected again .
    It is not the doctor, I find the doctor professional and ethical ; it’s the attitude of the receptionists/nurses .
    Look at the bill , there is a bandage fee of $40 charged even though no bandage was done .

    Wanted to try nose thread lift but was worried about possible negative outcome having seen some after pictures and other failed cases online. I was glad that I proceed with the consultation and finally went ahead with the procedure by Dr Gerald Tan. It turns out that my worry was really uncalled for and the swelling was unnoticeable and discomfort was really minimal. Is coming to 1 week and I’m very happy with the elevated yet natural looking nose. Thanks to the team that attended to me and your patience while I hesitated.
