    Very regret!
    I still have 4 more times. Regret!
    my package include eyes and neck treatment but it was so different on the day I signed the package!

    The extractions done here is very clean and thorough. Bought a fave voucher to try previously and ended up buying a package.

    My skin felt moisturised and soft after each facial, the beauticians are professional and make the facials very relaxing for me. Will recommend to my friends 👍🏼

    I love to get service by Amy, she very nice girl and doing her job very well, I doing removal armpits hair, and the results was very good, my armpits hair no grow anymore after get service for the 4th time

    Bought it for facial and eyelashes at Tampines 1. The facial was one of the worst and they did a 6D lashes which are terrible and doesn’t look like 6D at all, the glue kept hurting my eyes. They hard sell, and when you didn’t want to sign up for the package, they showed their attitude immediately. It is really terrible!. Red flag, visit at your own risk!

    Before the facial when I enquire they said can give samples (cos I dunno I like the product or even tried yet) so I said I’m just asking if they have samples b4 I sign up. Then they said can give but they dunno my skin so ok I waited for until my facial with them they said no they dun have samples cos I didn’t sign up any package with them. The facial wasn’t good at all. In fact it’s one of the worse facial I gotten in my life. It’s an anyhow do by Janice. A lot of talk but I just wanted to relax. Anyway I’ll get the products myself elsewhere and diy at home better off. They hard sell yes but I was very sure I do not want to put my money there in a package in case and i was right..Not worth the trip nor time! DO NOT GO EVER IT’S A RIP OFF!!

    My experience was similar to Brenda’s above. I topped up $88 for a supposedly intensive treatment and eye care. With the Fave voucher, the total cost was well over $100. They did a skin analysis using a very amateur looking tool and I doubt its accuracy. They might as well not have included a leg and scalp massage. The leg massage was over with just 3 presses. This ranks as one of the worst places I have visited.

    Manager hard sells even after you reject. To have someone catching you off guard and pressuring you in such a crude way when you are looking forward to a relaxing environment makes the experience unpleasant and seem very low class. Will definitely not continue after my package is up.

    – bought voucher from Fave but topped up $88 for intensive treatment and foc eye and neck care
    – leg massage and scalp massage lasted 2-3 seconds only … press press a few times
    – don’t think it’s worth the price even though the products may be good

    Initial package is not expensive. However, they hard sell after every facial. When given feedback, manager claimed that its not hard sell, just informing what promotions they have and eill continue to do so every facial. Won’t continue after package finished.
