    Left photo done on 8 Aug by another salon. No scarring bruises
    Right photo done by Shakura, blood, bruises, scarring.
    Shakura compensation?
    $48 refund and $30 grab for travelling from tampines to jurong east.
    If this happens to your mum, she must be a beggar for receiving such compensation!

    Decides to use another account as my original feedback and photos hidden from google. But both are hidden. This is how facts are covered up. Now, I have to seek repair damage from other salons for their bad service that has caused my skin with more pigmentation. No wonder is called Shakura Pigmentation

    I m very disappointed with the treatments. The therapist try to juggle multiple customers at one time slot and do not remember the needs of the customers even after a year of treatments. They simply rush thru the clean up n put mask on Yr face then leave u alone. My pigments didn’t improve. I stuck cos I have signed up a package.

    I am glad I chose Shakura for my facial treatments. I got my treatment done at the Jurong Point outlet last week, and I fell in love with their service and care. They are true experts and understand what a customer really needs. They were genuine in suggesting solutions to me. No foul play, no fake commitments. Everything was crystal clear.
    If I talk about my visit, I was warmly welcomed by the Shakura staff. Let me reiterate that their approach is very customer-centric, and the care and attention is very genuine. You’ll experience it from the first visit, not just in their mannerisms, but in their impressive treatments too. I get daily compliments for the apparent glow on my skin, which makes me blush! They have customized skincare solutions for customers facing pigmentation concerns/skin trouble.

    Love the flexibility of my package as it allows my treatment to vary according to my skin needs. Came in with very irritated skin today and had the oxygen facial. Skin felt and looked much better after the session. Thanks to my consultant Menard for her recommendation. Always appreciate her professionalism.

    Customer service is great and friendly consultants like Karen and Meena. However product effectiveness is below expectation, even more than 5 years of treatments.
    In short, I am happy with the service from the staff at Tampines but see no sincerie offer fr the management team to help client like me to convert existing package to a better treatment package.
    Overall 3 stars for Shakura due to poor result fr the treatment/ products.

    My consultant Jean is very professional in her jobs, she’s Very detailed and nice. The customer service is very polite and friendly. They remembered customers name and greet us in a nice way. thank you for the wonderful service from Tampines outlet staff.

    I have been patronising Shakura for past 3 years and I am very satisfied with their service.

    Whenever my appoint is approaching, I often will always recieved text message to confirm my appointment.

    Whenever I visit the outlet, I was often greet by the friendly front desk. Thereafter I was been brought into the treatment room in a very short time. As soon as the treatment start, I felt that the beauty consultant is very professional in handling my case. My assigned beauty consultant had also provided me with update on the condition on my skin.

    I am very satisfied with the Tampines 1 outlet service.

    Clean environment, decent facial. However, they are charging for $400+ a session for pigmentation facials which is pretty steep. Not for me, but probably suitable for someone else who can afford it.

    I’ve been with Shakura for almost 4 years now and it has been really great. I’ve seen a lot of improvement with my skin and I would love to thank Crystal for it. She’s been taking real good care of my skin and knows what’s best for it. She recommends treatments that only suits my skin and nothing more.     Have been with Shakura at Tampines One for many years. The staff are friendly and greet you with a cheerful smile every visit. My skin improved a lot and my pigmentations was indeed lighten.

    I have visited multiple company before shakura but fell in love with not just the results but the hospitality the stuff provided. Not only are they friendly but the professionalism shown was tip top. For example, i was late today for about 5-10mins but counter stuff on duty was yan ping, not only did she smile upon greeting me but when as far as asking me if i had a good day today as well as offering me water to drench my thirst. I really love the hospitality shown by all the stuff as well. It made me want to go back there everyday. Special shout-out to kelly 🙂 my consultant, always making my day when i visit shakura. One of my favorite phase said by her is “leave your face to me , i make sure you will be handsome”. Shakura tampines central 1. Fighting !! See you guys on the next appointment 🙂

    My consultant Ms Crystal Siew .from the day I sign the courses she hv being very patient and good w her job no hard selling on her product.
    And also very help and know her product and skill very excellent!
    And the counter customers service Ms Yan Ping also very courteous on her job and smiling all the day on fixing my appointment.
    Recommended to u all to come and try it???

    Initially, I came without much expectations, but the consultants here went beyond and I had more than what I bargain for. My consultant, Jean, is very knowledgeable and professional. She checked the skin condition and advise what is the issue and what can be done to ease the situation. The ambience and friendly staff complete the experience. No hardselling with good results. Definitely highly recommended.

    Staff is very friendly and patient with explaining the procedures.
    Went different companies before, usually quite hard sell, but here it’s just pure recommendation with concerns addressed, professionalism and customer centric attitude.
    Highly recommended!
