    Went to the Jurong East outlet for the Korean hair colour promotion. Their service was impeccable. Carson explained the details to me patiently. Jovin was very skillful and attentive to my needs. The whole treatment was very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks!

    Good service and very nice people greeted me. Ms. Jovin really take good care of me and did an excellent job. Package are expensive but its worth it.

    Bioskin in the town area is grand and well furnished, I used to be a regular till I moved to the West.

    The Jurong East (JE) branch, a tiny and dilapidated two-storey shop space sandwiched in between other shops in a HDB block facing a busy and noisy coffee shop. Having visited several times, I can never get used to the less than perfect standards, basic amenities are lacking.

    The glass door’s hand bar cracked (and succeeded in giving me a shock) when I made my way in today (8 March). One bathroom’s toilet roll holder was broken since last year (highlighted to the staff a few times), dark patches also covered the floor’s drain cover. Another bathroom’s bidet sprayer was so close to the toilet bowl and leaking… eww… The water tap created an upward water mist when I switched it on. The machines / eqjuipment were parked along the path at one side drawn only by a huge curtain. The cheap water glass (not the usual one that was served) smells when I sip the tea… eek…

    There was a mouldy smell when I open the cabinet (no lock and key) to place my bag under the water sink in my last session.

    The first hair colorist always cannot get the right hair color in my 3 sessions booked with her. She had a hard time discerning brown from black or beige.

    The only beautician that I was happy with was on maternity leave recently and I tried two different beauticians, none could match her skills… Oops…

    It was apparent that Bioskin’s focus was not on the rural side of Singapore!

    Would like to tell you that u have the lousiest customer service staff in Jurong east outlet!
    Yr staff let me wait 20 mins in front of her in the Consultants room waiting for her to key in the details which I had filled in the customer details form. This is not the service I expect from a reputable salon like bioskin who has been ard in the industry for more than 10yrs!!!
