    Although it is my first time trying micro needling, I am satisfied as I was informed earlier of the process. Angeline knows what to do and is very professional. I would recommend bedok for anyone who wish to try.

    I have no prior impression of this salon before, but decided to give them a shot after a quick reviews glance online. AGNES was so wonderful and detailed with her work, all my fears of the “risks” I might be unwittingly taking vanished.
    No nagging hardshell like many other clinics is a huge plus, so i bought a couple more sessions in return!

    Hi all. I do not write reviews, but my experience at the Bedok outlet with Angie was so traumatic, discriminatory, and rife with casual racism that I had to come here and write. I am a brown-skinned foreigner who lives between the US and Singapore. While filling the intake forms, I informed the lady at the front desk that my Singapore number was not set up, and I had foreign phone number. Upon that, she asked me to share with her my “India number”, and all the while her body language was as if she was frustrated and inconvenienced by me. I am not from India and have literally never even been to India. This assumption, and the discriminatory attitude that followed, made it obvious that MODE Aestherics is a racist facility, it is hostile to people of color, and is a threat to Singaporean values of racial inclusion. If you are a White person or Chinese Singapore, by all means visit them as they will treat you much better.
    My “therapist” Angie took me into an office, where I proceeded to share with her the conversation I had via booking on Instagram about my skin history and previous microneedling treatments. Laser and needle treatments are tricky for dark skin — there is always a risk of hyper or hypo pigmentation given the melanocytes in our skin. But having done microneedling and peels for years with aestheticians in the US, I wanted Angie to know the specifics of my skin. She interrupted me by saying that she cannot do the procedure on my entire face, adding that “we do not know what you spoke about while booking the appointment”. First of all, why don’t you know? It is the job of the business to collate important information about the customer and SEND it to the outlet. The have some 80 dollar promotion for fractional microneedling going on, which deceptively makes you think its a normal face procedure. It is not. They will only treat a portion of the face under this promotion treatment, and this is something hidden in fine print that you will find out only at their outlet. Anyway, I caught this issue, and MADE SURE I booked a full face treatment of $168. I was not there requesting undue privileges, I was requesting a treatment I was paying for. It seemed like Angie assumed that given my racial identity, I was PROBABLY paying for the cheaper package. When I informed her that its not fair, and that I am a serious user of aesthetic service who does not want to get warped up in discriminatory pricing and the stupidity of “treating only part of the face” (I did not use the word stupidity with her), she responded to me “you be nice to us as we are being nice to you”.
    Would the staff speak to other customers in this humiliating way? Would you treat a White girl in this way? I am aghast and shocked at body language and casual racism of MODE Aesthetics. The staff member in question should be seriously questioned on her skills — both interpersonal and aesthetic skills. MODE Aesthetics would have to make serious investments of money and time in training Angie and the front desk people at the Bedok outlet.

    Did hifu. Horrible result. Removed my cheek fat under my eyes, thickened the bottom half of my face. Eye circles look worse, Worsened my skin condition, a lot of acne and pores on my face after I did hifu, skin looks more dull, lifeless with blotchy skin. All because I saw a promotion on tik tok. As always, told that my face would look better more defined. Only agreed to the 60 plus dollar promotion to get a more defined jawline. Convinced me on the bed to do the 500 dollars two session hifu package for the whole face, told that it would make me look better. Did one session. No refund, no restitution, extremely upset by the decision to come here

    I came to the outler for their ads of laser trail first time customer for 25$ without any hidden costs according to their claim. I came there and realized the 25$ is for the laser itself ONLY. No one would do the laser without cleansing or wash face right 🙂 and extraction (if u hv pimples). Their price for face cleansing and eztraxtion is 98$… haha such a trick! Completely waste my time. Alert for those who wanna try!

    No sure this the correct platform to feedback my unpresent experience on my carbon laser treatment at mode Aesthestic at bedok on 15 Jun.When she doing carbon laser on my face, the lady did not put on goggles instead she apply 2 cotton on my eye. Wander this is safely procedure when do treatment on client?

    I’ve been visiting Lush Aesthetics for their SHR treatment which has been effective for me. Thanks to the team at Bedok, especially Agnes, who has been very gentle, thorough and friendly. My experience with Lush is one that is consistently comfortable and easy. I would definitely recommend their services to a friend!

    I signed up for SHR package bec I was assured that every session consist of unlimited shots but that’s just a way to lure you in and get more sales. The session will only last for a pathetic 5 mins and when you requested for longer duration, the therapist (Jinn) was being reluctant and said that it was already 700 shots so they can’t do longer for you. I did not see any improvements even after 18 sessions, just a waste of money.

    I did luscent hair removal and carbon laser with Jinn today and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was not used to the sounds of the laser and I was startled at first but she comforted me. She also assessed my needs and recommended solutions. Great job lush aesthetics bedok. See you soon again

    Always enjoyed my visits to Lush – staff are generally friendly and my skin has improved a lot under their care. Agnes does my treatments most of the times and she is always very professional and thorough and takes the effort to check that I am comfortable throughout the treatment.

    I have been going to Lush Aesthetics @ Bedok Mall for a while now. At first i was skeptical and wary of their services as i do not like being pushed to sign up any packages or purchase any products. However, I slowly began to enjoy and like the way the staff manage the customers as they have never pushed me to buy any products nor sign up any packages. In fact, i signed up on my own. I have been going there for Carbon Peel, Almalase Lazers and Oxygen infused with Vitamin C therapy treatments. They provide good quality and professional services to me. I must say I am deeply impressed with their services, particularly Agnes. She is very professional, very patient, warm and friendly towards me. She always makes me feel very comfortable and relax each time i am there for my treatments. She always shares with me how my skin condition at that point of time and what i should be doing to improve my skin. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Have been going here for my IPL treatments after my package with Estheclinic ended. Although I liked Estheclinic, it was a little out of my budget. The packages in Lush are more affordable and value for money. Jia Xin, my therapist, is lovely, polite and professional. Makes the experience a very pleasant one!

    This place is very well-maintained and have a luxurious vibe to it. Soft music will be played while you are undergoing treatments and this helps in relaxation and allows us to de-stress. Jinn is a very professional lady who explains my skin condition elaborately to me every time i come by. She will give me pointers on how to improve my skin condition. A great person to chat with as well. Thank you for the wonderful sincere service.

    Yesterday having Agnes to do my SHR treatment, she was so attentive, found that my skin were very dry and peeling, so she put some moisturiser on to my face, and I was surprised by her thoughtfulness, thank you~

    Had completed 3 sessions of Fraxel microneedling for my pitted scarring, and the scars have improved drastically by at least 70%. Worth it with almost no downtime. Products used are also great. Jinn is very friendly and very detailed in carrying out the treatments.

    Thoroughly enjoyed my facial & IPL sessions since the first visit to Lush Aesthetics. Having concerns in certain areas of my face, Agnes took the time to hear me & provided insightful & personalised advised from her view. However, felt that the level of professionalism in terms of the time management seemed to be a disappointment for the recent session.
