    Authentic Japanese spa experience with wonderful 5 star service. Love the relaxing yet luxurious ambience, the tiny details like having bathroom slippers placed nicely, towels and iced water provided and they really take good care of everything for you.

    I love the zen candle signature massage only found at this outlet, having warm ‘bamboo bliss’ flavoured wax smeared on my body and the invigorating massage techniques to ensure my body is thoroughly worked on. Love the moisturizing effect it has after.

    The private onsen in the room is really lovely too!

    Their heat mat to lie down while getting a head/foot massage is so good !! It instantly makes it fall asleep

    Nice relaxing ambiance. Its great that all the clients appointments are spread out so you dont really encounter eachother. They serve tea and a cookie after treatment. Everyone was really nice.

    Was gifted the Flowers for Her package worth $350+. Massage, body scrub, body wrap, and facial massage were nice. I’m just not used to spas here in Asia where you undress while the therapist is in the room with you. And it would be nice to be covered up more during the treatment, specially when it comes to the chest area. It felt uncomfortable for the chest area being completely exposed. Not sure if it was just my therapist but I know they do this everywhere in Asia.

    It’s just unfortunate for this spa that onsen access is not included with treatments. They advertise the onsen so much but access is very limited. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn’t get the 30-min onsen trial with my package of that worth. And I can’t even get the trial in the future because it’s for first-time customers only. Otherwise, I think everyone should try this spa in sg at least once, hence the 4-star rating. Don’t think I would just go and/or pay for just the public onsen itself.

    I came down to try the much reviewed and recommended Zen candle therapy massage. Opted for 90 mins massage time, so I could also enjoy the promotional 30 mins free onsen. When I came, I was told that my onsen time would be cut short by 15 mins. I admitted coming slightly late but a spa w ratings of 4.7, I expected better service. Nevermind that. The massage too was honestly mediocre. For $220, I would take my money somewhere else. I must add that letting the onsen water run out of the tub…probably for the next customer use, while I was in the midst of my massage was really quite disturbing. I am terribly disappointed, was really hoping for it to be good.

    Excellent service, good massage, and we had the private onsen which was very interesting experience. However, the onsen didn’t have a view of outside as per advertised on the website, but it was still very good!

    Nice spa, I m not used to this spa so was a bite uncomfortable, yet I would have stayed longer. A bite pricey

    A good place for spa relaxation.. The massage will cause you quite a bit for it’s luxurious environment.

    This spa is excellent ! I was gifted a birthday surprise spa treatment that includes a 30mins onsen and 1hr aroma deep tissue massage. The massage was heavenly… my therapist Jacey melted away all my tensed knots on my shoulder and neck that’s been bothering me for weeks. After the massage I was presented a lovely cake. How sweet ! Highly recommend if you’re in need of a little relaxation and perk me up

    We visited in Ikeda for my husband’s birthday. We had 30 minutes onsen bath and 90 minutes candles massage in the VIP couples room.The service was excellent, we’ve had often asked about our comfort. The massage was the best we had in singapore. The place was extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful japanese interior design. My husband got a lovely birthday card (just from mention it was his birthday), it was really thoughtful of them. Thank you Ikeda for making this day even more special for us.

    Ambiance was excellent, staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. Wonderful deep-tissue massage from Lina made the visit well with it!

    One of the best spa experiences I have had. Its tucked away on the 5th floor of of the mall and a bit hard to find but once you are there its very peaceful and relaxing. Its hygienic and the therapists are well trained. Me and my wife both had a lovely relaxation massage.
