    I went earlier for a massage as seen on Fave. Everything was nice, staff was friendly in attending to me when I first entered the store. Massage started off strong and she managed to get rid of some knots but at the end of the massage, I can sense the masseur was a little tired and the strength level went down. Overall, the massage was alright.

    Then came the pushy sales, the staff (which I will not name), she brought me to a small room which is beside the main counter for the feedback of the massage and later on, she just kept convincing me to get their massage package. First, started off with 10 sessions at $600 plus, then after that, she can offer me -$200 (since I’m a student). When I declined, she told me she can offer me at another special rate. And when I declined after a few times, she say she can waive off this $22 if I get a 3 time use voucher from their store at dk what rate which she will discuss w her manager. At that point, I’m just like I really don’t want. We spent 15 minutes going to and fro at the futile discussion and at the end, I didn’t get the voucher at the end.

    Overall, pushy sales but nothing much to complain. The store seems decent but I won’t return.

    Bought a voucher for 90 mins massage for 2 pax on Fave. The massage was really really good and relaxing. My masseuse was very professional and friendly, and the pressure was perfect. My boyfriend had some knots and kinks on his right side and his masseuse spent time massaging those knots too. So overall service was really good.

    Space was also clean. There was some selling at the end, but the lady was very nice and wasn’t pushy at all. Would recommend !

    Been to this outlet 3 times already for facial and massage. I am really very impressed with the staff attentiveness! Their facial and massage is also really amazing. Highly recommend to at least try out and experience their services. Value for money + a good 1hour of relaxation?

    They are the most sincere, dedicated, genuine facial spa I have ever known. After trying so many places and having been disappointed and cheated so many times, I am seriously blessed to know Facebar and I wish to give my testimony to them for their authenticity and awesome work. My friends are also very happy with them. Love you, Facebar!

    I never had facial in my life till I was 51 years of age cos I was very sceptical about the services. However. When I first had my trial with Tracy at Facebar n skin at tanjong pagar, she changed my view about it and continue to do so with the way she takes care of my face and wellness for the last 2 years. Is my first and my only facial place I will ever go to. They are professional in dealing with the services and treatment, very punctual and friendly, and also understanding towards customer’s needs. They also have a very professional manager Charmaine who takes care of customer’s feedback and needs too. They are never PUSHY in their sales. I am sure they disinfect every apparatus before and after each usage. I never have any problem with my face after each treatment. Thank you Tracy! Thank you Facebar n Skin!

    Poor quality products caused my skin to break out terribly (face was red and blotchy for almost a week), and possibly because they do not disinfect properly after extraction (they use a crystall ball just to soothe the face – imagine the amount of germs from other customers’ faces!). Alot of hardselling to make you sign a package on the spot. Avoid if you can.

    EDIT: Oh dear my review as a full paying customer was misconstrued as being from a competitor?! Such madness.

    Recently, my friend and l went to Facebar N Skin at International Plaza for a full body massage.
    The female masseur , Ms Shela has good skills and did a good job for me. Please convey my appreciation to her.
    However, at the end of our massage, there was a bit of hard selling by a female staff which could have been avoided .

    As a first-time customer, they didn’t confirm my appointment till last minute and then I have been told that they will not be able to accommodate because they have already another client confirmed. This ruined my whole schedule. Just a gentle suggestion : please confirm your customers’ appointments at least a couple of hours in advance so that they can schedule their day accordingly.

    That being said, I’ve never been in this place before so cannot speak much about the quality of their service.

    Visited Facebar n Skin two weeks ago, at international plaza branch ,realized my skin got better after my facial treatment , So they deserve a gd review ,the salon is great , nice ppl, no hard selling, thank you, Tracy…great job from you.

    I found Facebar n Skin online and booked a facial treatment on their website , very user friendly booking site, the manager called to confirm , before start of treatment, my beautician Cindy did a skin check. It was good to know my skin situation. The treatment was good and my skin felt smooth and clean , the extraction was details. This place is beautiful ,clean and well equipped.
    After treatment , Tea was served and that all…will come again to do more treatment .?????

    I first time went Facebar n Skin for professional facial, I booked a slot from their website, its mention booking from its website confirm slot and fix price, as i don’t like to take up any package, the manager called me shortly to confirm my slot and timing, the experience was easy. The place was nice, like Spa, my therapist Cindy was attentive to my facial condition, I like the extraction and hot & cold treatment , about 1.5hrs session, my skin was so clean and fresh, tea was serve and that all, i love it.

    Charmaine is a highly professional skin expert. She is always thorough, knowledgeable, provides good advice and offers different options. She s also friendly and personable. My sensitive skin has seen good improvement. Highly recommended!

    My third visit to facebar n skin, my brown spots and small dark patches on my left cheek started to fade.
    Charmaine told me that endorphins , peel, infuse and protect from the Nano Skin Treatment was customized for treating pigmentation skin and aging skin.
    I’m so glad that what she said were true, Thank You Charmaine…..
