    I don’t usually write a review for a shop but I was really disappointed with the service provided by this Spa. I called the spa to make reservation which I requested for an experienced massuer who is able to communicate.

    I turned up on time that day and the Vietnamese massuer brought me to the room. In the room, I realised that she speak neither English nor Chinese and unable to communicate at all. Thinking that maybe she is experienced in her massage skill so I didnt persue further. The nightmare came soon after, the masseur used her mobile phone while giving a massage, how can she massaged with one hand? I told her to put down the phone and use two hands to massage then she finally put her phone aside. She gave me black face all the way and her massage was those “piano” type. This is so unprofessional and cheating my money. I will definitely not return for their service anymore.

    Woah really a gem in this industry of massage and spa, Therapist Diamond is really up to her name. Diamond quality and you will feel totally relax after the session! Lower back pain biggest enemy!
