    Paid for 90 minutes full body oil massage.

    Received 40 minutes oil massage on my back, buttocks and back of legs only, 30 minutes non-oil massage (20 minutes head and about 10 minutes back).

    There is a 20 minutes deficit with no massage at all.

    No one at reception when massage finished. Sent a complaint via WhatsApp. Was offered $22 refund, but I had to attend the salon to receive it.

    The massage I did receive was average, with only light pressure despite me saying I liked strong massage.

    Overall very disappointing.

    Leaving a review for my experience with Ruby at Soul Massage.

    Ruby is a great conversationalist and has a bubbly character. She has great massage techniques and I left the outlet energised.

    Probably gonna go back weekly to recharge.

    I had a great Signature Hot Oil massage. The oil was good quality and the massage super well executed.very funny n friendly.Thank you GINA. And I’ll def go back.

    Ruby is small size but her strength is amazing. Maybe thin fingers pinpoint the specific aching parts. Amazing technique.

    Ruby is a very good massage therapist , she is and she is also very skillful in massage and knows where my pressure point is to relieve it. I had a wonderful time being served by her as she is very friendly and chatty.

    I was served by Ruby and had a wonderful experience. Ruby is really professional and put in a lot of effort to provide a rejuvenating massage, applying just the right pressure to release the tension knots. She is also very friendly and takes pain to make sure I am comfortable. Highly recommended!!

    Special shout out to Gina~ rarely do I bother to leave a comment. But the hospitality and service provided by Gina is top notch. Being in the office life, my demand and expectations in massage to relax, taking a break from the stressful pace is high. Gina not only are skilled and sensitive to adjust pressure accordingly, she sweet looking and easy to converse with. I could even fall asleep once through the session. Will definitely come looking for her again. Kudos Gina! Keep it up

    My first time visiting Soul massage spa. (Angie) massage me. Room is cozy and comfortable.(Angie) is pretty. Polite and attractive. Very good in massaging. I feel good after a session ? ? ? ? ?
