    Regret buying a mani/pedi package from innersense! No point booking an appointment, even if you book a time-slot you would still have to wait because they would just take in walk in customer. So whats the point of me booking an appointment when i would still have to wait ?!
    Also, sales person mentioned that i can use the package in other outlets but when i went to other outlets, they didnt want to accept me because i ‘bought the package from other places’.
    $65 for a classic gel, i do expect better quality but in 1 week it would start to come off especially at the nail bed

    I like their massage but instead of letting me relax peacefully the masseuse will always be trying to upswell me their other types of massage or lymphatic because I apparently gave trunks like an elephant due to water retention. After sayning no no once but five times, she’s still going on n on abt it leaving me no rest . Pls stop. I know I’m fat, but I just want a massage to erase the tiredness of my feet not the fats of my 3 pregnancies.

    Very good service. Been to a few messages and Physio for my back problems but the service at Innersense is the one that made a lasting change and improvement. The masseuse Yuan Yuan is also very kind and skilled. Will continue to support

    edit 3 months later: dropped rating 5 stars to 2 stars. while the treatment is effective, the booking service is very unreliable. there have been many times where I have booked an appointment for treatment in advance and a day before the treatment I received a call telling me that they have no one to service me. worse is that sometimes it happened when I’m already at the establishment that imp told I wont be getting the treatment I booked due to lack of staff. They really need to sort our their commitments to their customers and don’t overbook their masseuse if they cant fulfill their appointments as it is wasting my time to keep rebooking with them. because of this unfortunately after I’m done with my package I will not be patronizing them again.

    Tried out their foot reflexology session with Fave voucher as my feet is aching from the shoe that I worn and it is not good. Usually I will feel refreshed after a foot reflexology session but in this case, I still feel tired and the pain in my feet seems to get serious after the session. The therapist’s skills is quite average. This place seems to do mainly manicure and pedicure and is not advisable to do foot reflexology because pressing the wrong nerves or not applying enough pressure on your feet would not yield the desired results and may even lead to detrimental effect since the nerves are connected to our organs.

    Extremely satisfied with the lunar new year nail art that done by Mindy! As always, she is patient, skilful and creative. I will recommend Mindy from One North Outlet! ????

    Wendy my menicurist is very patient and polite. She cares to have casual chats and also recommends treatment. Love the ambiance of the nail spa too. Always a joy to visit this place.

    Return to the same salon to do my classic manicure and pedicure today. Firstly, the location is near to my working place where is around One North, secondly, my favourite manicurist Mindy has never disappoint me so far. She is skilful and experience and I appreciated for her patient to explain and sharing with me about the nail cuticle issue and how to take care the nail to avoid skin infection and so on. No doubt, Im very satisfied with the result after the my cuticle cleaned up. Highly recommend Mindy!

    Good service & reasonably priced. Amy is my regular foot reflexology therapist & she gives advice on how to improve my health, Constance does a good job at to make sure daily operations in the shop run smoothly.

    Overall, I’m very satisfied with the manicure service done by Mindy. She is experience, meticulous and friendly. As I told her I have a very sensitive skin, the peripheral of fingernail will easily bleed when removing the dead skin if the manicurist is not skilful. She handle it very carefully, clean and nice! I would highly recommend Mindy if you wanted to have manicure or pedicure at Innersense Wellous & Beauty in the outlet located at One North!

    Yuan Yuan, my therapist is knowledgeable, personable + sincerely concerned about my well being.. Each session with her is always constructive. She encourages me, works hard at her craft + I always leave feeling so much better. My pains have lessened tremendously + it’s all due to her experience + the wonderful massages she give.
