    Skin condition improve a lot after laser, goodbye to ‘dirty looked’ face. Dr Lam is very professional and patience. Manager-Eunnice is not hard in push sales. Though they will recommend products and treatment depends your needs.

    Great aesthetic clinic! I have been to many others who does hard selling but this clinic is different. Whenever I visit, the staff are very friendly and cheerful.

    Dr. Lam understand what I am looking for and recommend suitable treatment. I will definitely recommend her if you are thinking of giving this a try!

    Staff do not speak English, doctor hard sells her own overpriced products. Seriously, avoid this place

    My friend recommend Dr.Lam for me.She is good for pigmentation removal,so I came here for treatment. The nurse is very patient to explain to me, the doctor is very professional, My pigmentation is melasma and I have done many laser in other place but no results?So I decide to try this place.After three months I can see my melasma a lot lighter☺️In addition, I also using the treatment product recommend by doctor.The treatment product is so good especially Facial treatment mask and intense recovery is my lovely item?
    Honestly talk there will recommend what I need,there not pushy and some more not hard selling for me.Good service,nurse friendly and comfortable when you’re in treatments.

    Never visit here!! Gimmicks- hard selling after treatment! the staff tell u it’s $68 for pico laser( fb promotion trial) on the phone if u do payment via pay now before treatment. I reach there before my appointment time and I ask wats the phone number or acc number or QR CODE to do the “pay now” for the trial. The receptionist/nurse said “ later I give u “ . She then ask to fill up some forms. After I went in for consultation & treatment . When I said I dun want buy their package . They insisted it’s $98 ( trial) . They said I did not pay before the treatment ( which I did ask !! ) I had no choice but to pay $98 in the end . Really dishonest!

    Wecomed Clinic made me feel very comfortable and relaxing when I first walk in. The friendly staffs are very professional in helping me with my problems.

    I like the magic water so Much. It brings me to have smoother and brightened skin . Not only that, it also helps to reduce fine lines and protect the skin from future damage.

    I have ordered items since monday (05/06/2017) evening time around 5pm under order #235. I received message from the wecomed that order confirmed and item will be ship and will provide me the tracking number but yet i been waiting until 07/06/2017 afternoon time still no tracking number given and yet the order status stil under processing and not yet shipped.

    Well,surprisingly that item will only be ship on every monday,wednesday and friday. That is fine if i been told but it was find out by myself which i messaged then only they told me so…..

    And was thinking maybe that is how wecomed policy. So i wait again until today which is already Wednesday ( 07/06/2017) since morning till night time, and did message to the number stated in the wecomed online store and asking the status of the items. Guess what.no reply at all and the payment is done for the items since monday. I have no idea whats going on and i already paid for the thing i should get.

    Please respond the soonest,it might be a small amount but then no one would like to pay for nothing.thanks
