    Chole did a kua sha facial for me and it was amazing. Thanks for the wonderful massage and for taking care of my face and health, I was able to sleep very well last night!!

    Booked an appointment at 5pm. When I reached at 5pm, was told that they were overbooked and I had to wait. After 45mins, they told me to go to the room, applied numbing cream to my face, and left me there for another 45mins. I eventually got fed up and left the clinic.

    I have so far had good experience with my facial sessions. Cindy, the therapist who does my facial is gentle and competent. I will recommend her.
    However, there is one aspect I wish to comment. Please receive a notification from the center a day before your appointment, otherwise, please call them to confirm. You may find that your appointment date has not been recorded. It happened to my husband before, today, it happened to me. The upsetting thing was the Centre had requested I changed my date to a day earlier and yet my appointment was not recorded. So I am highlighting this so that no-one has to make a futile trip. Be sure you receive a notification each time. I do hope the Center will not repeat this because it can disrupts the clients plans for the whole day.

    I’ve always had a positive and professional experience here at SkinLab Medical Spa (Wheelock). I have been a long time member for more than 5 years now. The customer experience at SkinLab is second to none with professional staffs especially, May (Front Office Team) and Cindy (Therapist). May remembers my preferences and take the effort to remind me of my treatments monthly. On the other hand, Cindy is very patient and very detailed with her explanation on my skin and the products she applies on my skin. I will always recommend SkinLab and no other medical spa is similar.

    Today, i also learnt that they have launched their very own Facial Mask (MCM) – after so much research and hard work. I strongly recommend to buy and these amazing masks! I look forward to bright a new year 2021 with brighter skin. 🙂

    Have been doing facial treatments and massage sessions with Skinlab for many years. I would like to recommend my therapist Grace from Wheelock outlet for being very gentle and remembers my preferences and consultant May for being polite during every visit. Will recommend!

    It is always a pleasant experience when I have my facial treatment at SkinLab’s Wheelock Place outlet. The staff there are always friendly. I highly recommend my beauty therapist Grace. She is very professional and thorough with every procedure. My skin has really improved a lot. The service from May, the consultant there is great too! I recommend to consult with her as she is professional and helpful. Thank you Grace and May!

    Very bad experience and the staff there lie to us. My friend help me book an appointment for 18 Oct 2020 with voucher, and she even ask them is there hard selling and they say definitely no. As the voucher is a gift from her and I do not go for facial spa usually, so she is trying to help me confirm that there is no hard selling. When I went there they keep asking me to buy package and even ask me to pay deposit to secure package. Really disgusted by their hard selling. Here to warn everyone, do not buy voucher from skinlab, because after you went there, they will keep hard selling things. I do not want the package but I have already paid that $53 deposit, it’s like a scam. If I can give 0 star, I’ll definitely do so.

    My therapist for these years of visiting is Joey from SkinLab Wheelock, she is excellent with my facial treatments, always being super meticulous and recommending me treatments that suit me. After sessions I always see visible results, and she always make sure to follow up with me 2 days after. She also helps me to check on appointments availability so going for my sessions are always fuss free and relaxing. Thank you Joey and SkinLab!! ?

    Super experience in this clinic for me that I had a very bad oily skin due to the humidity and mask usage .
    Staff Chloe amazing!
    Results came fast and consistent.
    Well recommended.

    Did the Vita C Infusion Facial with the hydrating ampoule today. My therapist Ya Nan was very friendly, thoughtful and professional, she made sure that I was comfortable and I felt well taken care of. She explained the steps with me and was definitely gentle with my skin. In the midst of the session, I started getting hungry and she offered me biscuits and a cup of milo – which I had politely declined but she had them already prepared for me after the facial. Enjoyed my experience here. I highly recommend her!

    Beautician YEN from bishan junction 8 friendly and experience lady. she dont hard sell any product to you. if you want to try their product she will firstly ask you want are your daily product that you use and then she will recommend their product that is useful for you and also she will teach you the step combine with your daily product

    Dont Ever Tried this skim lab at Novena . After getting the package with them .1- HARD TO PLACE AN APPOINTMENT . 2 STILL Pushy to MAX. 3. KEEP ASKING TO ADD ON this and That Pay Additional cost. VERY ANNOYING.

    My therapist is Joey at Wheelock. She does a superb job at extracting all the hardened and hidden blackheads hiding on my face. I always feel refreshed and cleansed after a session! The consultants are also great as they do not hard sell so I don’t feel so pressured going for treatment ?

    I was introduced to Skinlab by my boyfriend and have been visiting for Facials for over 2 years now. The front desk staff are very professional and always clearly explain packages, offers and products. My therapist Grace provides a a great facial experience, very relaxing and always knows what treatment to recommend for my skin on each visit. The facilities are always clean and fresh, and the equipment and facial treatments on offer is extensive. Overall I would highly recommend.

    My therapist Grace from Wheelock place is meticulous in extracting my pimples. I have been with her for 2 years now since around 2017. My colleague and friend has complimented on my improved facial complexion and have asked me to recommend them.     I’ve been with Skin Lab Medical for close to 3.5years now at the Wheelock branch. Grace, my therapist is very meticulous and thorough in all my facial treatments. The consultants are always friendly and helping me to get the best I can as well. Everyone at skinlab deserves a compliment!

    Have been visiting this place for a year for my facials. My therapist Shirley, is very good at facials. I like the atmosphere and the facilities. It’s clean, very relaxing (I always fall asleep during my facial) and the location is awesome (5 mins walk from the mrt). They don’t hard sell as well. Maybe recommend or suggest things from time to time. But all is good.

    Facial treatment here has been very effective in helping me overcome my skin outbreak, especially with great service and help from Joey, it is not easy to find someone like her who is consistently good with facial service and particularly with extraction! I recommended Joey to a friend who signed up for package with her as well.

    My facial therapist Grace (Wheelock Place branch) is very good. I see improvement in my skin since I started having facial with her for 2 years plus. And she will change the treatment accordingly based on my skin condition. And really enjoy her massage at the very end of the session !!! . Consultant May Tan is very attentive and polite!! ???

    I’ve been with SkinLab for a few years and the service and care that’s provided has been excellent. My therapist, Jocelyn, in particular has been very attentive and she never fails to ensure that my skin is duly cared for. She also offers practical advice that is specific to my lifestyle and habits, and for this, I am truly grateful! Thank you SkinLab for the consistency and for always delivering excellent service!

    Always look forward to my sessions at Skin Lab Wheelock with the most friendly therapist, Shirley! Since starting my medical peel and facial journey here with her, my face has gotten better each time. Extractions have also become much bearable thanks to her expertise and knowledge on the condition of my face and recommendation of how to maintain when I’m back home.     Great place for skin and body. Dr Kelvin is very professional and his charges is also reasonable. I enjoyed my body massage and treatment by Ms Lu Dan and also my facial by Ms Christina. I highly recommend this place for beauty and body wellness

    Grace (Wheelock Place) is a very meticulous therapist. She is always sharing tips on facial care and I was able to see a major improvement in my skin condition. Another therapist that I would like to also mention is Yanan (Wheelock Place). She usually does the TDP therapy and I really love the service and her massage skills. Overall the staff at Wheelock Place is proactive and a friendly bunch of people.

    Really enjoyed my experience here today with Priscilla! Did a chemical peel facial for the second time which has done wonders for me. Very relaxing and effective. Great service too!
