    I had a voucher to try out Skinlab’s facial and enjoyed my experience and decided to sign onto a package membership. The ambiance is clean and very comfortable. Penny and Yami are knowledgeable and caring therapists and consultants who provide great service and advice without being too pushy. My skin has definitely improved in the last 6 months with regular visits every 4-6 weeks

    Penny at Plaza Sing outlet is very skilful, and experienced therapist. friendly and patiently explaining the steps.

    The products she introduced to target my skin Intense Hydrating H.A. It really helps to moisturise my skin.

    She also let me try Day Protect Gel Tinted after my facial.

    Highly professional!

    I visited the outlet at plaza sing and Elaine is my therapist. It was a comfortable experience with her. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Able to answer all the queries that i have regarding e treatments

    Have been with SkinLab for a few years and every visit/experience has been good. Recommend Ginii as the go-to therapist, providing great care and service! Treatments that I do here include IPL and facial. The IPL can be done even for guys with too much facial hair and resulting in ingrown, as per my issue. As I have acne, the medical peel facial is the best to see improved skin condition and lesser breakouts. Also, best to make a reservation in advanced as they are always mostly fully booked.

    The service here at Plaza Singapura branch is great. Elaine is very friendly, detailed and gentle with the facial and massages. She constantly gives advice on maintaining good skin as well.

    Did medical peel & aloe vera treatment at plaza singapura with penny & yami.

    Overall, i find that the session is very enriching whereby penny will let you know in detail what you are in for and what does this treatment do for you.

    They will monitor your condition and advise you on the various treatment thats suitable for your skin.

    All in all i’m very satisfied with the time spend here in skinlab.

    Nice customer service and very accommodating to my skin needs. Doesn’t hard sell and always recommend something that I need for my skin condition. I recommend people who have skin problem to give this a try 🙂

    I like the services and their recommendations improved my skin. I am doing the medical peel treatment and my acne has reduced after a few treatments. Yami and Regine have treated my skin very gently and they are very friendly as well.

    Have been with skinlab for more than 1 year. Staff here like Penny and Yami are professional and friendly. Facials have been done by Penny and my skin has improved a lot since then.

    My therapist Regine she did a great job and very professional. Sharo the manager explained on the package details, however not hard selling. Overall very satisfied on their service! Will recommend to friends.

    Come with my friend to skinlab for facial, facial is good, try the new therapy, Omega Light Clarifying Face Therapy, recommended by Regine. It is quite good and suitable for my current skin. As I have dry skin, this therapy, using red light (Rejuvenate), help enhances blood circulation for skin cell renewal and firm up skin.

    Great experience with every visit. Have been with them for 1 year and has never fail me with excellent & friendly service. Therapist are professional and good. They will customize the facial based on your face condition. Strongly recommend to have your facial with them.

    Great experience with every visit, they never failed to provide a excellent and friendly service. They shower limitless care for me and my skin condition.

    Service receive is very comfortable unlike other beauty clinic, I can express my thoughts and they take into consideration as well. Beauty advice given after each session to help me better improve my skin for day to day routine.

    Great shout out to my consultant, Yami, friend and likeable approach make me feel like home. Another shoutout to my beauty therapist Regina, excellent set of skills. Very soft hand of hers, and constant checking on me. Every steps during my session she will explain clearly what is being used and what is it for.

    Overall a huge thumbs-up for this 2 ladies and the team in Plaza Sing. Thank you for such blissful experience ??

    I’m a regular customer of Skinlab, have followed my therapist Penny from Bishan branch to Plaza Sing branch. She’s cheerful, professional and passionate about her work. The service is good and I like the products too! Recommend to try out 🙂

    Enjoying the sessions at Skinlab, Regine has always been attentive and gentle starting the sessions with head massage and lavender smell, I often go for the facial sessions feeling tired and stressed but leave the place feeling all relaxed and better. They were able recommend the suitable facial for the session according to my skin.
    Yami the consultant has also spent time to explain the different kind of treatments and packages with no pressure. Great service standards!

    I have been doing facial in Skinlab Plaza Singapura for more than 3 years. All the consultants and therapists are very nice, they will introduce products to me but not force- selling. They are caring, polite and kind. Special thanks to my desihnated Therapist – Ms. Aurore Lai, you are the best ! Also Yami, a consultant with cheerful smiles always.

    It’s a pleasant experience here for the 1st time. Elaine is very detailed and thorough w the extraction and service. She explained clearly and not pushy at all. Product used are good too. Will recommend to those w any skin problem.

    Have been going to the skinlab this year and have seen good results with the facial treatments! My congestion issue has improved significantly since I started the medical peel treatment. My beautician, Penny, is friendly and skilful and will always recommend the appropriate treatment each time. Looking forward to try out more new facial treatments in future.

    Did my facial there and service was great. The facial lady, Pammy introduced me Oxy-firming eye treatment which was very effective for my dark circles. Her massage skills were also awesome which were stress relieving and relaxing. Will definitely go again.

    First time here but had a good experience!
    Aurore was very gentle and careful. There were certain parts of the extraction that hurt a little but she took extra care to lessen the pain. She’s was very nice and friendly and made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

    Jeannie was also very patient in explaining the process of the facial. I could opt between a aloe hydration treatment and a peel. After hearing my skin condition and upcoming social event, she made the expert recommendation to go for the hydration treatment!

    Will definitely recommend SkinLab! ??

    Was recommended to Skinlab due to pretty severe adult acne issues and have since gotten much better under their chemical peel facial, free doctor’s consultation and medication. Penny my beautician is also extremely conscientious in extraction and i am confident that my condition will continue to improve under her care.

    it’s a life changing experience with Dr Wong, i did thousands of research and was very reluctant to do anything on my face before meeting him, but his honest opinion and professional explanation has made me a different person. if you still have doubts about Aesthetics, come and see him, you will know what i mean!

    Always a pleasure visiting Dr Gabriel Wong and his team at SkinLab. Expert advice and explanation, and excellent, precise skills targeted for what you really need. Dr Gabriel is extremely patient, and with a great sense of humour as well, which puts me at ease. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the fine-tuning that is natural and easy!

    Dr. Gabriel Wong and his team never fail to impress me. Each visit is a pleasant experience. Dr. Wong makes a keen effort to understand my concerns before suggesting the treatment options.     I have been here for 3 years. My beautician is Ginni. I will wash my face every time according to my skin. Professional extraction is not painful, not red and clean. Violet’s follow service make sure every month will let me report and Dr Wong is A very skilled and skilled doctor is very satisfied with the team that he has done for me. I will continue to support the team.

    Visited to remove my freckles as I’m really fair and get freckles very easily. Also had a facial treatment as well as botox here, all I can say is that they aren’t pushy and they provide excellent service! Dr Gabriel is affable and ensures that you understand the procedures etc before he administers the injections. Definitely my choice for aesthetic clinics! 😀

    Based on my experiences here, Dr Gabriel is definitely the primary reason why SkinLab at PS stands out from the rest! He treats you professionally like a client but chats with you like a friend! I felt at ease in his capable hands and warm personality. Always walked out happier after each visit. Can’t recommend this clinic enough!

    Dr Gabriel and his team at SkinLab have been very professional and have always taken care of me from the beginning. Dr Gabriel was able to highlight the issues i had on the wrinkles on the forehead and reccomended treatments that were sustainable and highly effective.

    I had a great experience with Dr Gabriel. He was professional and friendly. I had a few sun spots on my face due to prolonged sun exposure and after a few laser sessions with Dr Gab my skin has improved tremendously. Highly recommend Dr Gabriel’s services!

    Love the service at this clinic. The staff are really warm and friendly. The staff take their job seriously when cleansing face etc. I also love the clean and modern decor of the place.

    I love Dr Gabriel too. He’s affable and makes you feel comfortable talking to him.

    Service has been consistent when I arrive once a month for my facial. The therapist, even if I don’t get my regular one, will go through the same steps to clean and care for my face. What I like is how they will analyze the condition of your face before recommending the treatment that will best suit you. Have been with them for over 4 years and happy with their service.

    Absolutely hate the pushy attitude of the staff! Signed package already and still asking u to upgrade each session every single time! Showed unhappiness and unwillingness to give u the service u deserve! I paid $300+ / facial session already and still I have to upgrade before I get decent and relaxing facial session?

    Will not be renewing after current package ends.
