    Head-office are very strict to just transfer topped-up credit within family member as well. I topped up for my family members but she did not continue so I just ask their favour to transfer to my acct. I lost $300 that they drug & drug many correspondence, the end no further reply even I followed their instructions to my family member to SMS. Many other place are accepted just transfer but they are NOT.

    Miki and vivian are extremely friendly and they dont hard sell . I can feel that my face glow after only one and half hour of facial with them. thumb up ?

    Thanks to the consultant Vivian and therapist Miki , they did a great job and a good service.
    Really feel warm and welcome from the counter and a good facial experience with Miki . Would highly recommend

    I am having great experience at skinlab Jurong point, mostly thanks to my therapist, Rachael who is such caring and skillful therapist to help me improve my skin condition, the reason I always come back is because of her, highly recommend to look for Racheal for the treatment

    I’m glad to have both Ezann and Zixuanto from jurong point to serve me. Both very friendly and patient. Zixuan is very skillful in her beautician service. Thanks ??

    从2015年至今一直由她为我做护理，起初是源自她的那份安静和耐心，而今更多是感受到了她的专业，每次护理前都认真观察我的皮肤状态，然后给到我最适合的疗程。她是我的美容师—LTeen。

    She has been nursing me since 2015. At first it was from her quietness and patience. Nowadays, I feel more of her professionalism. I carefully observe my skin condition before each treatment and then give me The most suitable treatment. She is my beautician, LTeen.

    Recommended by a friend to try out their facial. They are really very professional and friendly. Could see a difference in the skin after the first time and can see an improvement after coming a few times. Highly recommend!

    Had a great time at Skin Lab Jurong Point with Beautician Ms Rachel, she has been very paitent and nice towards me. Advised me on what i should avoid eating/doing to reduce the pimples. Hope to meet Ms Rachel again for my other upcoming appointments.

    Had a facial there by Racheal today. Her facial techniques is really good, and is the few times whereby I enjoyed no pain during the extraction process. There is also no hard sale or whatsoever during the whole process. A very relaxing experience!

    Been coming to skin lab at Jurong point for quite some time already and I really like the ambience of this place. It has a really nice and calming environment. My skin has improved a lot and I really like the services that they provide here. Especially the therapist Ms Kay which makes every visit worthwhile and ensures a rather painless extraction process. Would definitely recommend!

    I’ve been doing my facial here at Jurong Point outlet for more than a year now with Rachel, and I can safely say I highly recommend it to anyone who has any type of skin problems.

    My skin improved drastically since I came here as I had a very bad acne breakout. I had a lot of trouble fixing my acne problem, even going to skin doctors but to no avail. SkinLab however, managed to cure my skin condition and reignite hope so I am very tjankful. The staffs are friendly and prompt, especially Ms Kay who is very proficient. The extraction process is always rather painless as compared to outside facial services which is a highly good pointer here. Everything is clean, fast and smooth. My experiences here are very pleasant and will definitely recommend those who are interested to try.

    Whenever I have skin problems, I will goes to skinlab. Solve my skin problem in just 1 session. A very clean and relaxing environment for facial. All the therapists are very professional especially Liv and Kay. The consultants are very friendly. The facial experience there make your time and money worthwhile.

    Rachel is a meticulous and caring therapist. She provides great facial services and her head and shoulder massage is excellent! Highly recommend to find Rachel at Jurong Point Skinlab!

    Can’t remember how long I have been with SkinLab Jurong Point. As far as I am concerned, Rachael is the reason why I’m back month after month. Rachael is so dedicated and she took care of me with sincerity. I look forward to visit Rachael every month!

    I have been with SkinLab for 3 years now. I had dull, acne, scars prone skin. After consultation and facial sessions with Facial Consultant Vivienne together along with facial therapist Rachel and of course with other facial therapists too from Jurong Point outlet, my skin gets better and better after each visit. I’m doing Laser with Doctor Wong too, such a friendly, caring and pleasant Doctor to be with on every session. Now my skin almost a flawless one and I can confidently go out without thick make up. I love SkinLab so much! I highly and strongly recommend SkinLap to you all who needs it. 🙂 #happycustomer

    Did my facial here 7 times and very much enjoyed my experience here. Beautician was Racheal and Miki and Consultant was Berlin. They have been pretty patient with my requests and questions. If you bought a mixture of packages with various treatments, beauticians will recommend the right treatment according to your skin condition for the day. Prices are not cheap but reasonable if you hit their promotions.

    Early this year I had very bad breakouts after using a mask recommended by another beauty salon, my face was in very terrible condition that i felt SO inferiority every morning when i look into the mirror! Thanks Skinlab Medical Spa for rescuing my skin!!! Vivian and Berlin was professional and patient as she recommended me to do their signature Medical Peel facial formulated by their doctor, my skin improve tremendously after my first treatment. Highly recommend!

    I am very happy with the services at Skinlab Jurong Point so far. The therapists and consultants are very knowledgeable and experience in advicing me on my sensitive skin. They are also very approachable and friendly, especially Vivian Tay.

    The skin lab at Jurong point is a good option for facial – I’m new to these experiences so I don’t have many options for comparisons, hence what I’m sharing is specific to my experience at skinlab.

    I have had a couple of facial experiences with Alice and they have been relaxing and effective. I have dry skin and she recommends lifestyle changes etc. to help me maintain my skin, which I believe I have to adopt before treatments can be more effective. I also appreciate their consultant Vivian who recommends suitable facial treatments and packages for my skin type. Would recommend this place for facials!

    I enjoy every facial session at SkinLab. The beautician is skillful and patient in handle my skin problems. My skin is clear and energized after the treatment. I love to do eye treatment too to relax my tired eye and improve dark eye problems. Other than facial service, they also have doctor to enable your concern to be addressed. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

    3 months before my wedding I had very bad pimples outbreak, Got to know SkinLab Jurong Point through my friend’s Friend. Decided to go over for their trial, Beautician Kay was very patient in explaining my skin and the treatments that they offered, she also taught me how to take care of my skin at home. My face had recover ever since, Thanks Skinlab for salvaging my skin!

    Always look forward to my facial with Liz, she’s very kind with one of the best extraction skill i ever met.. She’s very gentle, patient, detailed & most importantly, it’s painless!!

    I’ve been patronising the outlet for close to 3 years. I’m thankful for my therapist, Racheal, for taking care of my skin and giving it what needs. The environment is very conducive for a relaxing session and the staff are friendly and approachable. Every session there is an enjoyable one. ??

    I have been doing my facial at Jurong Point Outlet for about 4 years now. And my skin has improve alot ever since I was advised by my therapist, Kay for the products and facial treatments that suits my needs. Kay is a very attentive and friendly therapist. Overall, the place is very ambience and comfortable and specially kudos for Kay!!!

    I am very satisfy with the service that my beautician Alice have provided. She is always attentive to my skin and do a very good facial massage, relaxing welcome head massage and effective extraction. She also provide useful advice in improving my skin condition. I used to have a down and dry skin before, but now is improving after maintaining my facial treatment here. Amazing!

    I’ve always been hesitant with removing my moles as i’m afraid that it would hurt. But at SkinLab Jurong Point, i trusted Dr Gabriel and he made it painless and comfortable for me.     I do my facials here regularly with Lteen, who’s meticulous and highly professional. Extraction of my acne prone skin is done very well and my skin never fails to feel nice and clean after. Vivian the consultant is knowledgeable and gives good skin advice. Highly recommended!

    Did my facials here all the time, strongly recommend this place as they do not give off the feel where you will feel pressured into buying their package.
    Berlin is a patience consultant that explains everything clearly and will always be able to work out something that suit my needs. After coming to SkinLab, my skin is so much better giving me more confidence in my jobs. Strongly Recommended!!!
