    This review is NOT for the Dr, but for the extremely rude front desk staff.
    I don’t enjoy rating so low, but my experience with the staff was nothing short of pathetic.
    Called for an appointment, was given a choice to either come in anytime & wait in the hope that someone with the appointment gets late and Dr is able to slot in or take an appointment for later.
    I was verbally given an appointment for March 27-2021 ( 5 weeks after I called), and when asked for SMS confirmation I was explicitly told that we don’t send SMS kindly note in down & I did so.
    I called in few days later since I wanted to be sure & to my surprise i was told that there’s no appointment under my name & then I was questioned why was I calling again if I already had the appointment date with me. Later was told to either come on a weekday or forget it & the lady staff hung up the phone on me by just saying ok bye sort it out yourself if you can’t come on a weekday! How rude is that, how can you deny giving an appointment just because someone has an insurance, that too after confirming one. Extremely rude & unprofessional behaviour by the lady at the front desk.

    Dr. Roland Chu was a pleasure to deal with. After a short conversation, it was obvious that he was incredibly knowledgable in his field. He took his time to ensure a thorough examination and helped me with an issue I had for years. Thank you so much Dr Chu!
