    THE HEALTHSPRINGS’ STORY
    Healthsprings was established in 2000 with its first medical clinic located at Bukit Panjang. (visit Healthsprings’ Group)
    In 2001, the company ventured into the medical aesthetic field and has become one of the first Singapore-based clinics to offer Lasers, Peels, Fillers, Botulinum Injections and other aesthetic services.
    In 2008, Healthsprings Laser and Aesthetic is opened in Orchard Road and has been known to specialise in different aesthetic procedures for the skin, face, body, and hair.
    In 2014, the company launched a skincare range specially-formulated by Dr. Soh. These products cater to help treat various skin problems and to provide pre- and post-treatment care.

    Doctor explained the procedure v well and was detailed oriented throughout the treatment. Ambience was great, helped to set me at ease knowing that I was in good hands.

    ive been concerned with my acne marks and scars so I came to seek advice at Healthsprings after chancing upon this co2 laser video on FB. After the consultation with doctor, i signed up for a treatment plan which consist of co2 laser , infini and rejuran. I’m on my third visit and already notice a great improvement on my skin. i wish there were more seatings & entertainment in the waiting area though….

    Did a trial laser for my pigmentation. The staff were understanding and did not pressure me to sign any packages. They also remained polite even though I am unable to commit as I’m in Singapore for a couple of month. Thanks girls!

    I love Dr Au. Other staff were genuinely friendly and no hard-selling yeah… It just makes me feels like home each time I visit there.

    However Saturday in the clinic can be reallly busy! I wish there were more space in the waiting area.. services r affordably priced

    I LOOK GLOWING everytime I stepped out of Healthsprings! 😀 Been receiving compliments from friends & colleagues that how my acne scars and skin have improved HEHHE. Converted many of my friends to become customers of Healthsprings. The team always spend quality time to treat & pamper my skin even though the clinic is ALWAYS so busy in the afternoon!!     Service is very friendly. The clinic is clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. And my skin feels considerably better after the facial provided. More even skin tone, smaller pores, and much smoother. But be prepared for unexpected charges. Creating distrust with the client. Not the best business practices. As seen in low retention rate with clients, requiring businesses to sell “packages” to force customers to come back. A technique they will continue to see not work. I’ll be glad to never see a dermatologist with a calculator again! Seriously the calculator as a selling technique is absolutely hilarious. I recommend updating the marketing department out of the dark ages of using an abacus to sell, and get yourself a digital marketer.

    My main problems were freckles and uneven skin tone. After just one session of Forever Young BBL, my freckles are noticeably lightened, my skin becomes brighter, clearer and more glowy (look at the reflective cheekbones), pores become more refined, and redness & veins were reduced. Photos are 100% not edited. Super happy with the results, and the doctor & staffs are really patient and helpful. Will go for more sessions for even better results. Thanks Healthsprings!

    My pigmentation and freckles have reduced significantly, and my skin condition has improved. Dr Soh Lea Sar and the team are very caring and friendly. Visits are always pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended!

    I’ve been with Healthsprings for a few years now, mainly for “maintenance”. So far the machines Dr Soh uses have been very effective and the best part is, she or her staff has never pressured me to sign up for more than necessary. Friends always comment that my face glows after the laser treatments. I’ll definitely stay with Healthsprings.

    Dr Soh is friendly and gentle. The clinic assistants are approachable and helpful. Price reasonable and happy with the service so far!

    I signed up for the Broad Band Light Laser Treatment for pigmentation, age spots etc.
    I signed up for the 10 sessions package instead of 5 sessions based on Dr Soh’s assessment that it will take 10 sessions to clear the skin. To date I have finished 7 sessions and the pigmentation and/or spots are still obvious from a distance. I see some lightening after 4th treatment, but things did not improve thereafter. Instead my skin is darker after the 7th treatment. So for those who are planning to sign up for any laser treatment at this clinic, bear in mind it may not work for you.

    Have been visiting the Liat tower branch for almost a year. Enjoyed the experience so far, because the staff always accomodating to my VERY BUSY schedules. haha. The staff are professional and dr soh always engaging to answer all your questions.

    I’ve gone to HealthSprings a few times to do laser treatment and Dr Soh has been very professional and I’m very satisfied with the results thus far! Service was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming 😀
